Stay away if you’re a foreigner lol that’s all I have to say.
A few important points, very old on the inside, mostly old carpet so if you have allergies, maybe consider other options

I stayed for 10days, on the second day I noticed movement of the location of my makeup and some stuff got stolen by the room service with very expensive stuff. By aware. I spoke with the room service supervisor and she was very disappointed and she blamed us and didn't even apologize and then we spoke with Mr.Abdel Salam General manager still no apologies or even get back to us with response on investigation. Management very bad with no respect. All they do that they blamed you. Think before you go there beside that wireless is very poor like no signal.

I was told they are completely booked. First, they showed me an ugly, dirty, uncomfortable room for the price quoted. I refused to accept it. Showed me a different room so called Renovated. I accepted because I was so tired. They asked for a price increase of 250 pound. I had to accept just to go and sleep. 20 min later, they called for another 50 pounds increase, which I paid. The so-called renovated bathroom has molded all through the shower door. Poor workmanship is visible all over. I wish hotel management to respond appropriately to my complaints

Good hospitality and clean place. Also it's location is perfect. Near to a lot of places. Prices are reasonable too.
