Very Disappointing Stay – Would Never Recommend

From the very first day, our experience at this hotel was extremely poor. We were given a room where the bedding had clearly not been changed. The room was dirty, dusty, and poorly maintained.

There was no hot water unless you waited around 20 minutes in the shower, which is completely unacceptable. Housekeeping was very bad throughout our 6-day stay — the bedding was never changed, and the bathroom was never properly cleaned. The floors were so dirty that it was impossible to walk barefoot. There was a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the toilet.

Basic hygiene items were missing: there was no toilet brush, the toilet seat was cheap and disgusting, and when I asked for more toilet paper, I barely received any. The curtains were extremely dirty and full of dust, just like the rest of the room.

The food was the same every single day, with no variety at all. The overall service was very poor. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean our room properly, but nothing improved.

What was supposed to be a relaxing winter break turned into a stressful experience. I slept badly every night due to the conditions and the constant frustration.

Very disappointing stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very big like a town .it is vast garden is beautiful and well maintained. Pool is good pool staff are good

Bar staff rude and couldn't speak english .garden staff poor manged
Reception was good .polite and respectful
Overall bang average 3* hotel no way it is 4 or 5*
Location far from anywhere no shops or chillout place
