Helio Cairo Hotel in Cairo

Huge thanks to the amazing cleaning team for making our stay feel so warm and welcoming. The room was always spotless, fresh, and truly felt like coming home. Special shoutout to *Nabiha, Malak, and Mariam* for their kind smiles, attention to detail, and exceptional service, you made our experience even more comfortable and memorable!

We had Fabulous time at the Concord, very safe and my favorite part was the staff who was very kind. Including Fatima, and yesren and he who did a great job of taking care of the room for us. We really also enjoyed the executive suite which had mangoes and strawberry drinks galore.

We had a great experience at the Concorde El Salam hotel. It started at the airport with Mr. Nagy who facilitated getting out of the airport with ease.
Followed by the friendly check in at the hotel by Madonna who was very friendly and polite. She helped to make our 2 stays during this vacation very enjoyable.

This is an excellent hotel. Great service by all the staff, rooms cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is immaculate and customer relaxation and enjoyment are top of their agenda. I highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed. I would also like to.extend a special thank you to Esma who so tentative and accommodating ensuring our room was well stocked on a daily basis, Juliette who helped us to organise our trips and Rahman for his humble attitude. Lovely hotel with a beautiful architecture and family stuff

Concorde El Salam Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as "a haven in the middle of a bustling Cairo." From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort. The security to get into the hotel was thorough yet discreet, providing a reassuring sense of peace in a vibrant city.

Our experience was elevated by the exceptional team, particularly Josephine in customer service, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel truly valued. Indeed, all the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and a solution.

Mornings at the hotel were a delight, thanks to the good breakfast spread. There was a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy every palate.
Our accommodations were equally impressive. The spacious, clean rooms provided a comfortable and serene retreat after busy days.

For families, the hotel is a dream. The pool area was a refreshing oasis, and the play area for kids kept our little ones entertained for hours, allowing us to truly unwind.
