The staff is great and helpful. The room was OK, spacious, but needs more improvement, especially the lighting. The aqua slides were cool. The beach was pretty far, although there was a bus to take us but still far . Food also needs improvement in the matter of quality.

Ignore all bad reviews, remember how much you actually pay for your stay, you cannot expect 5* facilities.
We had a great time.
Take your own cups and tip in EDP they prefer their own currency.
There is an ATM in the hotel you can exchange any currency into Egyptian pounds.
Staff super friendly, rooms huge as are the pillows!
Food average same with the alcohol.
Bibo sun international tour rep is so helpful!
Definitely recommend for a cheaper holiday in the sun!

Room was spacious, and good. Overall cleanliness is 7/10 max. Pools , aqua , and landscape are very good. Beach was not good. Staff are cheerful and helpful.Food was terrible ( no variety, no good taste, i do not recommend eating there). Great value for a maximum of 3 stars hotels.

Recently stayed for 3 weeks with my 13 year old son. The room was great with a jacuzzi bath. There are some negative comments about the food. I'm not sure why as we always found something to our liking, the restaurant staff work very hard to prepare the food over the course of the day.
I have only given 3 stars for service due to sometimes waiting for classes for a drink and cueing for drinks and meal times. Maybe if a self-service was available for the coke, etc, it would greatly increase customer satisfaction.
The location is a little away from the shops but using indrive to get taxis was inexpensive and a great way to get out and about.

The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are nice, large and clean. daily change of towels. Water refilled in the room every day. The food is good. Unfortunately, a big minus for the snack bar is the lack of ice cream (we were there for 10 days and the ice cream machine was broken during that period). And a very small selection of food. fries and hamburgers. The pool bar is also out of drinks. Again, there is a shortage of glasses and cups at the main bar every day. Unfortunately, the service at the main bar was unpleasant. The animators at the pool and in the evenings do a really good job there. They can encourage you to play and exercise. very nice and helpful lifeguard Mohamed Ahmed.

We just came back from Parotel lagoon hotel.
The worst:
- no hygiene standards, afraid to eat or drink to don’t get upset tummy’s after 3 incidents. (We know you can get upset tummy if you stay in the sun or the room temperature is low or drinking cold ice drinks, we did our homework and avoided this)
-no glases for drinks and the ones used are rinsed under the tap water.
-drinks warm at best, and poorly made.
-service for drinks are very slow, 1 long queue with one waiter serving and the others just watching.
-russians and eastern people don’t know to queue and always jumping in the front and the worst is that bartenders are serving them.
The best:
-Swimming pool, entertainment, housekeepers and some of the staff are really nice.
- Hotel , rooms, swimming pools, water park amazing.
- the restaurant manager Harsham is great, always trying to help out.
My advise:
Get this hotel Bed and breakfast if possible, you will be really disappointed for food and drinks and the service at the bar.
If you do book all inclusive get a glass with you because they always run out and the rinse glasess with dirty tap water.

The staff and management go the extra mile. It's a great hotel and keeps improving daily. My stay at this resort was really good. If you have an issue just let management know and they will sort it out. Make sure you take mosquito spray. You must try Basilico restaurant. It was superb, the food is incredible.

This hotel is amazing. A previous complaint talked about yellow water in the jacquizzi bath. That is called rust. You rinse it out and you bath is great to go. Loved the jacquizzi bath! The staff were awesome but the hours they work are too long and they need days off. They really were fabulous. I loved the food. The pools were lovely. John and Tom in the shop were very friendly.
Thanks to Joe and Sonya for taking us out dancing.
The one con is the entertainment in the evening as they play the same music for the children and it was like torture. We got our room moved though and that was the best thing ever. My sleep was really being affected.
The rooms were beautiful and the cleaning was done to a really high standard. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in.

It was good experience to be in Parotel resort, reception personnel were very polite and cooperative especially Mohamad, the person who welcomes you at the main gate Mahmoud was very polite, welcoming and helpful with smiles, the room was clean but old which should be renovated, room service was accepted, the food was not at all ranking 5stars, variety and options were very limited, restaurant staff were rude and not ranking the level of hotel, the aqua park was good but limited opening time, the pools and activities were accepted, the location of hotel is very far from nema bay or old market and away front heart of Sharm ,you have to use the hotel bus (bus every hour ) to go their own beach or to reach the Main Street. I really cannot recommend it as five stars but recommend strongly as four stars resort tor families and couples
