can’t wait to return next year! ❤️ reading some of the previous reviews just makes me sad…saying no hydro, no water…seriously…never an issue. I guess some people are just to critical and hard to please!

What an amazing resort! The food and the staff are fantastic and I can’t wait to return. The entertainment staff Henry and Carlos keep the resort laughing and make sure you are enjoying yourself

The staff in the club room Olvi , Santa make the best drinks and give top notch hospitality! Can’t forget Alendrea and Benito at the pool Bar and the housekeeping staff

This resort exceeded my expectations in every way ! Great food. Lots of great entertainment and I really enjoyed the daily yoga and fitness classes

I enjoyed my stayed especially the beach so relaxing. Entertainment is on point great job to the staff. also have acess to other resort for coffee, icecream, pizza, pool and beach etc

The beach was very rocky and the shore had a lot of seaweed. The evening ambience was very nice with music and performance to keep you occupied through the night

The waiters are very high energy and happy! Only complaint is we couldn't get into to the a la cartes because you need to book at 7am! Who gets up at ham on vacation??

I like the food it was very good and the stiff was very nice and the room was very big and clean and good music

The property was nice but the rooms have not been updated in a while. The hotel seems to cater towards a more european tourist base as the rooms have european outlets rather than the standard voltage of 110-120V

The room turned out to be small. I booked a room for an adult, two teenagers, and a child, and they gave me a room with only one bed. It was really a bit uncomfortable to have all four of us sleep in one bed.

The hotel is clean, friendly staff. The food In buffet is very good and a lot of variety every day. Good entertainment at the pool, plentiful beach side and pool side lounge chairs

This would’ve been a 5-star review but the pool was dirty in most places. On the 4 days I stayed there, the water wasn’t clear, lot of debris (including hair, dust, bird excrement, yellow bubbles, among others)

Best dances and shows at night! The workers here let you have the best time and will make you laugh! Food is amazing from breakfast, snack, lunch and to dinner! Enjoy every moment here

Security is premium as the beach and main entrance are guarded at all times. Do not fall for the Star Premium membership offer. Very expensive for not much additional value. Ninety minutes lost for $110 amenities credit

The resort is a pretty quick ride from the airport which was nice. The staff and service we received was excellent and very friendly. The nightly shows are well produced and were a lot of fun to go watch

The beach is fabulous with plenty of lounges and day-beds for VIP. The beach bar was very handy too. Beware the locals on the beach who constantly try to take you too their market

Really enjoyed our stay with the Marien. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The buffet had many great choices which changed daily. The room was kept clean daily

Even at the restaurants it was nothing fancy, but also remember we’re in the Caribbean! The pool was nice but the beach was very disappointing. There was garbage and seaweed everywhere

Excellent resort- beautiful scenery and flowers. The staff at the Sunclub were excellent especially Julissa and Nichole. Elizabeth at the buffet great service and always knew what you needed

We found stale, slimy and smelly watermelon and beans in the buffet multiple times. We also saw completely dried up pancakes and other meat and items like chicken coz they were directly placed on a hot surface

The best little resort we have been too. We have been here 4 times and just love it and very very sad that it has closed. All of the Staff are just wonderful, friendly and nice

We stayed in the Sun Club Adult section which was the best. private bar, private pool, room service. We are going to miss it very mush

It’s always been one of our favourites. It’s clean, people are great, food is ok, with decent selections, and 3 good choices for a la carte restaurants. They have an interactive restaurant as well

Pool bar ran out of favorite drink after me getting 3 drinks and never restocked, the concierge assigned to us did not care for us as customers he just saw us as a commission, he didn’t file our complaints neither was interested in doing so

The property itself is really nice. However, they need to work on their entertainment for it’s a bit antiquated. They are also selling vacation club memberships and because of their approach found it to be annoying

We had a great time here! Ok, admittedly the sales pitch was annoying. But after those 90 minutes, we had great service, good food, so much fun on the beach and pools!

The resort is part of a group of resort which you have access too, you can walk but there a shuttle which comes around in 15 min intervals

The resort itself for the price was great IMO but they didn't clean our rooms for 2 day. Food was honestly 7/10 at the buffets

This resort is truly beautiful, and we had a great time, but if you are not a member you will definitely feel it

Be prepared to be asked about the spa 10x a day ( they're at least nice and polite about it)

I stayed here for 3 days in April 2018. The reviews about disrepair are accurate and some of the food is just average. That said, the staff was perfectly polite and helpful. Despite the disrepair, the place is immaculate

The complex is enormous and you will definitely need a golf cart to get around which is costly per day but worth it! They were super helpful in getting everything I needed planned for my 40th

They only give you 1 beer, 1 so soda and a couple of waters in the fridge, which we thought it sucks for an all-inclusive. The food was really good, and the employees were super nice

Totally different than Punta Cana. This has a way more Dominican vibe, more music, more local people on vacation, and an excellent array of food and beverages

Hello. This hotel is amazing with the gold bracelet. Don't use any other. The blues bracelets are not good enough. I was in the tropical and we were very pleased with the hotel. The food is good 😊

Food is amazing different taste of every country, free restaurants with reservations, china food, Italia and seafood. Security guards everywhere as well cameras. Comfortable rooms with fridges rechargeable

The property is beautifully kept, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff go above and beyond, theyre truly amazing. Snack bar by the beach is a nice convinent touch

Do recommend bringing beach towels, only one supplied in room and no where to exchange it or get a second if there is more then one guest in the room

Bars everywhere most of them open 24/7 and snacks bar in the beach. Everywhere has beach seat and beds to dry your body out

Some evenings we had dinner outside in front of the pool and that was very nice and beautiful. The vibe was very romantic and nice. The beach is very close and a beautiful walk , The place is super nice and clean

Ernesto from the tours was great we had a wonderful experience at paradise island it’s a must do. Specially on a Saturday when it was very busy. Hendry was very friendly and welcoming

Compared to other resorts we been this one is small and everything is close by. Gym staff Adonis were also great and very motivating. And we will definetly be back

We want to personally thank Maria and Estefani they were always very attentive and made our stay and my Dads birthday a special one

The only thing that may need to improve in the near future is Wi-Fi connection and providing more towels in the rooms. We only got 2 or 3 clean towels each day and we were a party of 5. But overall I give it a 10!!!

My opinion as an American tourist. You don't mind a developing country and all that entails(diarrhea, poor internet, poor maintanance) 2. Food isn't important to you on vacation. You enjoy relaxing by the pool

The resort is remarkable! The views are perfect, the food is lack luster, the grounds are amazing! The problem is they dope you into a tour to sell you a product much like timeshare sales though they tell you it isn’t

I also asked to be moved closer to the front because I was alone and my room was in the back of the property. It was very dark at night and I had to walk alone. ******* was very slow to help with my concerns

Expect to be pushed regardless for a timeshare. Are things wrong as you'd expect. half was miserable and wouldnt even ask you if you wanted a refill! Tipped those that cared well but the others got nothing

Didnt sign up for the timeshare thing yet they stood at our door saying we have to do the tour. Even after saying no 3 other people tried after the first girl. Their members areas are nicer yes
