We enjoyed our stay here, predominantly English holiday makers so you will likely jell with some folk, food is decent and well priced. The little pool which could be better maintained, but the staff here are lovely, Diana on reception speaks very good English and petar and kiri in the bar also are lovely people. The rooms are basic but have a kettle fridge etc in a little kitchenette area. Nice balcony to chill on too, ours faced the fish bar BBQ and smells coming from there were great. Good value for money this place, it was very hot though we struggled to do stuff so mostly chilled. Supermarket close by to get supplies 2 minutes walk. 👍👍

Great little 3 star hotel, every member off staff were so welcoming and friendly, rooms spotlessly clean, very basic, but had everything a self catering apartment needed, a local supermarket 150 yards away, and an eaterie named Valencia which served super delicious food, and was amazingly so cheap.... Food at Hotel Step was also very very good, as was their beer, around the swimming pool I personally thought, it needed slight maintenance as to regarding looking a bit tired, also location wise around a 15 mins walk to the main strip, I would highly recommend this Hotel, and we definitely going to be coming back here next year, a 5 mins walk away is a bar and restaurant called the cross roads which serves super tasty food, very reasonably priced, family run which I would recommend everyone to try.

Clean and comfy, the personnel's very polite even they don't speak your language or English very well. We liked everything on our stay there.

We stayed at step hotel for two weeks and we were very happy with the service we received the hotel was very modem and very clean we would be definitely going back. Thanks for making out holiday in Bulgaria a wonderful time thanks again to all the staff at the step hotel.

Step Hotel - June 2024 - 10 Day Stay - B&B Basis.
Just had a lovely stay at Step Hotel. A very welcoming family run hotel. Hotel is situated in a good area, close to restaurants and Sunny Beach resort. Rooms are modern and large and very clean. With "Free" Air-Con". Full wet / shower room. Bar area is comfy and drinks at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was very good indeed, a great menu and very tasty. Restaurant food, lunch and dinner also very nice and great prices. Lovely patio area to enjoy your food. The only negative about the hotel is that the pool itself is an okay size, but very limited sunbeds around. However, the beach is only a short walk away (10 mins or so) with plenty of sunbeds available for less than a fiver a day. The sea is very warm and safe for children. Lovely golden sands and water shallow for a long way out. 9.5/10

Family run hotel! Service 100% food 100% Rooms spacious with air conditioning with fresh towels and cleaned every day! Excellent 24 hour bar if required with sports off your choice! As a said was there last week in August had a fantastic week! Highly recommended Graham erskine

Great hotel basic needs met. Excellent staff who are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. A gem of a place near the centre, main strip and beach. Supermarket next door practically. Bus station nearby too.

Lovely hotel, very relaxed atmosphere with helpful friendly staff, would definitely stay here again, the resident cat George is beautiful and affectionate. Thank you to all the staff and George the cat for a lovely stay x

It's a lovely family hotel. Rooms large and clean. Food lovely, got to try their pizzas, full English breakfast, steps burger, and BLT. My only issue is the accommodation round pool. Pool on the small side and the sunlouger are on top of each other.
