The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

The staff was so lovely, and accommodating! Their kindness made me cry. 😊 The room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast, which was hearty and varied. There was construction in the area, and very easily worked around. Close to just about everything. Will definitely return, and bring friends! Thank you, Ali!!

The room was okay but the bathroom was not so clean. The hot water from the shower was not stable, sometimes cold sometimes hot, like the warm water didn’t mix well. The price was affordable and location was good.

There is no iron in the room. To rent it, you need to LEAVE your ID on the reception, which is totally against the law . As nobody can request you to leave your ID out of your sight unless it is at the border or police control. Weird. Otherwise hotel is nicely designed and clean.

Location wise, little far from the popular places but there’s walking distance for tram and metro. So consider not bad experience. Pricing wise also not bad. Suggest to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is good. They helped my son and I upgrade to a room with a sofa. We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, seems it has not been clean for a while and there is no door to separate the shower from the room. The hotel was nice in a very good location and staff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable and all was clean. Breakfast was various but my favourite thing was their honey, because they actually make their own honey and this is super great. If you can buy a jar before to leave I do recommend it, was delicious.

It was ok for one night. To park our car in the hotel parking lot we had to pay an additional 8 euros. The reception didn't speak English, we got the key and didn't need anything else.

Rooms are great for the price. The bathroom is nice and clean. Bed is cosy. Nice fluffy pillows and duvet. Many towels are provided. Offenbach centre is nearby but transport system is not that great in the area and it can be really confusing for the tourists. The toiletries aren't provided. I was frustrated to discover that the water supply was shut off from noon to 3 PM for maintenance—something the staff failed to mention at check-in. I have stayed in this hotel during the hottest days of the year but AC temperature was set at 22 degree and upon asking to lower I was told that this limit is set by the German government so I asked for something in writing but none given and in fact lady got angry on me as if I was from another planet. The location is not in the city center, a little off the beaten track, the room facilities are average, relatively quiet, if you consider the cost performance, you can choose it, the breakfast is rich, there are freshly baked hot bread.

Nice place, nice people, good food and good service. It isn't a deluxe stablishment but it's been a really nice stay for a good price, the breakfast food and drinks were really good, the only thing I would like was if the individual rooms had a coffe pot. It isn't super centric but a 15 minute walk can center you quite a bit.

The mattresses and the pillows were good, I had a good sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful - we got a hairdryer and hot water (there was no kettle but the staff let us to use the hot water from the cafe on the first floor). Very clean structure and basic but comfortable rooms. Right distance from the city center, a few minutes by tram. I highly recommend it.

Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with ******* and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

This is a great location for a hotel. Room could be a bit tidier. According to some reviews, they've noticed bedbugs. I personally haven't but beware. Breakfast was very bad tasting, starting from coffee, to a tomato which tasted stale. Internet connection is good. Guy working there was walking all around but didn not refill anything thay was eaten. Average.

Very good location . It’s away from the big city of Frankfurt located in a very nice and quite area. Transport to reach Frankfurt city or airport is easily available and takes 30-40 minutes.

The room was small as expected but the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was limited but adequate. It was close to a lot of good restaurants and easy wok to many museums and just across the river from the old town.

Every trip to Frankfurt brings me to Maingau Hotel. Conveniently located in Sachsenhausen, has good access to public transportation (train, tram, subway, bus), is a nice walkable area with plenty dining options. Great location - easy walks into town and local areas with plenty of shops/restaurants. It is on several levels so takes a bit of use to when getting to the room. Might be tricky if in a wheelchair. If you have a car street parking is also tricky but there is a car park very close by.

I found everything was fine. Only stayed one night. For the price of the room a good stay. Hotel has a vintage feel but the room was renovated. Bed comfy. Quiet. Location great, in front of the park, some great local restaurants and cafes and wine bars nearby, love the area. In 20 min walk and across the bridge you are in the center. I would stay again.

It’s a bit far from city but the rate is cheaper. It’s more a boarding house than hotel. Wi-Fi really bad. Train station needs 10mins walk. Can’t expect too much at this rate and location.

it has been our fifth year to stay in this hotel during the fair in Jan. everything here is nice, peaceful and quite. it is about 15 minutes walk to the shopping area. it is pity that the hotel has cancelled the supply of breakfast since last Oct. we have to go out for breakfast every morning (especially bad experience in rain). The view was great, the room was spacious, and it was close to the city so I walked around. It was also nice to take a walk in front. I didn't apply for breakfast, but I couldn't find any stores that opened early in the morning nearby, so if you start your schedule early, you should apply for breakfast. It is an older hotel, nothing fancy, but clean, functional and comfortable. The staff we encountered were awesome. They were friendly, accommodating and made me feel very welcome. Good place to stay - Budget hotel

Room was pretty dusty. Pillows had stains in them. Bedsheets had dead bugs in them. Shower had heavily deterioated metal parts. Room was usable though, for the price paid it was fine. Shower was warm and powerful.
