Nelia Gardens Mini-hotel

Perfect hotel - went above expectations The rooms were very modern and the beds were comfy cleaners came every day and were all very friendly. The food at the sister hotel was great and had lots of variety. The Mexican night was the best, drinks were great and very quick to get from the bar. Food at the paid bar was amazing as well and very good quality Pool is the perfect temperature and the sun beds were comfy and plenty of them was always able to get a row of 5 next to eachother The location is great right near the ***** and surrounded by lots of good restaurants and bars Perfect for a lads holiday and for what we paid this went well above our expectations Thank you

We had a good stay here with good breakfast, good pool and good service. Hotel has its pool lifeguard that actually pays attention. We had only three nights here, but didn't find any flaw. Everything is close enough, like the store in front of the hotel.

We stay at Nelia gardens twice a year and this latest trip was as brilliant as all of our previous visits. The apartment is ideal and the pool is quiet and relaxing. The greatest thing about Nelia gardens, though, are the people who run and maintain the hotel, apartments and facilities. Every member of staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Angelos the manager, has put together fabulous team. A great place to spend your holiday in Ayia Napa!

Upon arrival we were pretty tired to be honest and check in seemed to take for ages it’s roughly about 40 min from Lca airport to Aya Napa first impressions were good nice and clean and helpful friendly staff we had booked 2 rooms both were on the 4th floor what I did notice was that there were plugs by the bed which was handy What I didn’t like was that u had to take the room key with u and it turns the power off (I get that why they do that) but trying to charge all the electronics was painful the room itself was very clean and spacious wardrobe and safe (ours didn’t work as someone had locked the safe door was closed) lovely big balcony with seats and table we had a view of the pool although the pool was small I think u would struggle in the summer season for sunbeds the bathroom was a good size and the shower had good pressure and constant hot water u get shampoo but no conditioner which would have been handy however there was only 1 shower cap think there should off been 2 only 1 spare pillow again should be 2 and a spare blanket room does get cold with the air con on the hotel itself situated literally 3-5 min walk to main ***** which was handy it’s noisy when u have the balcony door but what do u expect it didn’t bother me there is a lift Breakfast is served across the pool which was handy lovely breakfast good selection and tea/coffee machine I’m very impressed with this hotel for the price I paid for 2 rooms the cleanliness was great u could tell they look after the hotel and the staff were great

I am writing this as we are coming to the end of a fabulous holiday. I can hear you say if it was fabulous why only 4stars? The minor inconvenience that the hotel didn't have any entertainment on and when questioned if we could use the sister hotel "Nelia beach" we got told yes you can but you will have to pay for the drinks as our all inclusive wrist band is not valid there. Like I said this was a minor inconvenience as we explored Ayia Napa and samples the night like and family friendly bars. Food - was average, breakfast was the same every day but I find this no matter what resort you visit. Lunch and dinner which was held in the sister hotel had different themed nights through the week and the food was brilliant - cannot say anything negative really. Rooms were cleaned daily and very spacious my family of 4 didn't get under each other's feet. Pool area is brilliant, I admit coming early in the season we never had to fight for a sun lounger and the area was a sun strap getting sun almost all day long The nelia garden is a quiet hotel, more for the relaxing holiday maker which at times my daughter found it boring with no entertainment to occupy them. Thankfully their WiFi was superb. Gabi and Monica who work in the bar were absolutely fantastic, extremely friendly and welcoming and also had a smile on their faces, a great asset to the Nelia garden team. Would I return?.... Yes, but not with my kids due to the lack of entertainment. Overall a brilliant holiday.

Stayed 2 nights in early April when the hotel and resort were still quiet. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and main street. Staff were friendly and my room was spacious and clean. There was a nice balcony, the bed was comfortable and tea/ coffee were provided along with basic kitchen utensils. Ensuite was clean, water took a while to warm up but was fine once it got going. Ample towels and toiletries provided. All in all, for the very low price, Nelia Gardens is a very good hotel and I'd happily stay again.

Rooms are very big. Very close to the Strip.
Breakfast and snacks are served in Nelia Gardens.
Lunch and dinner are served in very close Nelia Beach hotel (5 minutes on foot).
Wifi is very fast.
The bar staff works great. Great value for reasonable price.

My stay there was very enjoyable. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. All staff, from reception to cleaning to bar staff, were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be going back.
