Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort

I had an incredible experience at this resort! The beach and swimming pool were absolutely amazing, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the receptionist when I had a complaint about the housekeeping. They promptly addressed the issue in a courteous and efficient manner, which truly showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's always reassuring to encounter such exemplary service 👌

My stay at Hotel King Tut & Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and memorable.

One of the standout features of this resort was the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. My room was not only spacious and comfortable but also spotlessly clean, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff who tended to it daily.

The resort's bar was a delightful spot to unwind and enjoy refreshing beverages. The bartenders were skilled at crafting a variety of cocktails, and their friendly demeanor added to the welcoming atmosphere.

The pool and beach amenities were simply outstanding. The beaches offered the perfect setting for relaxation, complete with comfortable loungers and picturesque views of the azure waters.

Overall, Hotel King Tut & Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. From the exceptional service of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the fantastic pool and beach amenities, it truly made for an unforgettable vacation experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable stay in a beautiful beachfront setting.

The administration employee Hesham, very professional, friendly and with a good sense of humor, helped us with all our concerns as we visited Egypt for the first time. The hotel itself is not new, but it is not in a very bad condition, the rooms are neat and clean, there is no bad smell. The price-quality ratio of the hotel is really great! I suggested you visit too!

Overall the resort was clean nice and spacious. We had relatively clean room, but others complained, no hot water in the evening through the whole resort, sun beds needs serious replacement as every second was broken, all beach towels need to be replaced too. Many of the staff cannot speak communicative English which makes live sometimes hard (but it doesn't stop them asking for tips🤣). There are dogs and monkeys kept in cages, which doesn't look good

What an amazing experience and Holiday! My wife and I never go to the same place twice but we had to come back here and bring our family with us, that's how great our holiday was! Amazing resort which is built and decorated in such a manner that you actually feel like you're in Egypt! Last year we went all inclusive, which was amazing, and this year we got VIP pass, that boosts already amazing service even more! (If you come back 2nd year, you're immediately a VIP). Here are some of my inputs:

Resort and accomodation:

Entire resort is designed with a great sense of style. All of the objects in this resort are very well connected, easy to get from one object to another. Beach is really close and amazing addition is mini-zoo, volleyball court, football court, playground for toddlers, aqua park and 2 big swimming pools, one smaller swimming pool for kids (I'm sure I forgot to mention something).

Objects:

At your disposal you have 3 restaurants (main restaurant, beach restaurant and chinese food restaurant. One beach bar, sports bar (you can also play billiards and table tennis there), one disco.

Beach:

Beach is relatively small (in my assessment about 300 meters) enough sunbeds and towels for every guest. Mainly coral and rocky beach but there is a sandy part of it. Personally, I prefer coral beach because it's not boring. Packed with amazing shells with all colors, tons of varieties of fishes so whether you're a swimmer, snorkler or diver, you can enjoy it. There is also a pier from which you can enjoy diving. Water is crystal clear and warm enough to easily jump in the water without hesitation.

Personnel:

I've never been to a place that has such an amazing personnel! Everyone will greet you with the biggest smile and will do everything to resolve all your issues, even the smallest ones! Managers are amazing and every second making sure that you don't have any issues with anything! I.E., if the waiters are already serving another customer, managers themselves will take your order and bring it to you, just to make sure you're not waiting for too long. Everyone is really helpful and honestly happy to assist. I'd specifically like to mention mgr Medhat, Ayman the receptionist, Peter the bartender and Ahmed the waiter, as they really go above and beyond to make sure you have no issues at all!

Food:

Food in this resort is really good, but please note that egyptian food is quite spicy! (Not hot, just spicy as they use a lot of spices) I personally love spicy food but just as a fair warning for those who don't. As far as this resort's food is concerned, you have at least 3 or 4 different main courses, 10s of salads, soups, lots of sorts of bread, bbq, cooked, you name it- you have it. Deserts are in abundance, 10s of different sorts of cookies, cakes, sweets, fruit, icecream... I'm not a sweettooth but I tried most of them and they're absolutely amazing! Even if you skip one of the meals, you always have a quick snack at the main bar so there's no chance you'll ever be hungry! And I have to mention that all the food is as fresh as it can be! Not once I managed to find a stale piece of bread, and believe me, I tried! :)

Rooms:

In general, rooms could use a bit of touch up, like a bit of paint here and there, but every room has everything you need: fridge, A.C., TV, very comfortable beds and most important, every room has a safe box where you can store your valuables. In my assessment, 80% of the balconies are facing the sea or at least you can see the sea from it.

Hygiene:

I was astounded how great the hygiene is here! Bed sheets are changed every single day and the housekeeping cleans the room every single day! They will always surprise you with a figure of an animal made of towels. Being very careful they will always wait for you to leave and then clean your room, making sure you're not disturbed. Housekeeping service is definitely 10/10!
