Overall rating is three stars. Nice but a bit worn out hotel in good location. Service from staff was good with decent English language capabilities. Food/drink automat downstairs was not working very well despite it having quite good selection of snacks and drinks. Hotel restaurant offered delicious breakfast and dining options.

This hotel has a cold vibe, the staff very cold too. They promote themselves as a hotel with a parking, we arrived and parked our car in their downstairs carpark and at the receiption they mentioned that they charge €45 per day to park there and if we wanted to park for free we had to move the car in one of the adjacent streets. So we did and we have been charged €4.50 just to leave the car parked in their parking while checking in. Thankfully we found parking nearby but still without any guarantee that our car was safe during our stay!
The hotel has a very cold vibe, very modern and without soul.
The view from the room is something as you can see the skyline.
The restaurant is ridiculous, they had only one team member covering the floor and the bar and the poor waiter was running busy everywhere creating a very unpleasant vibe during our dinner.
We had a tomato soup which was super sour and a pumpkin soup which was average, we then shared a vegan chicken teriyaki and rice dish which was absolutely unpleasant.
They charged us €11 for a bottle of still water!!
We visited the fitness area at the 8th floor and it seemed nice.
In the morning the housekeeper knocked the door at 9:45 with no reason perhaps to check if the room could be cleaned.
I wouldn’t come back!

Fantastic stay for our family, comfortable beds in large clean room and access to a nice pool with spectacular views across the city. Location is close to trams and Festehalle / mess underground. Not many shops / restaurants in the immediate vicinity but great experience of the hotel.

Fabulous hotel, with wonderful staff who are all friendly and welcoming. Our room on the 6th floor was very clean, quiet and had great views. The breakfast has a wide variety of items, including many Vegan options, and everything was delicious. The in-door pool on the 8th floor is beautiful and well maintained; there is also a sauna and a small gym with equipment. The meals at the hotel’s restaurant were all excellent, well prepared and presented. We’ll definitely return to this establishment if ever next in Frankfurt.

This was what happened just for one night stay
1, They don’t offer free water in the room and the phone in the room is very complicated you may never make a call out or call the reception desk. I am so thirsty now and nowhere to get drinking water
2, Also there is strange smell in the room
3，The phone rang at 5:42 am in the morning while I was deeply sleeping
4，The shower water temperature is not stable, switch from hot to cold……
I have travelled 30 years around the world, This is the worst experience I ever had, ever ever…………

Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, which they attempted to cover up with irritating fragrances. Death sentence for those with allergies or fragrance sensitivities. Crappy perfume in the lobby as well. Old hotel with new facade. Nothing to do nearby after 21:00.

The hotel is nice, room, reception, etc. everything clean and quite. Resonably priced. However, if you are here with a car, they offer you a public parking which is very expensive. That turned me to unhappy.

I hesitated to write a review at all. I stayed for 2 nights and payed 350€ / night and because of that i expected more. But I got room which need serious cleaning. The top of this hotel was breakfast, there many options, looks delicious, but mixed eggs from powder?? Really??

We were stayed here with a small group of 3, we had booked a standard double room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not too comfortable but it was a wide bed. However, the first room we were assigned had a faulty air conditioner, fortunately this was nicely fixed by hotel staff. We were given a new room. The rooms may look a bit dated but they are definitely not bad compared to the price! The pool was fine, only in the evening it can be quite crowded... but then really crowded.

Really not happy with my stay. Unpleasant experience.
- they gave a wrong key for a room.
- I already asked for king bed but they gave me 2 separate beds.
- the room is not hygiene please find photo.
- the housekeeping never came to clean. When I came back from my meeting and I asked they told me sorry it’s after 4 pm now. (Not sure why they didn’t clean my room)
- the telephone in the room was not working so I had to call them from my mobile phone.
- I asked for a room near by the elevator they gave me one next to the elevator exactly (not near by) was really noisy next to the lounge.
