I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Also the hotel animators were amazing! Always full of energy, friendly, and made every activity fun. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Especially spider animator.

A decent choice for a relaxing vacation with modern amenities and entertainment for the whole family, but with reservations regarding beach capacity, dining, and service. During our stay, we particularly appreciated the newly renovated rooms, which felt very fresh and modern. A big plus was also the daily thorough cleaning service, which took care of not only the rooms but also the entire hotel grounds. Everywhere was clean and tidy, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel beach has a smaller capacity, which sometimes meant it was difficult to find a free sunbed. Fortunately, there was the option to use sunbeds by the two hotel pools. Families with children will especially appreciate the two slides at one of the pools, which provided great fun. The rich animation program, which ran throughout the day, provided entertainment. It was a pleasant diversion, and we could always choose from many activities. The evening program was always interesting and offered a pleasant end to the day. Regarding dining, meals were served in the hotel restaurant. Here, we occasionally encountered minor complications with capacity, especially during dinner, when we sometimes had to wait for a table to become free. The food itself was in a classic Egyptian style and unfortunately was quite repetitive. It was neither bad nor particularly impressive. Additionally, it sometimes happened that it was difficult to get a drink during the meal because the staff was overloaded or paid more attention to guests from certain preferred countries. Internet access was available throughout the hotel, however for a fee of 6 EUR per device per 24 hours. We consider this to be quite expensive. Overall, we rate the hotel as average, mainly due to the modern rooms, perfect cleanliness, and great animation programs. The option to use pools with slides is a big plus for families with children. However, the smaller beach capacity, average quality of food, and occasional problems with drink service during meals detract from the overall impression. We would recommend this hotel more to undemanding travelers looking for an active vacation who are tolerant of occasional shortcomings in service.

Again everything is sooooo perfect! Thank to all staff for warm hospitality! We got room 167! Thank to Sheran! We didn’t finish this holiday and planing to come here in September! Animations team is very nice! Very big choices of food! And food is so good! The place is so clean! We recommend this hotel!

super hotel and best animators took us to clubs and show us the true egypt 100% super its was funny . also on day thay make alot activites like zumda,ioga ,and every evenimg thay make good show big thanks for Joe and Nasta they were best animators

Very good choice of food.. But for desert it should be only cake 😂 I mean lack of variety in deserts However quality is average and good especially for oriental dishes. Restaurant is part of hotel.. You can visit winter and summer time. Team there is helpful.. But you should ask

We had a superb holiday in this hotel. It is located right next to the beach, the pools and the food are great. The staff is very friendly. The perfume and oil shop at the hotel has a huge selection of natural oils and specialty teas to choose from. The owner of the shop is very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us find the right products. The prices are also competitive. We can only recommend it.

Wonderful experience! Check in was smooth and quick, Shereen was welcoming and professional. The room was clean and neat, the food was good especially the breakfast buffet. Lunch buffet could use more variety, but it wasn't bad by any means. Dinner buffet was lovely, especially in the dessert department. Pool and beach were beautiful, too. My only concern is that some guests use their towels to "reserve" a chaise lounge. But there were usually enough places at both to sit. Room service were highly professional, and the staff overall were very friendly and welcoming. The All-inclusive package was a great choice also, good variety of beverages and snacks. A wonderful experience overall, I will definitely be back with my family.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm Beach Resort. The quiet, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful views and comfortable rooms made our stay truly romantic. The staff was attentive and always ready to help, which added comfort and warmth to our vacation. We want tell the most big grateful for animation team, they made our holidays unforgettable, we went to the amazing party in club in Hurghada around 5 times, this was really new experience for us and we are really happy about it. Sonya, Jo, Ayman, Angelina, Marina - u are face of this hotel! The beach is magnificent, ideal for long walks together. We really liked it here and we will definitely come back again!❤️
