Good location and room is very clean and high hygiene stuff is very friendly. Ayah, Amal, marwan are very helpful. And the breakfast was very delicious it was different everyday.
I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Cairo, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore iconic landmarks like the Egyptian Museum, Tahrir Square, and the bustling Khan El Khalili market. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Check...
First off, its Africa welcome to mosquitoes, and they do spray daily. The hotel is definitely old, circa 1910's and the upgrades are minimal. However the AC works, the toilet, sink and shower worked fine for me. I went all inclusive and the home cooked meals are more than a normal person can eat. All Egyptian and very good. The bed is comfy, nothing spectacular, but its a bed. I walked to most places...
I booked the hotel on December 23 and stayed for 4 nights. I saw many bad reviews before booking but after we reached there it was better than we expected. The Service was really good even though the rooms were average they cleaned our rooms everyday The location wasn't the best there weren't many restaurants around but we managed. Overall was an excellent experience!
I stayed in October 11 for 4 nights. We book 2 rooms.Location is perfect, service is very good and room is good.I want to thank owner of hotel for handling in professional way my booking issue
For max. 2 days staying ıt might be good.. Very good, centre location.. Easy to reach restaurant, bank, Cafe shops.. For hotel keep your hope low but price is reasonable...

- Location: the best, I mean, my breakfast with the pyramids and the sphinx was one of the best experiences ever. - Team: excellent support. When I required something, they gave the solution to my inquiries as soon as possible. - Tour: Ali, also the manager, supported me with the tour to the pyramids. We went for Sakkara and Giza for time reasons, but the history, conversation, and meals offered were...

Very nice clean place with a beautiful and cosy living with a view. Ibrahim and Youssif and all the staff were great and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Definitely recommended by me.
This place is very good and yousaf so good man Lovely
Good place but better views at near by hotels.
I love this place, very near to pyramid and the most important thing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The price is so wonderful too. Best choice.
A great budget option if you want to stay close to the pyramids in Giza. Both receptionists, Sherif and Moheb, were very kind and understanding young people. The hotel is new and rooms are very clean. My room was also very silent (something hard to get in Cairo) but this is because the window opens inside the building. The hotel is on the first floor and this was a great advantage for me with my bicycle...
Simple hostel but very well located & extremly friendly staff. For a very cheap price you'll have a clean room with personal bathroom. Don"t pay attention to the building entry, the hotel is at the 1st floor and is very clean. Be aware that you won't have windows in your room to see the pyramids.

Cairo, 19 Alfi Street 🧭 Map
nice decoration, the hotel dates back to 1893, but it seems nothing has changed ever since! the switchboard for sure, and the elevator too, manually operated...! Good and bad, convenience and inconvenience... Good for tourism, forget it if you travel for business
Excellent decoration, service and drinks. Definitely stop here to take a trip back in time.
Great atmosphere, very well priced
Very nice, shabby-chic hotel, where you can feel the history. One star less as I would have hoped for a more Arabic breakfast (however it's possible to upgrade the breakfast)
A lovely homely atmosphere with very friendly and helpful honest staff, very clean/safe hotel and interesting local area and a good central location. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel for your stay in Cairo as I have stayed at many hotels in Cairo over the years.
Lots of character and very friendly staff with a welcoming host family. Drinks in the bar in the evenings a highlight. Excellent chef with well priced food. Tricky to find and ancient plumbing are drawbacks but outweighed by the experience.

Good place to sleep after a long day, do not expect more.
The Hotel location in the middle of Cairo downtown.. In El Agouza Area.. So close from opera house... Cairo tour... Old museum.. El Tahir Square... The hotel build not new.. The entrance not the perfect.. But the Reception so helpful... The rooms is nice with a good bed... Not that big TV but okay for me...nice bath room. The WiFi not covering all the space.. Great hotel for family vacation, looks right at the pyramid (great view and perfect for pictures especially at sunset), clean room, friendly staff, great looking rooms, nice pool, you'd enjoy hanging out there at night, great for family and couples, great getaway from all life distractions.
This hotel is truly Egyptian…. It is not neatly finished and the service sometimes takes a long time. You have to ask for some things a few times: toilet paper, towels. But they do their best and really want to arrange things for you. In any case, we had a great time with our three children. Don't worry and take your time, and you will have a really great holiday. The view of the pyramids is amazing...

The view is ok and the room is spacious and nice.
This place is a hidden gem off the beaten path - private and peaceful. The room was spacious, decorated nicely and exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Air conditioner worked well, internet connection great, min-fridge ice cold, had an electric tea pot with tea provided, plenty of room to hang clothes. Bathroom was large, had great water pressure and a blow dryer. The Egyptian...
Nice hotel. Clean!!!! And good
Really close to the pyramids this is the best hotel ever, amazing and friendly staff, l advice everyone to stay there.
I stayed here for several weeks in October. Sparkling clean and a beautiful view of the pyramids! You can even see the sphinx! The aura was so strong during my entire stay, and it was the most affordable location this close to the pyramids. I spent almost an entire month soaking in the energy while sipping wine on the rooftop beneath the Egyptian moon in the shadow of the pyramids! Words cannot express...

While this hotel was already closed, the gym at the first floor is still open with a good variety of equipment and a good view of River Nile and Rooda island. With daily rate of 100 EGP or monthly membership of 500 EGP, it is worth trying.
Very good site, you can access alot of important places in cairo easily, delicious egyptian breakfast, wide rooms with good balconies. Bed sheets are not so clean,
Very nice clean hotel , Breakfast very delicious and enjoyable , the location is great , Parking is quite difficult specially in daytime, some rooms are not suitable for human beings
it's not bad but the the working staff are rude half of the people who commented on the review are people working there and they have a free wifi but it's so slow and they don't go with what you booked , i booked a room on the nile but they changed it and said it's not on the nile and they but me in a closed room with no windows and said that our room is taking this moment and it will not be free...

This place was really nice during 80s & 90s but now days it's too local
Good but loosing the touch of care and beauty .. needs maintenance for alot of its components
The hotel place is very good. The building is somehow old with flaws and some place need to be remodeled. The service and hospitality is okay. Overall the palace is acceptable according to the price, especially for Egyptian.
Excellent location clean rooms value for money suitable for people looking for basics breakfast menu is poor few steps to supermarket and coffee shops staff is friendly and polite central air conditioning is quite old bit still working Being on a main road makes it noisy so try to get a room on the side road WiFi is not working well specially at rooms

I have stayed at this hotel regularly since 2005 and love it. I returned this year after three years away due to COVID. So nice to be back! This is a calm, quiet, bed and breakfast style hotel in a green, leafy Zamalek neighborhood. It’s easy to find this place. It’s meat and clean and quiet and nice view. It’s best place.
Stayed from August 15-17, 2025, a hidden gem close to the pyramids. Clean, comfortable, the staff carried my luggage, any questions were quickly answered, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Professional service at a very affordable price
Amazing host and the new rooms are so nice! I keep choose this hotel since 2021, they are so welcoming and Ahmed or his brother will help you with everything! They are honest and good people. We booked with them trips to Alexandria, Memphis and other locations too. În the picture you can see the new fountain. Also the rooftop view is so nice! You can have breakfast with the pyramids at your foot
This is my second time staying at Arabian Nights Pyramids Guesthouse. Ahmed and Mohamed are very friendly and helpful, and are great contacts to have in the area. They are both very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to assist with any requests. The property is being developed and soon will have rooms with a view of the Pyramids. The rooftop terrace has the most breathtaking view of the Pyramids...
Beautiful place calm decorations good vibes good service i would recommend if you are coming to Egypt to reserve a room there
Excellent location in Giza, close to the pyramids. Mohamed was such a friendly and genuine host, full of knowledge and information. Such superb cleanliness was noticed and definitely was a safe environment. Recommendable to all western citizens. Comfy and cosy rooms with a beautiful authentic touch. Highly recommendable.

It's conveniently located right next to the pyramids. The breakfast venue is on the 5th floor of the neighboring hotel, so it was a rare experience to be able to eat while looking out at the pyramids. Although the amenities aren't perfect, the rooms are spacious and I think they're worth more than the price. The staff were also very courteous.
Recommended pyramid view restaurant according to price, very close
The room is great, new, clean, great AC and good shower with pressure. The wifi it’s not the best but works. Nice location where you can see the pyramids during breakfast every morning
An excellent hotel to stay in Giza! An incredible view of the pyramids and excellent attention from your staff! I highly recommend this hotel to stay and go to the pyramids practically on foot! Thank you very much to all the staff for the excellent attention received 24 hours a day. It makes your stay quite pleasant!
The hotel was very clean, beautiful and is in a great location. The staff are friendly and caring. Especially Zico and Muhammad “Sator” 😂. They made sure we were safe at all times. Sam and Muhammad made sure we were well fed 😂. The staff treated us like family and were always ready to give a helping hand. We are very greatful and they definitely made sure we enjoyed our stay. I definitely will recommend...
A small hotel with an amazing view of the Pyramids. The rooms are large and comfortable. The shower on the other hand is awful. Its large and clean but there is no water pressure and no ability to control water temperature so it is either scalding hot or cold. The room was nice, spacious and bright, but too noisy, close to the main road, and poor soundproofing. It was hard to fall asleep
Excellent stay—clean hotel, great location, and amazing staff. Salma and Marcelo went above and beyond with both service and local guidance. Highly recommended!
Tahrir Plaza Suites is good. A boutique hotel, very Egyptian type. The staff are very warm and nice. They helps me to fixs my problem.but the sad, Dora, she is the most help a lot. She is very nice & helpful. I love these 5 Arabian nights in Tahrir Plaza Suites.
Good and very clean but its expensive equal to services Good team and lovely hotel
This might be the most atmospheric boutique hotel in the whole of Cairo. Do not be fooled by the exterior. The rooms are HUGE, beautiful and atmospheric. The staff are amazing (female run!) and breakfast at 3 USD brought to the rooms is a must-have. At first you may feel underwhelmed in the public areas but just wait - I saw lots of the rooms and they were truly stunning. This place is really something...
This is a quaint hotel very well located in Cairo. Our room had everything we needed and we took advantage of the offer for Airport pickup and that went very smoothly. The location allows easy access to Tahrir Square, the Egyptian museum and places to eat. I would not claim that it is easy to walk around there because of the enormous amount of traffic. It is also not easy to sleep because of the traffic...
