I recently stayed at Sofitel Frankfurt Opera and had an overall positive experience. The staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially during the cocktail event we hosted. The service at the event was top-notch, with staff ensuring everything ran smoothly and our guests were well taken care of.
The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions.
However, the air conditioning in the rooms left much to be desired. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep at night. This was the one downside to an otherwise excellent stay.
If the AC issue were resolved, this would easily be a five-star experience.
The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions.
However, the air conditioning in the rooms left much to be desired. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep at night. This was the one downside to an otherwise excellent stay.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.

We arrived very early after an overnight flight. The staff checked us in quickly and were very friendly. All of our needs were met and the hotel is in a lovely part of town. We will definitely stay here when passing through Frankfurt again.

Easy 5+ stars. Service was outstanding, I’d hire every person I interacted with at front desk, concierge, valet, and Lili’s (bar). Great aesthetic, clean - rooms are very spacious and well designed + arranged. This will be our go-to every time in Frankfurt and would highly recommend. Wish we were staying longer!

I stayed at Sofitel Frankfurt Opera for a total of eight nights across three separate stays with my family, booking three rooms each time. Despite requesting rooms on the same floor, all double rooms, and one accessible room, our experience was plagued with issues.
On our first night, the power went out in one room. It took an hour to get assistance and switch rooms, leaving us in the dark for far too long. Check-in was consistently slow and inefficient, with our reservations being mixed up multiple times.
While the hotel itself is modern and the rooms are of high quality, the service was disappointing. The repeated check-in issues and poor handling of problems overshadowed the positives.

Sorry, I can't rate the rooms. We had a big event here. Lovely hotel very fancy. The ballroom or conference room was nice. The services were brilliant in the F&B area.

Fahim Hotak provides the best room turndown service ever. He’s very attentive to details, very industrious and discreet at the same time. Having the room re-checked and restocked in the evening is one of the treats one can only enjoy in the best hotels. And Fahim does this hotel proud with his incredible work ethics

One of the best experiences I ever had, hotel staff upgraded my room due some ac issue without complaining. Breakfast is really great, neat & clean.

We stayed 2 nights and were so impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were super helpful and we liked both Lili’s bar and the restaurant. We had a late flight to catch and the hotel offered us late checkout for free which we really appreciated . Next time we visit Frankfurt would definitely stay here again
