Reviews
To begin with, the room cleanliness was below par. The sheets didn’t appear freshly laundered, there were visible stains in the bathroom, and overall, the hygiene didn’t meet basic standards. Given the price point, I anticipated a higher level of cleanliness and comfort.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food selection was very limited, and the quality was poor — nothing tasted fresh or particularly appetizing. I ended up eating elsewhere for most of my meals.
There was also no functioning room service. We couldn’t reach the front desk because the phone in our room didn’t work, and we went two full days without any towels.
In short, if your main goal is to enjoy the water park or spend time by the pool, you might find it worthwhile. But if you’re after a relaxing, comfortable stay with good food and reliable service, I’d suggest considering other options. It simply doesn’t offer good value for the price.
I'm currently staying here, and the service is not even up to 2-star standards — definitely not 5 stars.
First, upon entering the room, there was no shampoo, shower gel, tissues, or even towels. No tea, Nescafé, or water either. Even after requesting them from reception and housekeeping, nothing changed.
Second, in the restaurant, once a food item runs out, it's not replenished. Also, the food area is completely unclean.
Third, there has been a power outage since 3 PM, and now it's 6 PM and still not restored. The aqua park only operated for 5 minutes.
Lastly, the staff member responsible for the bar at the main pool treats guests in a disgustingly rude manner.
Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences — the only positive point is the politeness and professionalism of the reception staff.
I spent over 2.5 hours just to check in, which was already frustrating. When I finally got to the rooms (I had booked two), I was shocked to find the bathrooms unclean, with hair on the floor, and no towels, no water, no soap – absolutely nothing provided.
To make things worse, the electricity was still off at the time.
But the biggest disappointment was the buffet – it was more like leftover food, only two poor-quality dishes, and the worst food I’ve ever had in a hotel.
On top of all that, the staff were unhelpful and offered no support throughout the stay.
Definitely not recommended – I would never stay here again.
Yes, the hotel has a beautiful territory — the gardens and landscape are nice — but the rooms are extremely dirty, and the service is absolutely terrible. The plates in the restaurant were often dirty, the food was repetitive and lacked variety, and the rooms were barely cleaned during our stay.
We had to call reception multiple times — literally begging — just to get basic things like water, toilet paper, or towels. Even then, they would often ignore the requests. Nothing is delivered on time, and you end up chasing the staff to get what you need.
There’s no proper animation, nothing interesting happening, and most of the entertainment and announcements are only in Arabic. During our 10-day stay, there was not a single song played in Kazakh or Russian, even though there were many guests from Kazakhstan and Russia. It honestly felt like this hotel is made only for Arabs — they even allow Arab guests to take food and drinks back to their rooms, while we were stopped and told we couldn’t take even a cup of tea.
The attitude from the staff is clearly different depending on who you are. We felt unwelcome and treated unfairly. If you are from Kazakhstan, Russia, or any other non-Arab country — I do not recommend staying here. It’s clear that this hotel only wants Arab guests, so let it be only for them.
Thank you for showing us such a lack of hospitality.
First, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The bedding didn’t seem fresh, the bathroom had visible stains, and the overall hygiene standards felt poor. For a place charging this rate, I expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort.
The food was another major letdown. The quality was subpar, with very limited options, and what was available didn’t taste fresh or flavorful. I ended up eating outside most of the time.
There was no proper room service available. Trying to call the front desk, phone is not working. We stayed two days without towels.
All in all, if you’re visiting just for the water park or to relax by the pool, you might enjoy it. But if you’re expecting a comfortable stay with good food and hospitality, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Not worth the price for what you actually get.
