Small hotel in excellent location. Very clean, small but very nice pool. Didnt have to fight for the sun bed in the morning, 😂there were always some available. Staff was very friendly especially reception and cleaning ladies. Lunch and dinner are served in another hotel across the street 'Nelia Beach'. Food there was amazing!!!! Variety of dishes from all over the world,every day something different, very tasty and Amazing desserts! Overall 5*****
Public transport very close, about 5 minutes walk to the bus stop.

Fantastic value for money!
The room we had was spacious and the braekfast pretty decent! Location amazing!
The only drawback are the sheets- they had little hairs and not the best quality.

Room was very clean and was very happy with the stay. The pool is decent and plenty comfortable loungers. The food is lovely in the adjoining bar/restaurant. And the best service of the trip came from our waiter Purushottam.

cleaning is terrible. There is hair in the bed and on the towel. Never leave out shampoo, shower gel and water! If other guests make noise at night, no one makes a comment. There is no soundproofing in the rooms and you can hear everything that is happening in other rooms. impossible to sleep peacefully!

We had a lovely week at Nelia Gardens, a relatively small hotel, and is less crowded than all the other huge hotels in the area.

We booked an amazing Superior Room that was allocated to the first floor with pool view. Upon arrival the receptionist lady was very nice and welcome. The room was clean and tidy, with lots of space. The breakfast was the highlight, as it had many options to choose from while the location very convenient, so you could take a short walk to the center of Ayia Napa. We definitely recommend it!!

High value for money. Location is great. In the city center yet quite. Guests come here to relax, no teens, no parties.
Excellent pool, large rooms, enouhh sunbeds, comfortable beds, and very nice staff.

The location is good.
Breakfast is good one too.
The cleaning is not, the bed sheets are yellow due lack of cleaning.
THE AIR CONDITION DOS NOT WORKING AT ALL IN OUR ROOM , we try to sleep but wake up every 10 minutes 🤬 the room was like a oven. Really disgraceful and inconvenient.
Definitely I won’t returning here.

Great experience staying in this hotel. We had all inclusive package from Jet2holidays. Clean swimming pool cleaned every night from 19:00 till 8:00 so no noise around swimming pool at night. Close to the beach and city centre , have KFC and McDonalds near by. Amusement park at walking distance and Water park 15 minutes drive. Room cleaned daily before lunch. Good restaurant in the hotel with drinks and food for all inclusive guests. We stayed in beginning of August so Sun was out every day with average temperatures 30 Celsius day time and 25 at nights.
