A wonderful experience as usual. I always every time I spend my vacation in this wonderful place. Everything is beautiful from management to employees and workers. I thank them all for everything.

Cleopatra Sharm Adults Only is an amazing property with phenomenal and attentive staff. I spent 7 nights and was able to enjoy two dinners at the Asian Restaurant on property. I also booked in a Spa Programme and was incredibly relaxed. I’m so happy I chose this hotel.

I booked this place for my birthday. It was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed and more. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and clean the location is good. The food is prepared fresh daily and there is a great selection available. Room service is also good. On my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake that was delicious. I was sad to leave and will definitely be returning again. Daria the guest relation representative was brilliant if we needed anything also the bar staff and the reception team.

Food is great, Always tip, especially the housekeeping staff.
One of the pools is heated till April. It has the swim up bar.
The beach food bar is good though more limited in choice.( i recommend the tuna salad)
All in all we had a lovely time here.

The perfect holiday!!!!!!

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The location is great, beautiful on the beach with its own reef. The diving school (VIP Diving) in the hotel is also great! You do not have to lug diving gear yourself, it's done for you. Very safe and nice guides.
The disadvantage was the location of our room; if you like peace and quiet, you don't want to be too close to the shops. Here there is very loud music every evening until 11:00 PM that drowns out the television and earplugs. The room (1102) was also outdated. Upon request we were given another room (7015), which was fortunately a lot quieter and much more modern. Rooms are large and clean. We always felt safe in the area, but be aware that prices are not mentioned anywhere, or very high prices. Bargaining is always necessary, otherwise you will unnecessarily pay a lot for groceries and excursions. All in all, we thought this was a great holiday, everything was well arranged and if not, it was resolved quickly. We will definitely book again!
