We stayed for 2 nights.
We thought it was incredible value for money!
Clean & comfortable room & bathroom. Rooftop breakfast, with hot fresh food - large portions (included in the room price).
In-house laundry service available.
Check in (or out) available at any time, plus an area to securely store your luggage once you've checked out.
We encountered 15 or so staff during our stay, including reception, kitchen and housekeeping. All were very friendly & it seemed that they enjoy working there.
Central location - multiple restaurants, cafes, takeaway coffee etc plus shopping galore, not to mention a few convenience stores on the street for any essentials.

These guys are scammers!!! They let us paid €100 for 3 person for Alexandria daily tour. The tour guide was boring. The route to alexandria and back was scary. The driver was watching a movie and was driving slow. He was driving 80 km/h on a 120 km/h route. The hotel said that they had a pick-up and bring service to the airport and if you stay longer than 3 nights that this service will be free. But when we said this to the staff, if ignored us. So overall this hotel is a SCAM, don’t choose this hotel.

Unfortunately I didn't have a great stay. I was told that the hotel will send a driver to pick me up from the airport, that didn't happen and to leave a woman alone waiting at a foreign country isn't appreciated. I paid for the service but it didn't happen and no reason was given as to why, or to try and make up for it. As I went to my bedroom, I only had one toilet paper roll with not many sheets, and a face towel only. The bedding had cigarette burns and the pillow even had lipstick smeared. The room need some maintainance, the windows could not be shut, so the constant beeping from the car horns on the street and a generator noise coming from the room straight above my ceiling made me have constant headache and only few hours sleep each night. (I asked a quiet room). Even one night there were some repairs done on the room next to mine starting at 2am!at 3am the hotels staff who was cleaning/repairing even put music on so I had no sleep, even others were going to that room so loud talking made me not sleep all night. I emailed the hotel about it, no response received.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Cairo. If you have to do some sightseeing all day, the rooms are fine for sleeping and that's it. There is not much noise. It has a nice terrace where they serve a good breakfast.

Old property so don't pay to much breakfast ok downtown Cairo if you like to walk good location but dont spend more than 2/3 days in area

WORST hotel in my life. 2 of shared 1 breakfast, I left to change and they wanted to charge her for another coffee.
Elevator was broken morning of checkout; we were NINE floors up, and 2 trips of luggage. Not exactly how you want to start your tourist day. Had to take the stairs- NO LIGHTS IN STAIRS, my bag broke a small window and cut my hand badly- blood everywhere.
We come back after being out for the day to find our door unlocked, they accused us of not locking it. THEN they want to move us to another room. Called over and over when we were trying to rest before dinner, sent 3 people up to move us. Could not give us a good reason why. Absolutely brutal experience. DON’T STAY HERE
