NH Collection Hamburg City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Ricardo Carvalho his kindness towards children was truly heartwarming and made our family feel very welcome.

The breakfast offered a wide array of choices, catering to all tastes and preferences. The professional team at the hotel not only provided excellent service but also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like we were among friends.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. One detail that particularly impressed me was the team's attention to detail, such as promptly placing chairs back to the table as soon as customers left, showing a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent experience and stay to discover the beauty of Hamburg. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable.

Quality hotel with crisp, clean, modern rooms, luxury bedding and classy bathroom fittings, with even a free emergency toothbrush! Located an easy-walking 1.5 miles from the city centre and docklands, in an area full of trendy independent fashion shops, bars and cafes. See photos. The only problem we had was the air conditioning, which was useless but much needed as it was 28c in Hamburg when we were there. When we complained to the reception staff we were told the a/c is not effective when it’s hot! An Incredible excuse for an international hotel chain! 😳😳

My room was really huge! And bed was cery comfortable! Also service was great. Although rooms are a bit “old”, and do need some modernisation maybe, it was really nice stay at NH Collection.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor.
The location is just fine and near to restaurants and a small supermarket.

Was my first time staying at NH collection in Europe, I am so happy with my choice it is a 10/10 hotel . Staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming, rooms are spotless clean and comfortable with all kinds of amenity٫ breakfast was very versatile and they even had mimosas ! They had great coloring area for kids , they are very supportive for the kids friendly requirements, the spa was another highlight in the hotel Relaxation was possible they even have a balcony with a beautiful view to take some sun ☀️ .
The Parking was also very easy to use !

This place is amazing like really amazing I am a family of 3 and I came with some family members super comfortable beds there suits ARE amazing (I was in one so that’s how I know it’s really good) clean bathrooms outstanding food and just a 10/10 for me and the location is beautiful with a mini some sort of garden and it’s really child friendly. Also they have lots of activity’s like a steam sauna and dry sauna with a gym at the 7th floor for the public. I really enjoyed it and if you come to hamburg pls for your own good come to NH collection hotel it is an amazing place if there was a 10 star I would’ve, overall 10/10.

We like the hotel so much. At breakfast we met Rahmah and her colleagues, a waitress who is friendly and gave us great service.

Lovely rooms, super clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was a little expensive but totally worth it,the selection was great!

This was the perfect hotel if you are going to a concert at Uebel & Gefährlich. The concert venue is right across the street!! In addition, it is a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I recommend Dulf's Burgers and Minus bar! Staff was INCREDIBLY helpful. Everyone spoke English. I especially want to call out the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff for their recommendations around town!! Bar at reception desk, and free drink if you opt out of a room cleaning. Room was spacious and shower has decent size with good hot water. Complimentary coffee and water in room. It was also right across from the DOM festival - a HUGE carnival/Octoberfest style fair!!

the Coperama Team was staying at this lovely hotel during the Internorga and Gastrovision events (07.03.24 - 12.03.24) nearby this hotel.

The location was perfect, the room are always clean and cozy, the service is just fantastic. Everyone was smiling and taking care about all questions which we had.

The breakfast was always tasty!
