Small hotel with friendly staff. Conveniently located in the city center. Recommend for youth rest, as being close to the resort centre gives you the opportunity to walk to all the bars and discos. The hotel itself is quite quiet and no animation.

Location: 12 km from airport, 7 km from the Old town, in the Bay of Naama Bay, on the second line (800 m from the sea).
Consists of two 3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 181 rooms.
Total area: 8 000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach, 800 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. The length of the beach – 500 m.

The bathroom does not have a lock. There is no water boiler. There is no hairdryer. There is no curtain in the bathroom. The beach is very far from the hotel. Falcon Hills Hotel is much better and cheaper. There is a bus to go to the beach for free and to the old market.

Rooms are made by dirt , it can't be cleaned its just can't be done it doesn't matter how many times they try to pretend that they are cleaning it it still dirty as hell , room service is the worst in the world , thier food has no options and the option that exist its quality can't be worse
No activities in the hotel , even ping pong not available even for one hour .
Location is the most attractive thing about it 😄 its the farthest hotel from the beach ever existed , has no private beach, you use kanabesh beach with restrictions on food , drinks and water after a long journey from the hotel location you aren't allowed to bring anything inside.
Overall its the worst experience among hotels

The rooms were clean, The food was good but the only con is that there isn't a variety to choose from. The location is awesome! It was a 5 min walk to naama bay. It had free access to the beach and towels. The staff were really helpful and kind. overall a great hotel, definitely would repeat this experience again.

nice swimming pool, poor room service, poor restaurant no varieties in breakfast or dinner, ...restaurant team always understress, as they have to work with a limited number of tools (dishes, Spoons, forks, and knives) so take your stuff cover until you fight & raise to restaurant head.. i believe the issue from stuff management. single towel per day for pool & beach, NO SHUTTLE BUS TO BEACH again NO SHUTTLE BUS TO BEACH.

Great service and professional staff, the location is nearby Naama bay facilities, with free access to the private beach. Suitable for a vacation on a budget.

The strength points of this hotel
1- The good location
2- The nice and professional staff specially pool team are very helpful and nice
3- the beach is beautiful and sand beach
The weakness points
1- The food specially lunch meal doesn't have the variety to match all tastes
2- the facility misses alot of maintenance and modifications but still acceptable
Finally and as overall evaluation the price is reasonable and I will repeat my visit again

Not sure why this hotel has lower reviews, our stay was great (jan 2024, payed around 50-60e for 2ppl/2nights/breakfast included)
The room was clean and staff was coming for maintenance often. The rooms do need some fixing like of the drain or the door but it's clearly an older hotel and for that price is fine. And yes, the wifi signal can be better :)
Staff: great, kind, helpful! they let us stay by the pool till later time of our check out so we don't have to wait out for the cab.
Food: lots of food is served, with diverse choice of pastries, veggies, sweets...but ofcourse that choice is every day.

Pros - staff. All really nice, Osama the manager is very attentive and is always on hand to help.
Location is good. Beds are comfy. Everything is very clean.
Cons - food is not great. Most of the time it's poor but sometimes there is something ok.
Drinks - no draught drinks, all from bottles. This includes beer.
Try to avoid the shops in the hotel - super pushy.
Wifi - appalling. I couldn't even load Ookla to do a speed check!
Breakfast (which is ok, egg station is good) is 7-9.30, I'm on holiday I don't want to eat that early. There should be an option for late risers, there is nothing available from 9.30 - 1pm. This time of year (Jan) no one seems to serve breakfast so have to starve until lunch. Also, lunch is awful, so bad that we go out for lunch.
If you want a lay in (you're on holiday after all), no chance. The animation team play LOUD horrific music from 9.45am. They then dance and prance about with no interest from the guests. Totally pointless and intrusive.
Update:- I've since spoken to Osama and he has assisted with a few issues. He explained the drinks and let us try loads until we found something good, which we did. Food, be said if we don't like anything just say and he'll arrange for other items to be cooked. Same with snacks in the day.
He's really a genuinely nice person who wants all guests to be happy.

Rooms are comfortable, food is predictable we went all inclusive, however there are times set when you can have certain drinks for example wine is only served during lunch and dinner. Don't have alot of variety of drinks, staff are very friendly couldn't fault them. You get what you pay for I was a little disappointed with the access to alcohol they have bottles on display but don't stock what they advertise. You will do well if you drink vodka, rum, brandy or beer.
