My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to everything you need. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a TV, Wi-Fi, and effective cooling. The breakfast was delicious, and the room service was top-notch.
What made my stay exceptional was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. I felt like I was among family, never like a stranger. A special thanks to the reception team—Maha, Mahmoud, and Mohannad—for their excellent service. I’d also like to thank the room service staff—Hamadeh, Ala’a, and Israa—for their outstanding service.
I highly recommend taking part in the hotel’s organized tours; they were fantastic and made everything easier. Special thanks to the management team—Andrew, Marco, and Badr—for their exceptional cooperation and professionalism.
Don’t judge the hotel by its exterior; experience the stay yourself and you'll see how great it is. It might seem like I’m exaggerating, but I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism from the staff and management.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, very special location, close to all tourist attractions and 100% safe.
The entire staff is excellent, I thank the
resiption stuff very much because gave me a travel program that made me visit the pyramids, all the museums, and almost the most tourist attractions. gave me all of this for less than a quarter of its price as a gift from the hotel.
Really an excellent hotel and I would like to return to them again whenever I come to Egypt. I will stay with them.

Inside of room!!! Extremly loud!!!! Room were nicely decorated and people who work in hotel were mostly polite! Especialy woman for breakfast.
We did not get the room that we booked. Room that we booked was bright with light and the room that they wanted to give us had no day light and windows were painted (yes, painted) with white color! Then they said you booked that type of room, but different pictures, which means that if you book with this hotel based on photos, you have no idea what are you going to get. Also, the room that we got as substitut for first night was loud! Tomorow we got more silenced room. And their description always says that the room is sound protected. Basicly... lots of things when you get there might not be true. They say that they have safe in the rooms, but the safe is like a toy... We took our pasports and belongings with us evry day. Also breakfast is continental, but it is evry day the same, omlet of one egg per person, 1 yougurt per person, etc. I will post the photo. Breakfast does not have to be expencive, but in Kairo for small money it can be different for sure. I'll post the breakfast for two. We had the same for 7 days. If you take the room that looks on Talaat Harb street you will not be able to sleep because it is old building and even on 6th floore it is too laud... you hear people, cars, music. Take the room that looks in the windows of the other bulidung and on the 6th floore if it's possible. It is ok that as small hotel you don't have things. Just put the photos of the rooms as they are and describe the things as they are.
P.S. the window was closed when I took video!!! And rooms are aperently sound protected!

I booked in another hotel and they canceled my reservation and sent me to this hotel, (I think they do this with everyone) everything was very dirty, everything old, and the block and the room and the towels and bed linen (dirty and old),Very nosy!!!!

Room didn't have knob. Location not easy to find. Very old building. We got stuck in the oldest every elevator we saw in life. The service however was good and they helped us out from lift fast.

This my second time to stay here .the room is clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious .the location is fantastic. The staff were very friendly they made me feel comfortable like I'm home .I would like to thanks Mr Aymn a manger for his advice and Nariman at the reception for her kindness and Hamada ,Hiba, Mahmoud, Mohamed .I really appreciate what you've done to me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
