Tsokkos Gardens Hotel

We were based in the apartments, that are narrowly scrapping a 2 star in comparison to the Jet 2 rated 3 star, this is not a 4 star by any standards. I huge disappointment. On arrival to reception. Which was after traipsing past striking open bins. I showed a screenshot of our reservation number (no wi), reception insisted they had to see it on the Jet2 app, they wouldn't hive access to WiFi for me to access the app,so this discussion went on for a bit untill the que of guests (almost midnight), we're asking h why reception couldn't just give me.wi for access. The apartment was underwhelming, filthy kitchen and bedding. Beds had spring coming through the mattress. We were told the mattress would be changed whilst we were out, but no,even following a reminder they didn't change it. The balcony overlooked a carpark, stacks of bins that were proposed open all week in 36° heat. The Poole table out of order and some.othwr games, reception dark and dreary. The hotel bright and vibrant, reception unbelievably helpful. The pool areas are great and water park,aqua aerobics. Football offered forr boys not girls,such a shame as our daughter was desperate to play with other children and didn't get the chance,no activity offered to girls. Jet 2 we booked through, absolute nightmare,ruined our honeymoon. Disorganised,rude and unhelpful is an understatement. Load music blasting from a local venue until midnight. We didn't want to be in Ayai napa and research said this was a quiet leisurely area,it's not! Thank fully we booked trips through getu guide,those were excellent and the walk along the promenade at the sea front is lovely. The dinning area is lovely, vegetarian meals area not consistent,two sittings I was unable to have a proper meal. My child and I were ill on separate occasions. Roaches are present on the grounds, normal in these countries, but bins propped open doesn't helpandthestenvh is stuck in my nostrils. We won't be re visiting.

Great hotel great food ,just avoid room 441 it's the most noisy hotel room I have stayed in after complaining at reception twice to be totally dismissed as there was nothing they could do about the noises coming from the service lift in the room next to us , which made a dreadful noise from 5.30am till 12.15am couldn't even go to room for nap in the afternoon,had to sleep with ear buds in to het any kind of sleep,such a shame out holiday was spoilt due to the noise complaining was a total waste of time they sent maintenance up to our room for a faulty lift absolute joke ! Would I stay here again ? Yes but most definitely not room 441
