Maritim Hotel Frankfurt

The hotel didn’t offer any help or support at all given the guest’s situation, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

This hotel has a cold vibe, the staff very cold too. They promote themselves as a hotel with a parking, we arrived and parked our car in their downstairs carpark and at the receiption they mentioned that they charge €45 per day to park there and if we wanted to park for free we had to move the car in one of the adjacent streets. So we did and we have been charged €4.50 just to leave the car parked in their parking while checking in. Thankfully we found parking nearby but still without any guarantee that our car was safe during our stay!
The hotel has a very cold vibe, very modern and without soul.
The view from the room is something as you can see the skyline.
The restaurant is ridiculous, they had only one team member covering the floor and the bar and the poor waiter was running busy everywhere creating a very unpleasant vibe during our dinner.
We had a tomato soup which was super sour and a pumpkin soup which was average, we then shared a vegan chicken teriyaki and rice dish which was absolutely unpleasant.
They charged us €11 for a bottle of still water!!
We visited the fitness area at the 8th floor and it seemed nice.
In the morning the housekeeper knocked the door at 9:45 with no reason perhaps to check if the room could be cleaned.
I wouldn’t come back!
