Location: not the best place in town but save. Near the train station and city center. Rooms: nice and tidy but rather small. Spacious bath. Hairdryer did not work. Service: very nice team. Overall: if you are looking for place where you get good value for your money's worth, this hotel is fine. However, I would not suggest it for longer stays.

It is OK for one night last minute stay if your plan changed and you need to sleep somewhere. But expect huge amount of noise from neighbors and from the street. No shampoo, nor soap in shower

Very friendly, helpful staff and a great location. Room was clean and tidy. The shower had a mind of its own and cycled between warm and scalding at apparently random intervals. The breakfast buffet was OK but I have had better for cheaper at other places.

Everything clean - very Central location. You can walk in the city and in the surrounding area there are enough stores to fill the stomach. However, the Hotel is located right next to several sex shops....otherwise, all is well

Simple hotel at a convenient location in downtown. The place is quite run down and feels like it would need a good overhaul. The carpet is dirty and laundry from other rooms are just piled up little everywhere in the corridors. Not accurate to the description. The good thing was that when we visited they just changed staff. Even though he seemed very inexperienced he was very helpful.

Plus=hotel is walking distance from Altstadt and close to public transportation (Unbanh and Hauptbanhof);room was clean and bathroom also. Minus:hotel is quite old with worn fornitures.My bed (single) was narrow and not confortable.Room in general was small,I had difficulty in opening and closing doors and moving around the room

The room was fine for what you pay for it. Location is good but we had to spend 28 euro's a day for parking.

The room was a little small but ok, the staff friendly. The biggest Problem was to find a Parking space for a VAN. The car parks in the area are only designed to 1.80.

Had an excellent stay here. Comfy beds. Bathroom floor heating system is a great upgrade. Excellent yummy breakfast. Terrace. WiFi. Would stay here again. Staff was super friendly.

A good accommodation for our business stay in Dusseldorf. Staff was good, free wifi, free transport ticket and good breakfast. Near city center. Too expensive during our stay for k-2016 exhibition.

Hotel is ok for the price and located in a pretty good position to reach both the city center and the city fair. Even though it is not the best looking hotel, I would still recommend it for a short stay in Düsseldorf.

Friendly family hotel. We had a room on the first floor. The room and bathroom were fairly recently modernized. Friendly staff and great breakfast. There was a covered bicycle parking available. Situated in a quiet village between the big cities with some restaurants and shops.

Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. It even had a small winter garden. The bathroom was new and also very clean. The breakfast room was friendly and designed with attention to detail. The breakfast was sufficient and not very extensive. The latter was certainly due to the small number of guests allowed due to corona. The hostess was extremely friendly and polite. Recommended👍.

Smallish hotel in a very nice and well connected with the tram to expo and city centre. Very clean and exceptional care from the staff. Near to good italian restaurant , chemist and bank. New bathrooms in some rooms. Rooms are a little tight for more than one person. Recommended.

Nice hotel located at about 1km from the center. The building is a little old, but rooms are nice and quite modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is really kind and helpful. Nice buffet for breakfast.

Completely okay for an overnight stay, price-performance ratio is okay. The rooms are a few years old and there was dirt in the bathroom, the exact origin of which I would rather not know. Breakfast okay, there weren't enough seats. We didn't notice the aircraft noise when the window was closed.

Optimally designed for those who come for business, such as exhibitions or conferences. In short, a good hotel and convenient location close to public transport. The main thing is the price-quality ratio, it is one of the best here

We had a room at first floor, near Breakfast room. The room was nice, very high ceilings and you see, that it’s really old house, but it’s interesting. Location to center could be little bit better.

Low cost hotel in walking distance to Central Station. Its a B&B and there are plenty of restaurants and take aways in the neighbourhood. Extremeley clean and the friendly service is exceptional. You walk around 10 minutes to the station.

Nothing special, but ok. Rooms are clean, although the furniture is a bit old. Breakfast was a bit stale. Staff is helpful. The only great thing about it is the location (near Central train station) and price. Would recommend if you're traveling on a budget.

The hotels location is wonderfull. You are in the heart of city. There is not much opportunity for hotel but you are in the old city centre. You are close to everywhere.

very noisy very central, however did not realise, hotel has extra rooms across the street, and also down the street a bit. We were put into one of these rooms. No lift in the overspill part of the hotel, with very dangerous spiral stairs, especially when carrying suitcases, and also above an extremely loud bar/nightclub, which went on until at least 1.30am in the morning. Ideal location to get to the airport. Check the shuttle bus times before you book, otherwise it will cost around €15 in a taxi. Claims to be a 3 star hotel but realistically it's of 2 star quality. Try to avoid room 101 as it is right next to the reception desk and you can hear everything that is going on outside your room. However, the service is good

OK for one night. Very good value for money. It's basically a large house with lots of rooms. The driveway is very dark. The room itself is OK. Nothing special. The beds are very low. We can't comment on the breakfast, as we left early.
