Had a lovely week at the Majestic Hotel at the end of September. Nice clean room, enjoyed the pool & entertainment. Good location. Was going to book this hotel again on my return home. Very disappointed to find items of clothing had been stolen from my case during my stay.

Awesome place. Location is great, hands down best location, well put together right on the beach, rooms are on the poor side and food has been a huge disappointment... my kid got food poisoning, we had to leave a day before the actual end of our vacation and they didn't even care to apologize for this... or show any concern, not to ask about a refund for that day we lost or anything complementary... was nice but not visiting again this place, would probably recommend me next door hotel Imperial which was looking crazy nice.

Lovely place . Ask for sea views as the rear rooms just over look the road . Very clean hotel including the grounds and pool areas . Lovely beach and plenty of sunbeds available on beach or around the pool area's. Only thing that lets it down is the food . Not much difference day by day and barely warm . Also only one toaster that is the slowest toaster I have ever seen . Expect to wait at least. Six minutes for any signs of browning .
For food I would give two stars . Pity really but if they sort the food heating problem the whole place would get five stars from me .

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and what can I say? Wow wow wow! Hotel spotless, fantastic location, food amazing, beds comfy and friendly staff. Pool areas immaculate as it was throughout. The choice of food was amazing from both the restaurant and snack place and particularly enjoyed the freshly poached eggs for breakfast. If I had to have a moan my only gripe would be that sometimes the food wasn’t hot, however this didn’t bother me as who wants hot food in hot weather! (You could always warm it in microwave if you wanted to but no real need) On our return home and chatting to people en route I believe this is probably the best hotel to stay in on Sunny Beach after listening to their stories of their hotels. Will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Overall, we had a great stay here. However, the lack of entertainment & poor drinks selection would probably put us off coming back.

SERVICE 5/5 - the hotel has (mostly) chosen a really great team. Always very friendly & efficient.

ROOMS 3/5 - A little dated, more 3-star quality, but acceptable.
POOL AREA - 4/5 - it's enormous, you'll always get a sun lounger. The pool was chilly though!

DRINKS 2/5 - both beers were dreadful, the wines were undrinkable. No Bottled drinks, except beer in the Asian restaurant. Cocktails were too sweet. After 2 days out of a 15 day stay, we drank in bars along the beach or went to the Carrafour supermarket in front of the hotel and drank on our balcony.
Entertainment- 0/5 - The biggest disappointment was absolutely NO ENTERTAINMENT at any time of the day or night. This was a huge let down. They have a "Night Club" on level 1 but was never open. Some beach bars had evening entertainment, but also allow customers smoke inside, which is very off-putting.

The hotel has installed patio doors on their balconies. Unfortunately the woman above us would slam her door early morning to very late in the night as she was constantly smoking on her balcony. We had to make 2 complaints to reception being woken up at 3am & 4am.
If they had more drinks choices (draft & bottled beers, cider, ale or stout) & evening entertainment, I'd consider booking again for next year.

Got a very good deal as a solo traveller from Jet2 at the end of season. High season it would feel different but it was spacious and peaceful at the end of Sept. Hotel only about 30 minutes coach transfer from airport with stops on route. Hotel is huge & the rooms are spacious and well presented if dated. Very clean and fresh. Bring your own pillow if you are sensitive to having just the right density etc but bed very comfortable. Usual buffet all-inclusive set up but very tasty & varied for a meat-eater. Best I’ve experienced for many years. 24 hour bar offering quite good quality booze (being abused by the small number of Brits who let us down) and you have to hunt to find a smoke free area to sit (maybe I just got unlucky and found every other Brit had a fag on the go). Two huge pools. Unheated and spotless! Lovely golden beach at the end of the hotel grounds. Lovely to get the basics for free (safe in room, sunbed on beach etc) rather than being squeezed for more money as I found in Turkey etc. Bring cash and change it at the hotel or along sunny beach as the atm’s are expensive. Tip everywhere as the staff/people are so accommodating. Acceptable tip is 5 lev to 10 lev. Resort itself is one long beach with it getting busier as you head down from this hotel (quiet up at this end) and there’s no shortage of tat shops and clothing. Taxi’s were plentiful and weren’t crooks (but agree a price) and there’s a pretend steam train beachfront transport service that pretty much matched a taxi if there were more than two of you. I’m already looking out for a deal to come back here in 2025 for a week’s sun.

My husband have just returned from a stay at this hotel. It was excellent. Clean, spacious, brilliant facilities and atmosphere. The food was good, desserts brilliant, staff friendly and helpful. It's a long time since Ive felt as relaxed on a holiday. Some of the gym eqiupment was broken which was a shame, but we played tennis every day instead, and the court was brilliant. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel cleanliness is on another level, immaculate. The food is exactly the same morn noon and night and All cold.On the other hand paid for sea view and had floor 11 with a 4foot brick wall, on complaining I was told it was a standing sea view?After that the atmosphere off the manager was horrendous. Never seen such rude bar staff ever.The only two nice people I came across were the two doing spa treatments, truly lovely people.After the changing room saga to try and make things not so awkward I apologised to the manager,he in front of a crowd of guests shrugged his shoulders at me.Thus was my third visit in 15years in thus hotel unfortunately will never go back.pics of sea view attached

Efficient check in even at midnight and directed to restaurant where we could have food and bar open. Had room 1015b with a fantastic sea view, the room was lovely with a good size balcony. The hotel is very large and as end of season was not busy. The hotel is at the quiet end of the beach but you can walk up the road to bars and shops but we could not hear any noise from our hotel as it’s set back with pools and gardens in front. Plenty of sun beds and parasols around pool and on the lovely sandy beach which gently goes into the clear water and you can go quite far out before it gets deep, ideal for kids, although some days a bit of a breeze which brings waves. There is also a small ferry that leaves from the beach to Nessebar and a Noddy train which runs along the beachfront. The Hotel and room was spotlessly clean everywhere as was the beach and the main shopping street. The Restaurant had ample choice although the main meats were Pork, Chicken or Veal, lots of roasted veg, chips, pasta selection along with lovely pizzas, albeit generally Luke warm, good soup selection too. We were not quite sure what to expect from this resort but were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel. The only issue we had was other guests pushing in to get served at the bar. A room is available to book for a shower on leaving.

Lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff. Pool area was fantastic. the entertainment was decent enough. Great location. The staff were super helpful with directions and recommendations. Rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Food was a bit repetitive but still very nice and tasty. Limited choice of cocktails, but the staff would make up any drink on request. Points to note: The Asian and Italian restaurant get booked up very quickly, and the hotel gives you little information on this when you check in. So my advice is to book these the day you arrive for the week, there is a member of staff that takes reservations outside the restaurant between 10am-12pm. Cleaning staff can be very noisy within the corridors in the morning, as the walls are quite thin. Overall it was a great stay in a lovely hotel. I would recommend.
