Amazing views from the hotel restaurant and patios. We opted for the cheapest room with forest views... but still enjoyed the food and views from the rest of the hotel. Breakfast, lunch snack, and dinner were some of the best meals of our entire trip. Hiking around the lake was beautiful in the morning. (We also went out in the afternoon but it was much more crowded.)

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Massage was great as was the sauna and dip into the lake. Going to the top of the highest peak in Germany was fun and only a walk from the hotel to the gondola. Restaurant staff did a marvelous job with providing good and varied food items given my multiple allergies.

Heavenly location, this is worth every dollar. Hospitality is subpar, but it’s mostly due to seasonal employees I would guess. I recently stayed at Eibsee hotel, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. We spent one night at Hotel Am Badersee. It is a huge property located on the side of Badersee lake. The view is incredible, the rooms are clean and well equipped. We also served breakfast here and it was a buffet with everything you need to begin your day right. The staff is very professional and helpful.

By chance we came to it, the visit was wonderful, very friendly staff, super Service, great indoor swimming pool with Sauna, good rooms, tasty varied Breakfast. The house and the entire grounds are very well maintained. In view of the offer is absolutely inexpensive. Highly recommend and we will go there again.

If you want to enjoy the GAP area this is a perfect location. Grainau and Längenfelder Hof is a great choice for alpine scenery. You can get here by the small train and will do well without a car. I recommend you rent bicycles (electric or other) as you have access to great roads and paths.

The apartments are very comfortable, we were 2 adults and 5 children. Everything you need for life is available, warm and wide. The area is quiet, through the windows and balconies with wonderful views of the mountains, yet close to everything you need - shops, ski slopes. There is a parking possibility even with a minibus. We definitely recommend both a small company and a big company.

If you are looking for a cozy German charm hotel tucked away from the more touristy parts of the area this hotel is for you. Pool and hot tub (do wish it was hotter) have a wonderful view. Best breakfast i've had so far in a hotel (there are a lot of options to chose from regarding the food). Friendly staff as far as I could tell. There's free parking. The view is also nice, the hotel being located on a hillside facing Garmisch city. It's not far from the ski slopes but it's only accessible by car.

The Location is perfect for Garmish, the Hotel style is supposed to be antique, and it is. Their Bathrooms are modern tho. I'd be careful booking in the summer, since it gets a little hot with no A/C, also some noise from the main street during the night if the windows are open

This hotel is great. The rooms are not state of the art, but that’s how it goes for a place that dates back to 1542. The history and views are spectacular. My only issue was that there was no A/C or fan in the room and it was pretty hot at times but that was in August. Would def return.

We were immediately greeted with champagne and hot towels for our face from staff and they were always absolutely fabulous. There is free parking, but it is very limited, but the parking tower is close by and only 5 euros a day. They also gave us great advice on the town and we were very helpful. The view was absolutely amazing, and it was right in the center of town in walking distance from many restraunts...

Friendly staff, they offered welcome drinks upon arrival. After spending the whole day outside, the staff offered us to use the Sauna for relaxation.

There is a cafe in the hotel and the guy working there today was so so nice to me and my brother. Thank you for the delicious cappuccino, hot chocolate and apple cake! We will remember this as a good memory :)

It was one of the warmest day in summer when we stayed there, when the windows were widely opened, the room temperature decreased by the gentle mountain wind. The night was quiet with open windows. The decor in the room is with a Bavarian dining table, the size of room is enough for a couple and a dog. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is well staffed by professionals who make your stay comfortable. There is on site parking (at cost) and many food and leisure options are available nearby so you don’t need to drive elsewhere.

Great location, nice rooms, and everything was very clean. The sauna and pooI were very clean and well maintained. I purchased the half board package, but neither the front desk or the restaurant workers knew exactly what was included. Could I order off the menu or only have the buffet? Was a drink included with my meals, or was that extra? Nobody knew for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay! The hotel is perfectly located to easily walk to Garmisch and Partenkirchen centres. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. One small improvement could be to add an EV charging point in the hotel parking.

The staff is very nice and professional. The swimming pool is nice. Gym is nice. Breakfast is not bad as well. The rooms are out dated and not what you would come to expect from a Mercure Hotel. The dinner menu is not very kid friendly. It's a bit on the more expensive side. I would recommend because of the staff, but curb your expectations.

My wife and I travel a lot. We've heard of Das Graseck-My Mountain Hideway thanks to a Facebook account. This is one of the best place we've ever stayed. The staff is amazing, rooms are well decorated and very comfortable. The restaurant serves high quality food and their wine cellar is full of surprises. Well done.

Perfect place to have relaxing holiday. Excellent service, facilities, restaurant and everything else as well. A real hidden gem in the mountains. Worth every penny you spend there.

Easily one of the most memorable and magical experiences in my life. I cannot recommend this place enough and I tell everyone about it. If you need to escape the hustle and bustle and reconnect with Nature, you need to go here. The staff are sincerely incredible, the facilities and views unmatched. Great location above the partnach gorge, with warm and class Service, thanks to 30 rooms on a very personal Level. Beautiful room - but beware open-bath - Breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired. Spa area could be at full capacity a bit as far as the rest are in the rain.

Beautiful ambience, very friendly staff and the concept is really great and unique! The combination of Wellness and the medicine is really very well done! You can hike and simply let go, and the lovely surroundings to enjoy, and if you also want to leave his checkups make!
