We had 7 dream days with Cleopatra luxury resort. everyone from the team made sure everything was perfect and safe. the room looked spotless every day. very good food. if you get here look for those who do activities, they are very reasonable in price and very fair. don't try to pressure you into buying anything. for the best services look for Saber from the vip diving college. will offer you quality and unforgettable services. we will definitely be back here soon. thank you very much for the quality time provided into your resort

We are eternally grateful to all the hotel personnel, receptionists, room service, kitchen and Lobby bar staff, especially the restaurant manager Reda for his indescribable service and care. We felt a great sense of hospitality throughout our stay. This is a place we would definitely like to return to and recommend to others.

Very nice hotel! The service is 5+++, the staff are really friendly, smiley and diligent. The territory is green and beautiful, lots of swimming pools and quite enough sunbeds. Spa is also good! The sea is clean and warm, you'll be able to see wonderful fish, though probably won't be able to swim cause of corals and big waves😅 Food was tasty, but not very diverse, though we really appreciated breakfasts and desserts. If you'll need a doctor during your stay, you're lucky, cause there is a really good one there. Animation is quite okay if you're not a very disco-and-all-day-long-entertainment-seeker.
So, if you're not fond of swimming in the sea and can enjoy just staying in it, I can surely recommend you Cleopatra❤️

I would like to share the very nice experience and service we have received here. Rooms are spotless, the team and all managers very helpful. Ahmed our cleaner is the best he was always making our days with funny decorations in the room.Mohamed the floor supervisor was amazing making sure everything is perfect.
Scuba diving team from Cleopatra are very patience, very helpful and they offer you a life time experience under the water.
Saber,Karim and Aladdin are Amazing and very helpful explaining everything which will offer you a great experience!
Overall we had a good holiday at Cleopatra Luxury.Definitely will come back

Just got back from 2 weeks here. Fabulous hotel staff are all amazing. Our cleaner Ammar was absolutely fantastic. Food was fabulous with a variety of food. Fabulous cocktails. I cannot wait to return.

We recently stayed at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, and we just left today with the best memories. This hotel is truly outstanding in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the great service and the welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms are incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The meals and drinks are absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

I am actually staying at the hotel, and would like to share my very good impression on it, its services and personnel. I used to go to several all-inclusive hotels in an another country and I am familiar with this kind of service. Cleopatra is one of the best all inclusive I ever visited. Buffet and food are excellent, of course compared to an all inclusive hotel in which generally the quality is worse. Some of food are repeated, but every time you’ll find many new plates and I found some of which creatively done.
Service is really good, in the picture of the service in the whole country, as I was in Cairo before coming. Of course some tips are appreciated, but this is in the culture of the country and one should accept it as it is, and it is not excessive, they are always happy to receive extra 1 or 2 dollars, which is really marginal.
Room service is top, always asking if anything else needed. You are called by phone several times in your room to check if everything is alright. Really appreciate this kind of guest oriented service.
The hôtel is on the first line in front of the sea. The only issue is that the sea is rocked, you must wear special shoes, not expensive too. I think this is in everywhere in Sharm, but you have a kind of alley of 100 meters into the sea, from which you could dive and swim and do not forget your mask, your phone and its waterproof case, to explore the magnificent view of coloured rocks and fishes, for free, if you do not want to have a guided diving.
Animation is good, but I saw better in other places in terms of creativity.
On exploration in Sharm, Red sea safari including diving and white island, which takes one day and organised by special agencies, is worth doing it.

Hello , I want to say that I like this hotel a lot , the staff in restaurants and in rooms are great and I want to give a special thanks to Ramadan because he was so helpful, respectful and friendly, but to be honest you need to change the staff that works at the bars , they treat us very bad every day , specially because we are Egyptians, whenever we ask for bringing any drinks they were so unresponsive and they were giving us dirty looks , I wasn’t comfortable at all there , so they plz take care of this problem. Food was okay but not the best , but the variety was amazing.

This hotel is nice, but not perfect.
If you book a place in the adult part you are limited to the buffet restaurant and to some bars. There is a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to the beach at the family hotel. At the beach you can use the beach restaurant.
From my point of view this is the money not worth. The stuff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The music during the day is much much to loud. No relaxing possible during afternoon.
