NH Collection Hamburg City

Good size room with plenty of space for a double sofa bed as well as a king which are either side of a partition. The TV is in the partition and swivels around so can face either bed. There was a large bathroom too. The hotel is well located about a 15 minute walk from the centre. The common areas are ok.

I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room. They upgraded me to a very spacious room (family room) with a living room with a sofa and an armchair and a bathroom with a bathtub as I requested. They brought me several attentions to the room. The hotel has a SPA area which I enjoyed alone as it was not crowded at the time I went. Sauna and Turkish bath. It also has a small but cozy gym.
The breakfast was great. The waiters were attentive at all times to the needs of the guests and replenished the meals as they ran out.

Special mention to the manager, Fenja Luebke, she was very attentive at all times.

Best hotel breakfast ever. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view is probably nice but it's the time of the year where Hamburg is in a layer of permanent fog so I wouldn't know.

Quality hotel with crisp, clean, modern rooms, luxury bedding and classy bathroom fittings, with even a free emergency toothbrush! Located an easy-walking 1.5 miles from the city centre and docklands, in an area full of trendy independent fashion shops, bars and cafes. See photos. The only problem we had was the air conditioning, which was useless but much needed as it was 28c in Hamburg when we were there. When we complained to the reception staff we were told the a/c is not effective when it’s hot! An Incredible excuse for an international hotel chain! 😳😳

My room was really huge! And bed was cery comfortable! Also service was great. Although rooms are a bit “old”, and do need some modernisation maybe, it was really nice stay at NH Collection.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor.
The location is just fine and near to restaurants and a small supermarket.

Was my first time staying at NH collection in Europe, I am so happy with my choice it is a 10/10 hotel . Staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming, rooms are spotless clean and comfortable with all kinds of amenity٫ breakfast was very versatile and they even had mimosas ! They had great coloring area for kids , they are very supportive for the kids friendly requirements, the spa was another highlight in the hotel Relaxation was possible they even have a balcony with a beautiful view to take some sun ☀️ .
The Parking was also very easy to use !
