Terrible stay – avoid this hotel!
Review of Sharming Inn Hotel, Egypt (August 2025)
I stayed at the Sharming Inn Hotel in August 2025, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While it is advertised as a 4-star property, in reality it feels more like a 1-star hotel at best.
The rooms and facilities were far from clean, and the overall state of the hotel is very run-down. The food quality was extremely poor, with very little variety and nothing enjoyable to eat. Honestly, the hotel seems in desperate need of a complete renovation or even demolition and rebuilding to meet any kind of acceptable standard.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were friendly and tried their best, but sadly their efforts couldn’t make up for the hotel’s many shortcomings.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest choosing a different place to stay in Sharm el-Sheikh if you want a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
But the worst part – after the vacation, we came back completely covered in bed bug bites…
We strongly recommend staying away from this hotel if you value hygiene – especially if you’re traveling with children.
At first glance, it seems that the hotel is not big, but in fact, it has a large territory. Convenient location of the rooms, pool, theater, place near the fountain and the main restaurant. Everything is nearby).
I want to say my deep gratitude to the owner of the hotel, Mr. Sabry. His special attention to the hotel guests, the desire to help and make everyone's stay in his hotel unforgettable and comfortable. Anyone could contact him and he always responded with attention. At the moment, the hotel has very great prospects, since the hotel has new owners and I wish success and the most grateful guests.

Hotel is dirty and very old
1st give us very bad smell room after complaint give us another room with pool view better with another bad smell we transfer for a 3rd room with pool view
The resturant so much crowded with not good clean plates
The staff sometimes screaming with each other's
Mohamed security outside is good and helpful
Both rooms that we stay have small cockroachs
One plus is chocolate tap water…
