Room great size, clean and with very comfortable large twin beds. good size well equipped bathroom with excellent shower .
Only downside to our stay was the unpleasant outlook from room . It looked into blocks of apartments. - didn’t spoil our short break though. Good free wifi .
The highlight of our stay was the hotel’s Excellent staff . They were all efficient friendly and professional. Especially...
I stayed 8 nights with my husband. Check-in was earlier than we expected, thanks for that! Personnel are very polite and friendly. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Great location, just in a few minutes to walk to the all city attractions.
The location near the central station was important for us though the area is not the best because of homeless people around the back entrance to the station. The hotel itself is clean, pleasantly decorated, and offers free drinking water in the lobby as well as working spaces in the foyer. The breakfast was amazing quality for the price. Family members were given rooms beside each other with two of...
The hotel was located in the heart of the Düsseldorf and breakfast was perfect 🥹❤️
We had an enjoyable five-day, four-night stay at the hotel, which is in a great location. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms and facilities are clean, and the décor is modern. The staff is polite and helpful.
Nice hotel to stay. Very good located. With all required amenities. Will stay again

Dusseldorf, Achenbachstraße 17 🧭 Map
Very stylish and classy hotel in the heart of Dusseldorf. Great services, located in a quiet location surrounded by greenery that makes you feel like in a holiday. The breakfast room facing the interior garden was awesome.
Very very very good, first-class experience
I live alone in a building over a hundred years old. The deep atmosphere of the hotel and the room is very strange. There is a painting of a weird woman on the wall. Her eyes at night often make my scalp tingle. I always feel that this is like the ** in European and American horror movies. If you travel alone, you can try it if you are brave enough.
Antique, feels very good
Service is also very good
breakfast bar
A very atmospheric small hotel with good front desk service. Worth a stay.
Very good, the parking lot is a little small

What a pleasure it was to stay at this hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first , as I lived in Düsseldorf for a long time and used to know the original old Breidenbacher Hof very well. But I was impressed and happy , the minute we walked in . This hotel is run with precision , care and professional hospitality attitude ! While the city center of Düsseldorf , especially the Alt Stadt, is clearly suffering...
This hotel is an absolute gem! I stayed here during my trip to Düsseldorf, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Düsseldorf.
It's very hard these days to find a high quality hotel that also feels special. Most 5 star hotels today are owned by a few holding companies and have the same modern but cheap and impersonal aesthetic. Breidenbacher, however, brings me back to the days when going to a hotel felt special, with great service, great amenities and location. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
**A Stay Defined by Unmatched Hospitality and Exceptional Service**
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a level of attentiveness that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The staff at this hotel are not only professional but also genuinely friendly and full of positive energy. Every interaction, whether it was with the concierge, the front desk, or the...

Our stay at The Wellem Hotel in Düsseldorf was nothing short of perfection. Check in was quick and easy, and reception staff were super nice and very welcoming.
The rooms were immaculate, incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was remarkable, and the quiet ambiance made it a perfect retreat after a day...
This is an outstanding hotel with a thoughtful and tasty breakfast, especially for vegetarians. Thanks for making the stay such a memorable one!
The service here is the star of the show. I have stayed at this hotel for months at a time and the staff were some of the best I have had in Europe. Rooms are massive, services are excellent, restaurants are extraordinary, comfortable beds, and the cleanest of clean. Cocktail bar and jazz nights are a real treat. I could go in and on about the team and how "at home" they have made us feel. Sure...they...
My family recently stayed at The Wellem in Düsseldorf. We arrived from Boston on an overnight flight with 2 small children. We had a perfect stay. We had requested 2 rooms next to each other and the rooms were available to us when we checked in. The staff was wonderful. The children were greeted with a couple of thoughtful gifts. The rooms were spacious and very quiet. The staff was very helpful in...
The best hotel in Düsseldorf.
Quiet.
The room is huge.
The service is great.
The breakfasts is delicious.
The location is superb.
The soft drinks are free.
Totally worth the price.

I am currently waiting to check in on a 3 night points stay. i am Globalist and booked a business suite and was upgrade on the App to a studio suite. Great hotel, awesome location close to the river and walkable to many restaurants. Nice rooms and amenities, friendly staff!
Room was on the larger side with a large glass window and decent view. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast also good. The shower also deserves special mention - good pressure and one of those wide shower heads that just worked well. I'll stay there again when in Dusseldorf for sure.
Very nice hotel on walking distance of the Düsseldorf old town. Nice rooms and awesome breakfast. They gave me an upgrade due to my VIP status, oh Happy days! I will book again! Restaurants on a stone throw distance! Parking is at the rear, two times right and you will find the garage on your righthand side clearly indicazed
Great service, the employees were always helpful and there if we needed anything during our stay. the room was quite comfortable and the cleaning staff made sure it was clean and nice at all times. We had a surgery during our stay and the staff were very helpful with accommodation and anything we needed. Wholeheartedly recommend Radisson Blu if you are going here anytime soon.
The hotel is clean and the service attitude is very good. It takes only five minutes to walk downstairs to the Rhine River and the Rhine Tower. Two bottles of water are provided in each room.
Very comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. The reception staff are helpful and great.

Overall, pretty good. Was there for a business event. The staff was accommodating, good proximity to some grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants and public transportation. Had a fantastic gym, and well appointed breakfast. Would love to have a phone in room to be able to call front desk and AC situation could be better (i had to leave windows open to get it cooler). Outside of that, was a great...
Stayed with work, good location for office
The location of the hotel is very good and can be reached by public transportation. Hyatt management, standardized management! There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which is very rich. There is also a German pub, German pork knuckle, sausage, beer are all good, and the price is reasonable!
The room I booked was slightly larger, clean and new, with a comfortable bed. The location is also good, in a residential area, not far from the attractions, and you can take public transportation. The parking fee is 28 euros, which is a bit expensive.
Really pleasant hotel with modern facilities and super friendly staffs
The room was not very clean, and the quilt was covered with cotton dust whenever I moved it. There were railroad tracks outside the room, and I would be woken up by the rumbling sound of the railroad tracks every day.

Overall I think it’s a great hotel for the price, everything is clean and the staff are friendly.
The hotel is a short walk from the main station or a couple of minutes on the tram. Friendly staff on the reception. The room though a little dated was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. I t had a lovely comfortable large double bed. Plenty cafes and eateries close by.
location is nice and so clean ! and then the breakfast is perfect !
Best hotel in Düsseldorf, staff were very friendly, helpful, kind. Especially tow guys who they work at reception. Location is not close to center but for those who they like walking it’s great, it takes only 23 minutes to get downtown. Happy to stay there..
This hotel is like 15 min walking distance to the city center. The hotel is old and due for a restoration, as written in many rewies. But we were positively surprised how spacious the rooms are! We had quite a big room with a big bath room (two separate wash basins, hair dryer, bath tube, magnifying mirror). Everything was very clean, and the beds comfortable (with little snacks on the pillows!).There...
The room was small but clean. The elevator was old and had to be opened manually. There was a small park on the street, which I could see through the window. There were sounds of children playing, and I fell asleep peacefully with the sounds.

Excellent service and nice rooms. A but loud near the elevator
So I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms.
The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of...
Dua, The receptionist was awesome!
Completely new and well established hotel near the city center.
Good furnished rooms and nice restaurant with harbor and city view.
Has underground parking.
Nice place to stay in Duesseldorf for business and simple tourists.
Lovely hotel with amazing views on Düsseldorf and the Rhine. Rooms are nice and recent, rooftop bar is very nice and staff very friendly.
The access to the river walking paths was perfect along with the views. the windows in the room will open. The English speaking staff were top notch and provided perfect service. The morning breakfast at top floor is the only way to start the day. Cheers

Location was amazing and it was only 6 stops to the airport. Right behind the hotel, there is a lovely park which i enjoyed! There were many convenience stalls and eateries around the area as well, making it super convenient! The rooms of the hotel was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our 2 nights there! The breakfast provided was amazing as well and the spread was pretty huge! Thank you!
Hotel is new hotel, small rooms but for business trip is ok. Lobby is very nice, breakfast is good. Reception people expecting more helpful anyway acceptable.
It was a perfect stay in Düssseldorf. It is a bit farther away from the main city, so it is pretty calm and relaxed. The room was clean, and breakfast was nice.
Great place but terrible staff. They wanted to charge me 20 euros for 4 hours parking but I ended up paying 20 euros because I stayed 4 hours only (from 5 AM to 9 AM). Arrogant staff at the reception desk. They treat people based on ethnicity... No professional service for none European looking guests.
The facilities are complete, the cleanliness and hygiene are top-notch, the environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. It's a great choice for business trips.
Everything went well until check out day. Cleaner knock the door so early …

The Hotel is located near the airport. anyway for walking it is a bit too far, so I would recommend to take a cab. Price was about 15 Euros from the airport. The room was dark and quiet but quite small (which didn’t bother me at all). you can not compare it to more luxurious hotels but for the price I would recommend it for an overnight stay especially if you have flight connections or you arrive...
I found the location of the hotel to the airport to be excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk via a sidewalk trail that went up to the train station rails and then I could just go straight up to the airport. The room was very clean. The temperature was easy to adjust to my liking, the bathroom was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my bags off in the morning...
Taxi from hotel to airport is €12 which is too expensive for 2 mins ride. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Everything else was very good.
Simple and low-budget hotel near the airport, suitable for a business trip for those who don't want to spend a lot.
The rooms are basic and relatively small but clean.
The staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is satisfactory for its price, although it may happen that you need to go to the hotel right next door, which also belongs to the same Group.
There is a possibility that you will have...
It's a 2 star - but who cares - it's clean, 24 hour reception, hot shower, comfy bed and let me take my dog in the room.

unfortunately we were not lucky with the service. The lobby bar was closed, although they assured us that it would be open
Very distinctive decoration style
Good location for my business trip. The gym could use an upgrade and better equipment and also when I needed a place to work when I had to check out they did not lay me work in the restaurant. Found it very odd and as I was there 2 nights a poor example of customer service
Good rooms, free minibar, the personnel are very kind, the beds are big and comfortable,
Free gym and spa 🌞
Very quiet place, nice for good resting.
The bad side is that you can't regulate the air conditioner, just turn it on or off.

I do not travel a lot, but i know that all travellers can tell that they can divide the hotels with good and bad energy. This hotel is simple, with positive energy and cheaper than the others, but with the same qualities and offers. The girls on the reception are great, regards to them. Hope to come back again.

Very nice location, room not big but clean, all necessaries can be found in the room.
The single room is small i can't move around much but it's ok. And it's extremely hot i have a fever every night and morning. It’s a shame what we do to people now is that carrying my luggage can lead to a lack of staff. Otherwise it's close to konigsallee and the tram it's pretty good.
The price was quite cheap so I didn’t expect any amenities and cleanness.
However the room and the bathroom was pretty clean and there are a lot of amenities. Especially I was so happy when I found a coffee machine with 3 coffee capsules and teas.
I am very satisfied and would like to stay here again.
The location of NH chain hotels is good, and it takes ten minutes to walk to the Blue River. The windows are not soundproofed. There are several restaurants and bars downstairs of this hotel, and there are drunkards howling at three or four in the night.
Great, very nice hotel, clean, quiet and close to the Kö and the old town. Breakfast very good.
The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and taxis are easily accessible. Breakfast is good. It is close to King's Road and 10 minutes' walk from shopping. It is just much more expensive during the exhibition.

Best hotel in the area. Reception is very nice and helpful. They have real value for money.
Excellent stay! The staff at the reception was super friendly. Clean and quiet room. Smart TV and strong WiFi. Bets location for visiting, 10 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to the downtown. I would definitely stay again.
Very dated bed lights that could not be fixed properly in position. Cramped toilets and overall low on space. Other than that all good - great location, lots of light, warm and cozy. I also appreciated the coffee maker in the room
Location is great very close yo Königsalle. Busses and trains do not operate well in Dusseldorf so try to use Uber or taxi from/to the airport.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Madalina, Murat, and Zal were incredibly attentive. The rooms felt like a 5-star hotel. Everything was brand new, and the bathroom was spotless. There was also a kitchen inside, and it was super clean. We were very comfortable. I couldn’t understand those who said the rooms were small. The location is right in the center, and the breakfast was amazing and very filling. They even served me a variety...
Overall this is a great stay, the hotel is spotless and has nice furnishings, it is very good value. The location is amazing if you want to be within walking distance to the main train station and downtown.

Close enough to the train station. The executive rooms are a bit too much on the technology that is not that useful. Housekeeping disturbs you even though you set the do not disturb sign outside your door. The breakfast is ok.
This hotel was perfect for a short visit to Dusseldorf by myself. I booked a 'comfort' single room, which was spacious for a single person and had a generously-wide single bed. To be honest I didn't try adjusting the inflatable mattress, as I was very happy with the setting it was already on, but I was intrigued as I've never come across one of these before. Great place 8 minute walk from the main train station . Very quiet hotel room we had was a reasonable size but the bathroom was compact but ample with a very good power shower
