Stayed for about 8 days! Overall it was good. *Reducing one star for offering stained cutlery and plates during breakfast. (You always have to wipe off something). *Reducing one more star for those noises the LED stripes behind the bed make, after turning them off while they cool down or something. People at the reception and eatery are very helpful and welcoming :)

Everything was good!.....except breakfast, which was poor....maybe these days...Corona days! Small activity in tourism! Close to REWE supermarket!

Perfect location 10-15 mins walk to city centre or Harbour. Spotlessly clean & really stylish, would definitely recommend

We are staying here for last one months, beds are really comfortable, you have everthing in room which the clean regularly. Happy with the service. Just the post i m expecting somehow returned by the hotel and i m having delays to complete important items due to that.

Great place close to the center. Cozy and modern. Warm in winter. Great kitchenette so you can prepare your own food. Fab bathtub.

The location of the Citadines Michel Hamburg is perfect. That’s because three important districts are located very close. While the city centre dazzles with shops and restaurants, HafenCity is a centre for tourism, business and retail, and Sankt Pauli promises a vibrant nightlife scene

Wonderful room (studio) with enough space for two. Great location with most places in walking distance. It's was also close to the s/u bahn. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but made our own in the room.

New TVs with HDMI input, power sockets everywhere, spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower and an adequate kitchen. If you're in Hamburg for business, this is a great place to stay.

It's very well located in the city... 4-5 minutes walking to the main square. It's clean, silent, modern... and the staff are kind and professional. 10/10

A fancy and cozy apartment with modern rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. State-of-the-art interiors and spacious wardrobes. A designated parking lot. Easy access to the subway station, Mundsburg (U3). To be honest, it is a bit pricey even taking into account of its fine quality.

Great, comfortable and cost effective stay with a kitchenette. we stayed for a couple of days with our toddler . The staff were really friendly. Room was neat with extra baby bed set up when we reached. They even went beyond their expected work/duty by helping us out in fixing our stroller which broke during the flight travel.

Clean, new (2019), spacious rooms. Noisy fan in the room. Good showers. Ok breakfast. Friendly reception 24/24. In the middle of nowhere.

The hotel is small and nice. The shower was not operating properly in our room. The parking and breakfast are quite expensive

I was with my son three days in hamburg so we booked a room in my apartment hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was always good as well. The hotel staff was so nice and gave us guide and tips what we should see in hamburg. Next year we are coming back to this nice hotel! :)

For this time, there is quite o. K., otherwise the room is too small for us. For dinner, I can say nothing, but by the owner's homemade jam is super delicious, thank you gesture for this love ends.

Super quiet Hotel, very friendly staff. Room and of course the Hotel are very clean. The Breakfast is not skimped on anything, always nice and fresh. Parking are sufficiently available. There is free Wi-Fi and even LAN Ports in the room. Price is for hamburgers relationships. There is simply nothing to complain about. Happy again

The rooms were very bright and clean. The breakfast simple but good. Has a relatively large selection. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately there was no elevator, which could be a problem if you had a room on the 5th floor with heavy suitcases.

Stayed here for three days while on an exchange trip. Good spacious rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget hotel in the area!

This is a really nice well-located hotel next to the swimming arena and Lange Reihe with a lot of bars and restaurants. For me it is also ideal as in between the university HMS and the Central Station. Nice staff.

Jelow (sic) Tiger Bowle is simply delicious. Everything else I've had so far, though. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside very well. There are only a few tables inside so make a reservation.

Really nice apartment with plenty of storage, cozy and comfortable and having somewhere with a balcony was great. Subway station and bus stops a couple of minutes away was great for getting around the city

I can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Our apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. There is a free car park and very good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. If we ever come back to Hamburg, we will rent this accommodation again.
