Sorry, I can't rate the rooms. We had a big event here. Lovely hotel very fancy. The ballroom or conference room was nice. The services were brilliant in the F&B area.

Fahim Hotak provides the best room turndown service ever. He’s very attentive to details, very industrious and discreet at the same time. Having the room re-checked and restocked in the evening is one of the treats one can only enjoy in the best hotels. And Fahim does this hotel proud with his incredible work ethics

One of the best experiences I ever had, hotel staff upgraded my room due some ac issue without complaining. Breakfast is really great, neat & clean.

We stayed 2 nights and were so impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were super helpful and we liked both Lili’s bar and the restaurant. We had a late flight to catch and the hotel offered us late checkout for free which we really appreciated . Next time we visit Frankfurt would definitely stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the utmost warmth and professionalism by your staff. Especially Ms. Ardelean, who set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The attentiveness of your staff for every detail of my stay, from check-in to check-out, was unparalleled. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my time there, even if brief. I now look forward to my future trips to Frankfurt.

Globally, very friendly and caring staff in an extremely pleasant and amazing hotel: I have stayed twice at SOFITEL FRANKFURT OPERA during the month of March 2024, and had numerous opportunities to experience the friendliness and courtesy of the different teams working in this very pleasant hotel with an unique design, and benefit from the help and services that are available at SOFITEL FRANKFURT OPERA.
Overall I have always spent there, in this amazing hotel, some very pleasant and enjoyable stays. I will come back and always stay at SOFITEL FRANKFURT OPERA when I have the occasion to come and stay at Frankfurt, but also to enjoy the many opportunities of visits and stays in his pleasant and peaceful city along the river banks of the Main, not to mention the numerous cultural attractions and activities offered by the city of Frankfurt.

I visited Frankfurt for a day tour. Check-in was fast and smooth and they upgraded us to a nicer room. I can’t talk about parking but the hotel is located 15 min subway ride from the airport and less than 5 min walk from the station. Breakfast buffet was great and server named Emily was outstanding. We had a park-view room and it was snowing when we arrived so I really enjoyed the view. I also enjoyed the interior design. I enjoyed the mixture of oriental theme and modern western style.

Stayed at the Sofitel Opera in Frankfurt for 4 nights whilst attending a conference in the city. The hotel is located in a beautiful area next to a park yet within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. Staff at the hotel are attentive and friendly, food is excellent and the spa and swimming pool are first class.

Delightful experience ! I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, for the Chiefs - Dolphins game. Staff has been amazing (Thanks to Tina for the very friendly and efficient check-in and Olivier for an outstanding room service), the bedding is absolutely a cheat code, I have never ever slept so well in my life. (This is not for nothing that their bed are on sale on internet). Room has been absolutely spotless and clean. I can only recommend this hotel !
