I think I got connected to it twice our whole trip and the rest of my group had no such luck. -Be prepared that there may be power outages in the rooms. And when that happens, that means the water also gets shut off

This is our second visit in 7 years. I most say it hasn't changed much, but why would they if it woks🤣, the only complaint I have is that my bathroom had a bit of a mold but overall a pretty clean place

I went onces just my husband and I and this time we went with our little ones and it was perfect. Family friendly ❤️ and the kiddos had a blast. Definitely recommended 👌 you won't regret it

Gave it 3 stars because there is no game room or anything to do but swim or go to the beach. The furniture in my room is from the early 80's. Bathroom has holes in the wall. No hot water and the shower wouldn't drain

Fast service, all inclusive entertainment for the whole family, beach buffet

The food was great, but that was one of the only positives to the resort itself. There were no activities on the resort itself, so you could either enjoy the beach/pool, or spend money on excursions

I had a beautiful experience here when I came with my wife and her mom. Its a small family owned, their customer service here is excellent!!!!

That's what kind of place to going to stay if you're there for a short period of time basic rooms nothing special

The food was delicious and diversified, especially the fruits. Mine favorite was melon water 🍉. The beach was good not excellent, but good. The stuff was gently and discreet, ever in position

Just one thing to mention, it would be a bit difficult for elderly people to get in and out of the water at the beach and wear water shoes. My only complaint, they need better internet service

The staff are amazing and work very hard. The beach is nice and lots of chairs, it's never an issue to find a seat. Very close to go into town for a day of shopping

For the price we paid, it’s decent. It’s a good place for an average vacation with a great beach! The beach was very good with lots of high waves! Rooms, outdoor areas, and landscapes are kept clean and looking good

Seemed to be a lot less crowded. I would definitely go again for the price. People will put their towels on them and never sit on them. More than once I threw peoples towels off them so others could use them

My wife wiped the room with a Lysol wipe and there wasn’t a speck of dirt on it. The staff were very friendly even those that weren’t that fluent in English. The food this year was better than last year

As far as the entertainment goes it's OK but the animation staffed could be more engaging with families instead of single ladies. I recommend bringing your own pool balls for the kids as they don't have any

Drinks were plentiful and delicious. The main pool was busy, but we found the quiet pool over by the Italian restaurant where there also was another complex of rooms

The food was delicious, so many options to choose from! Our room was cleaned daily, bathroom was very clean and EVERYTHING worked! The staff go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay

So I kinda don't want this little jewel to be known to everyone but I will share this is now our favorite mini getaway. If you need some rest and relaxation this is your place to reset

The rooms are above average clean and comfortable. The food is good- award winning Chef on board. Mostly the staff are all amazing, genuinely friendly kind hearts 💕

This gorgeous resort gets highest ratings from me. My friends and I had an AMAZING experience. Definitely recommend and ask for Kathy when booking...she is utterly a gem!!!

The Spa is really nice I did not wanna walk the whole Resort but from my location alone, there were about three swimming pools and two Jacuzzis

The employees were super nice and friendly and we met a lot of people that come to the resort regularly. They have nightly shows, a casino, night club, etc

I loved everything at Cofresi palm beach, I was going to cancel my reservation for the reviews I read and thanks God I didn't because I was going to regret

We were very surprised that check-in is at 3PM, they don't let you enter before, you have to wait sitting in the lobby. Thank goodness they started allowing check-in at 2PM and we managed to eat at the buffet

We just spent 7 days there and really enjoyed ourselves. I have to admit, I was skeptical going in because of some of the reviews but was very happy we visited

Place has a very amazing view between beach and mountains, mattresses are a little to hard, all the employees were very nice and helpful, pool is big and well maintained, my boyfriend only had an issue with a cleaning lady that she wouldn’t let him go in the bathroom without a towel just because he was wet

The beach was well kept, the pool was cleaned every other night I believe, and if anything I'd say food was okay, nothing fancy and not really super my taste, but in general a good place to spend a week or so

Buffet was not a huge selection but there was 3 other restaurants to choose from for supper and the snack bar serves hot dogs, burgers, fries and other things until at least 1am. Wish the pool was open later than 7pm

Room didn't have a place to sit inside and beds are very uncomfortable. Though the location of our room was perfect, we were able to walk off our deck and practically into the pool

Nice resort , with nice layout and view of the mountain and it’s a good location. Most importantly I can’t say enough about the entertainment staff at the poolside

Food is great! Activities were so much fun! Activity staff were a blast! Always laughing. Room was clean, but had a very musty smell. View from back of building 3 not great, but we didn’t spend much time in our room

We just came back from this hotel and I have just one word to say. All the staff were so friendly. Medrano and Stephanie and Perla and the rest of the team did an amazing job in making our stay special

The pool area was nice and being an adults only resort it was quiet and serene. The beach is only a 5 minute walk or they have a shuttle take you there. They have breakfast lunch and dinner which is included

The guy at the front desk upgraded our room for free with a king size bed. Shower above us leaked, flooded our bathroom and wet my clothes

The lady who is now at the front desk downgraded us “because that’s what you paid for”. The balcony lock is broken in our new room so we can’t go outside but I can see how nice it is from the window

There is NO entertainment (or animation staff that I’ve noticed doing activities) so choose your company wisely as your travel partner IS your entertainment. Thanfully I have an awesome man that makes everything fun

My sunglasses broke- not the hotel’s fault but a theme is forming. Our first meal was great, Thank God, and most of the staff is friendly (except lady at front desk, very cold woman)🤨 7

They have theme restaurants for which you don’t need a reservation which is nice. There’s only one big pool and a smaller one. the setup of this resort is not conducive to visiting the beach

As a matter of fact, they recommend you to enjoy the pool instead of the beach. The service received at all restaurants, the bartenders, the front desk, the cleaning staff was great

The rooms were decent although the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we rarely had hot water

It's the perfect location, perfect size and the food is always so good! We requested the same room as last time as in my opinion it's the best location (16103, SunClub family section) and we got it! Obviously requests aren't guaranteed, but they definitely came through for us 😃

I remembered him from our last trip and his infectious smile and "happy happy!" tag line didn't no unnoticed! Also, another gentleman named Carlos who works at the front and assists with guests coming/going/taking bags to and from their room was phenomenal

This was our second time at this resort and it was just as good as our last visit. We are absolutely devastated for it to be closing at the end of April

Checked in to The Grand Paradise on Saturday and I absolutely love it here. It is beyond beautiful and the service at Cooee is amazing. Everyone here really goes the extra mile to make you happy, I never want leave.

Can recommend the upgrade to cooee as it gives your stay besides an exclusive touch, access to vip area, a frequently changing snack bar as well as table service

Amazing Hotel, very clean, good drinks and chilled atmosphere

The buffet food is average at best, but they have several small restaurants that offer higher quality options at no additional cost. The pool is nothing special and the entertainment is subpar

The second time it appeared to be backup from another room. The maid didn’t bother coming the day between left. So no water as she gives you three bottles a day. The hotel is in need of some touch ups

Just getting back from the resort after staying for a week. Overall, my husband and I really loved this resort and would come back again in the future

Drinks are always served in small plastic glasses so you order three a time. We saw a massive cockroach running across the dining floor at the beach, the cats ran after that. Skinny cats, we tried to feed them

The toilet in our room always seemed to hesitate to flush and twice needed plunged. The first time they told us no paper. That was awkward as the maid goes through the garbage for recycling

The good is mediocre, and after a few days you feel nauseous trying to swallow it down. The resort is small and therefore nowhere to go to get away from the constant pumping music

This hotel exceeded our expectations tenfold! From the minute we walked into our room. Awesome showers with walk-in, very large with 3 powerful heads. No pressure issues here with water

17 minutes from the airport Accessible buildings and rooms. The family suite room in building 11 was amazing. Can upgrade to premium giving access to premium bar and lounge

There are 2 big pools and one mini pool (plenty of space to relax) and the beach is just a quick walk over the bridge. We loved that it was all inclusive and adult only as well

We had our honeymoon here and it was the best destination we made. The staff was very attentive even before we arrived, guiding us with reserving all the honeymoon extras like breakfast in bed and a wonderful massage

I recently stayed at Blue Bay Resort in the Dominican Republic, and it was fantastic. The entertainment staff is phenomenal, special Jesus Vasquez ensuring guests have a great time with fun activities and performances

The staff are friendly , and approachable. Everything is all inclusive, which is a plus. But the drinks tend to be watered down a bit, and cheap alcohol is used

Could use some maintenance and fumigation. The rooms are filled with ants, and there are holes in the walls made by diffrent animals. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and maintained well

The food was mediocre at the buffets and the wait times to get someone to help you was at times, too long. The dinners and the pools available were the highlights for sure

This place is a must stay for this area. It is small, gorgeous, and the customer service is top notch with some of the kindest people you could hope to find. You cannot beat the rooftop pool and beach area

We went to several resorts in the Dominican and went to every Spa to get a couple massage BUT Bagua Spa is the BEST we ever experienced- well done to the ladies !!! We look forward to come back and stay longer

From the minute we walked in, to the minute we departed So much detail in the architecture the scenery and the entire staff was 💯 on point. The service was beyond amazing. They accommodate our every needs

We stayed in the Junior Suite Lanai with Ocean Front and our room was cleaned and smelled so good there was even a fruit basket to welcome us and the view from our room was stunning

I stayed here for 3 days in April 2018. The reviews about disrepair are accurate and some of the food is just average. That said, the staff was perfectly polite and helpful. Despite the disrepair, the place is immaculate

The buffets are a solid B+ if you pick the right things (target made-to-order stuff). One of the groundskeepers gave me a coconut today after he cut it from a tree

At 55$ a night, this place was an UNBELIEVABLE deal and I do not understand the venom in some of these negative reviews

While writing this review, some random elderly man walked into the lobby piano and started playing concert-quality

The staff and the service are great and the night presentations are really interesting. I strongly recommend this place to relax on vacation as you feel home
