WORST hotel in my life. 2 of shared 1 breakfast, I left to change and they wanted to charge her for another coffee.
Elevator was broken morning of checkout; we were NINE floors up, and 2 trips of luggage. Not exactly how you want to start your tourist day. Had to take the stairs- NO LIGHTS IN STAIRS, my bag broke a small window and cut my hand badly- blood everywhere.
We come back after being out for the day to find our door unlocked, they accused us of not locking it. THEN they want to move us to another room. Called over and over when we were trying to rest before dinner, sent 3 people up to move us. Could not give us a good reason why. Absolutely brutal experience. DON’T STAY HERE

If you are want to live with the real Egyptian people you need to try this place. The real Egyptian live . Very friendly people you feel your self with a real love and caring all around. My first night and day but absolutely will stay all my vacation time in this hotel.place simple but very clean.

WORST HOTEL EVER. Never book this. Rooms are very small. Lighting is not good. Breakfast was not good at oll. Food wasnt even hot they gave cold food. Manager was all about money. I paid 1800 Egp but not worth spending. Never recommend. If booking never book this.

STAY AWAY from this hotel. I came at 2am in their friendly hotel, who pretended to sell my reservation and send me to this hotel.
Staff at this hotel were trying to scum me on each possible thing: exchange rate (15% higher vs official), additional card tax and even you avoid all this scum they will give you 4m2 room (feel yourself in prison) for $50. After all debate vs. few people at 3am I have given up as I came from other city and did not sleep for a night already.
Shame on these people, I suggest you to avoid this hotel to cease the support of a such behaviour.

Located in the heart of Cairo with easy access to attractions across the city. The hotel and staff are amazing, and very helpful. They even arrange sightseeing tours which is awesome as it cuts back on the stress of booking tours. The manager Ahmed is very nice and helps with anything you will need. The food is good and the rooms have all the amenities required for a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend.
