The hotel is large with Basic rooms with no coffee making faciliities or toiletries in the room however it’s clean and the restaurant is good. It is a perfect hotel for a stay close to an exhibition or concert as the stadium is a short walk from the hotel.

Very close to the exhibition hall. Not far from the airport either. You need to take the tram to go to the city. Health: good Good environment The service was excellent. Rich breakfast. The price is average.

The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.

The hotel is in a great location, with various shopping options (Norma, Netto, etc.) and excellent public transport connections. It's even possible to open the window completely. (1st floor)

We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!

We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

Hotel is next to the highway. It is easy to find. Also next to  a Tesla Supercharger which is very convenient for my roadtrip. Breakfast is nice in the morning. Good deal.

Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. The only small downfall I could find was the quality of the food not being consistent. The veal liver was undercooked, but this fault was duly corrected. I enjoy visiting this hotel

I chose this hotel as it was closer to the airport than where I had been staying to make catching the morning flight easier. This rooms are in need of a remodel. While they are acceptable, they seem to have been done last about 10 years ago. The restaurant food was delicious and I was even able to have dessert delivered to my room. Good service!

Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away. Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too. What I don't understand is why to charge for the dog while our dogs doesn't lose hair and he's hypo-allergenic.

I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I even found great areas nearby for my morning run too. :) I was very satisfied with everything, the only thing I noticed is that the receptionist are a bit slow and multitasking all the time (eg. on the phone)

A nice modern hotel in a quiet area. Rooms have a fridge and an area for a microwave but the actual appliance is missing. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away across the bridge. The walk to the airport is 15-20 minutes. The same is true for the metro stations, one to the north and one to the south. They both are on the same "S" line. Taxi fare to the airport is about 10 euros.

The Van Der Valk hotel is absolutely stunning inside, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I didnt use the Restaurant so i cannot advise on that but thr Bar is comfortable ,but service can be slow when busy ,only to be expected. Overall i highly rate it

The location was good, not far from the city centre with a tram or bus. The hotel was clean but the phone in the room wasn't working. We had to call the reception using the number on trip.com.

I have to pay 3 euros more without any reason It was written that I have to pay 3 euros city tax on trip application and at the reception they said that it is 3 per person so I have to pay 6 euros although I was just one person :) Any way the hotel is very hood in general

No fridge or minibar on the room, It is quite important. Noise from highway, bed too soft. Breakfast ok, but really average. Diner was fine, beer very expensive about 9€/0,5l but very tasty. Carpaccio weak, steak great, chocolate desert perfect. Parking 18€/day. From my point of view 3* max.

All in all there is nothing much you can say about the stay, it's not spectacular but also not bad. The only thing I would like to remark is, that in my room it did not seem as if the air conditioning did anything at all. The air coming out of it felt warmer than the air outside, even though it was put at the lowest level (18 Degrees). Breakfast was good!

The room I booked with Ctrip included breakfast, but when I got there for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't help me... They asked me to pay first and then refunded the money to Ctrip's wallet, which was 25 euros, and the hotel charged the same. But when I looked back at the Ctrip booking, the price was more than 25 euros, including or not including breakfast...
