I stayed here with my seven year old son. We had the most amazing time. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was beautifully cared for. Our room was comfortable and clean. The pool was great and my son loved being there. The breakfast was highlight as for me with such a brilliant choice every morning. We loved it so much we are coming back next year.

Very friendly staff clean hotel and clean toilets the sheets and bed we’re especially comfy can definitely recommend. Breakfast was also good.

My room was dirty and not cleaned properly throughout my 5 night stay. After I checked in and was taking a nap after a tiring flight, someone barged in my room around 4PM to stock the mini fridge. I woke up startled and asked them to come back later the next day which they never did. I wanted to make coffee the next day and the machine was dirty and had old water and coffee in it still from the previous stay. The toilet was dirty from the previous stay and stayed that way the whole 4 days. The wifi dropped constantly during the online meetings and I had to rejoin constantly. My colleague who was staying in the same hotel, also had similar experiences. Me and my colleague travel to our office once an year in Nuremberg and we won't be staying with Novotel Centreville again.

We stayed two nights at the hotel as a stopover on our road trip heading further south. The kids loved the restaurants inside the old airplanes on top of the building, as well as the pool area in the basement. The hotel was within walking distance to the city center and the castle. We had originally planned to skip Graz, but we had to try Novapark (for the kids’ sake).
The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. The restaurant at the top, located in one of the old planes, serves good food along with cold beer, cola, and wine.
We can definitely recommend this hotel—especially if you have young children (ours are eight and five years old), and they really enjoyed the stay.

We were happy with our overall stay. There could be some improvement on the bathroom amenities, ie better quality towels and refilling of hand was and cream, etc
Breakfast was outstanding even though the hotel was fully booked. The location is fabulous, close to old town, railway station and public transport.

Stayed 2 nights in early December during the Xmas Markets. Have stayed at Novotel before and if you are looking for a spotless hotel, higher priced, good breakfast the. This is it. The Tech thing is just over the top. The elevators have touch up and down that are just difficult to operate. If you are parking a car and going in and out several times during the day, the whole process just gets in the way and is counter productive. My wife felt bad so ended up spending a long day in the room, if you are not German, just CNN and BBC for English channels gets a little old. There are no security locks on the doors that you can lock from the inside while my wife was resting 2 different people walked i to the room without knocking, this seemed odd to me. The maid had been there early that day. Pricing around 250e for a king room with breakfast. Parking was $20e every 24hrs. Of the 3 hotels on our 6 day trip this hotel WiFi was by far the worst. Most times not usable. The front desk very regimented and impracticable. Nice hotel, just not user friendly.

The rooms are wonderful - the standard room with Queen size bed has lots of space, a proper place for your suitcase, closet, kettle with tea and coffee, large bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever - firm mattress with down pillows and blankets.
The breakfast buffet has plenty of good options for hot and cold breakfast and the food tastes good.
The staff are actually friendly (although the reception gets quite busy, it seems they could use one or two more staff on because there was quite a wait to check in as all staff were busy answering 100 questions posed by 2 people).
Location is very convenient - just a couple minutes walk from Nürnberg Hbf - but this means it’s also a bit noisy. You can hear trains passing and whistles going. Maybe a bit more soundproofing is needed.
I also didn’t love the loud kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors, but that’s a personal pet peeve; I guess it’s good for families…
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay. Located close to the train station and very clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms are modern. Front staff and bar staff are excellent, both check in and check out. Highly recommend if you are coming to Nuremberg.

As usual, the stay was very pleasant.
Positives: Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. The small swimming poll was warm and perfect for kids.
Negatives: WiFi in room is not strong. Big swimming pool is a little bit cold.

I was allowed to check in early with the help of the manager of the hotel. Close to the main train station so this hotel can be a good base to explore the nearby towns for day trip. It is also within walking distance of the historic part of the city. Reasonably priced for its location. Clean big room with spacious bathroom. Fully functional AC when it is hot. The room has an iron so don't have to ask for it like many European hotels.
