The hotel provides an acceptable level of service and lovely rooms with everything you need for a carefree holiday. The system "all inclusive" operates around the clock, includes alcoholic drinks of local production (wine, gin, rum, ouzo, vodka, whiskey, brandy, beer). The drinks are served in glasses. With charge: imported drinks (whisky, gin, vodka, Bacardi, tequila, Martini), bottled drinks, fresh juices, Turkish coffee.

Reviews
The rooms were very spacious & cleaned every day. The food was great with a good choice of mains & desserts. The restaurant staff were exceptionally polite & helpful. Especially Abdullah & Momin.
The beach is very close to the hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The animation staff were very good at first, they then changed the team & the quality went down.
The excursion sellers on the beach were a bit annoying. Having shops on the complex was useful.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would return.
We had a really good week and if I come back to egypt, I will come back here.

Also, at check out they pretty much force You to write a 5 star review.
The check in was a nightmare with too much questions about why your booking appears from USA ...( The receptionist Hecham was seems angry and even give us non working key card)!! Anyway we managed to survive during our stay. The suppose I will give 1 star but because of the effort and fun the animation team made for the hotel guests I will give 3 stars.
Food is horrible during our stay we eat few times on outside restaurants.
The juice is just colored water. The watermelon they sell at the restaurant is spoiled and tasteless plus old on ref. Rooms outdated but room service was ok.
And the iconic figure for the hotel is Mr.Mohamed the pool guard was so helpful.
One of the bellboys seems older than the rest carrying the bags carelessly and we saw some other guests bag got broken wheels because the way he carried it.
No sufficient glasses for drinks or enough spoons and towels.
They are targeting east European tourists and doesn't care about the rest.
