I booked this place for my birthday. It was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed and more. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and clean the location is good. The food is prepared fresh daily and there is a great selection available. Room service is also good. On my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake that was delicious. I was sad to leave and will definitely be returning again. Daria the guest relation representative was brilliant if we needed anything also the bar staff and the reception team.

Food is great, Always tip, especially the housekeeping staff.
One of the pools is heated till April. It has the swim up bar.
The beach food bar is good though more limited in choice.( i recommend the tuna salad)

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The location is great, beautiful on the beach with its own reef. The diving school (VIP Diving) in the hotel is also great! You do not have to lug diving gear yourself, it's done for you. Very safe and nice guides.
The disadvantage was the location of our room; if you like peace and quiet, you don't want to be too close to the shops. Here there is very loud music every evening until 11:00 PM that drowns out the television and earplugs. The room (1102) was also outdated. Upon request we were given another room (7015), which was fortunately a lot quieter and much more modern. Rooms are large and clean. We always felt safe in the area, but be aware that prices are not mentioned anywhere, or very high prices. Bargaining is always necessary, otherwise you will unnecessarily pay a lot for groceries and excursions. All in all, we thought this was a great holiday, everything was well arranged and if not, it was resolved quickly. We will definitely book again!

We recently stayed at Cleopatra Hotel for a friend’s birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! The resort itself is huge, with everything you could possibly need inside – from a reliable taxi service to 3 different restaurants and an in-house clinic, making it super convenient and stress-free.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and had a breathtaking sea view, which made every morning special. The pool area was also beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax during the day.
A huge highlight of our stay was the Animation Team. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always bringing great energy and fun to the resort. They even took us to the best local clubs, making our nights just as exciting as our days!
When it was time to leave, we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Every single staff member made us feel like part of the family, and it’s safe to say we’ll definitely be coming back. Absolutely wonderful hotel, rooms, staff, pools, and restaurants all fantastic. Sunbed drinks service a great luxury. All staff going above and beyond. Four pools and front line beach. Very clean. Delicious food.Cleo Gym and Cleo spa is a must visit. Highly recommended.

We had 7 dream days with Cleopatra luxury resort. everyone from the team made sure everything was perfect and safe. the room looked spotless every day. very good food. if you get here look for those who do activities, they are very reasonable in price and very fair. don't try to pressure you into buying anything. for the best services look for Saber from the vip diving college. will offer you quality and unforgettable services. we will definitely be back here soon. thank you very much for the quality time provided into your resort

We are eternally grateful to all the hotel personnel, receptionists, room service, kitchen and Lobby bar staff, especially the restaurant manager Reda for his indescribable service and care. We felt a great sense of hospitality throughout our stay. This is a place we would definitely like to return to and recommend to others.

Very nice hotel! The service is 5+++, the staff are really friendly, smiley and diligent. The territory is green and beautiful, lots of swimming pools and quite enough sunbeds. Spa is also good! The sea is clean and warm, you'll be able to see wonderful fish, though probably won't be able to swim cause of corals and big waves😅 Food was tasty, but not very diverse, though we really appreciated breakfasts and desserts. If you'll need a doctor during your stay, you're lucky, cause there is a really good one there. Animation is quite okay if you're not a very disco-and-all-day-long-entertainment-seeker.
So, if you're not fond of swimming in the sea and can enjoy just staying in it, I can surely recommend you Cleopatra❤️

I would like to share the very nice experience and service we have received here. Rooms are spotless, the team and all managers very helpful. Ahmed our cleaner is the best he was always making our days with funny decorations in the room.Mohamed the floor supervisor was amazing making sure everything is perfect.
Scuba diving team from Cleopatra are very patience, very helpful and they offer you a life time experience under the water.
Saber,Karim and Aladdin are Amazing and very helpful explaining everything which will offer you a great experience!
Overall we had a good holiday at Cleopatra Luxury.Definitely will come back

Just got back from 2 weeks here. Fabulous hotel staff are all amazing. Our cleaner Ammar was absolutely fantastic. Food was fabulous with a variety of food. Fabulous cocktails. I cannot wait to return.
