i loved this place so much! Hands down one of the best resorts ive been too. The workers here first of all are amaizng and all super friendly, they bring good vibes to every event. Shoutout to Saraa and the waiters. 10/10 service and extremely friendly. They made a huge celebration for my little cousin and sisters which i greatly appreciate. Not to mention to food had a special addition to it everyday. Its mostly the same everyday but definetely tastes good except the potatoes and fries. Great rooms but full of mosquitos definetely need mosquito repellent and spray. There are activities to be done everyday and daily activities by the entertainment team. Again GREAT shoutout to Sara! Excellent Value for money hotel. A bonus will be the New Reception Building which is opening soon. 1. Premier Bedrooms excellent size huge king size bed, sofa chair coffee table, plenty of wardrobe space, units with drawers, extra large shower, bidet and toilet, tea & coffee making station, fridge. Bottled water topped up daily. Housekeeping excellent. 2. Main Restaurant food, something for everyone, my preference would be to be greeted and shown to your table, and the first drink bought to you, then after maybe queue at the bar. There is also a Seafood and Italian Restaurant which you can book for your stay. 3. Pool Snack Bar and Beach Bar, choices could be a bit more varied, salads, chips fruit Spring Rolls, Samosas, Pizza Pool is huge, great pool guys, no worries about finding a sun bed. 4. Pool Bar and Beach Bar, no long queues and bar guys really helpful. 5. Entertainment is varied and better as in the hotter months this is outside by the pool. 6. Gardens are incredible, immaculately maintained and look fabulous at night with all of the lighting. 7. Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes. All in all great value for money, friendly service, helpful staff and of course sun shining daily.

Best customer service ever! I’ll start with a few negatives, but please read on because this ended up being the best holiday we’ve ever had. We had some problems at the beginning – our room door kept locking us out, and even after the handle was replaced, we were told to give the bottom of the lock a thump to get in (and surprisingly, it worked!). The safe also gave us trouble until it was replaced, and even then, there were more issues. For the first three days, the showers were cold, and the view from our room was disappointing – just overgrown grass and weeds, so we never really sat outside. We also weren’t too impressed with the two à la carte restaurants. The “beef fillet” turned out to be more like a thin braising steak – I even promised the manager, Said Khairy, that I’d take him out for a proper steak dinner next time we visit. Lastly, the main bar in the evenings was a bit too bright and lacked any real atmosphere. Now the positives – and this is why we will definitely return. Every single problem was dealt with by the most incredible customer service team, usually within five minutes or less. They were genuinely the best hotel staff we’ve ever experienced. The hotel grounds are immaculate – absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic pool and easy access to the beach. The whole place is so picturesque, probably the nicest-looking hotel we’ve stayed in. Food can be a bit hit and miss, but there’s always something good to eat. The king prawns on Fridays were the best I’ve ever tasted, the soups were always delicious, and there was a great selection of salads, fruit, and cakes. Special thanks to the wonderful staff: Mohammed Kamel (restaurant manager) and Said Khairy (drinks and beverage manager) went out of their way to make sure we were happy – we genuinely feel like we made friends with them, they were amazing!! Svetlana, who made sure any issues were sorted straight away, such a lovely lady, Mohammed (our cleaner in room 1108), Raef and Ahmed who adored my wife, and so many amazing bartenders. Ahmed, the pool supervisor always made sure we were happy and the pool was immaculate. Mohammed Abdo, manager of the Butterfly Spa, who arranged four fantastic massages for my wife with masseuse Nada, plus an unforgettable neck treatment for me lol. Not forgetting Moody and the entertainment team, Moody next time I'll let you have my music catalogue not just my wedding mix! The level of service and warmth from everyone was beyond anything we’ve experienced before – we honestly cannot thank them enough they made our holiday. Because of them, we’ll be contacting the hotel directly to book our next holiday. The location is also great – only about 15 minutes from the airport and Soho Square, with plenty of restaurants nearby. And Sharm itself is such an amazing place to visit. We had an awesome vacation by Parrotel beach resort. Everything is great there... the rooms, the pools and the food. I prefer this place not only because it's amazing but also because of the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I need to thank Mr mohamed the front office manager there and his great team for this valuable time. Thank you Parrotel! ❤️❤️❤️

This was me and my family's (Mrs, x2 Kids 5 & 17) first time in Sharm El Sheikh. I spent 8 nights at this Hotel. Unfortunately I got an ear infection on the 3rd day which I needed to go in house hospital for and the doctor was very good also me, the my eldest and mrs got stomach bug on the 4th day which wasnt fun, I believe its from ice cubes. Good things about the hotel: - The location is very good. - The beach is lovely. - Pool is very nice. - Entertainment was very good. - Plenty of facilities. Bad things: - Room was dated. - Wi-Fi was not good. - The All Inclusive meals were hit and miss. Someday good and someday were bad. But for all the little bad things, it was made up by kindness and care by every single staff at the hotel. Special thanks to Sayed Khairy (Food & Beverages Manager) who came and check up on me and my family's everyday and Mohamed Kamel. Even though we were a little ill etc, people made us feel relaxed and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Great, just a shame that the golf car doesn't come and pick us up every time like in other hotels and that the hotel foam party has to be paid for.

The hotel was fantastic a little dated but fantastic. The facilities the staff the location all fantastic. Not far from tourist spots and places of interest. 10-15 mins from the airport. The hotel is really nice and clean. The hotel lacks with food and drink. There’s 4 bars. The main bar is on the first floor on top of the lobby. Accesss is not very good. The ground floor bars aren’t always well equipped for all drinks there’s a shortfall in cups and sometimes drink even. The staff are fantastic and helpful. They are always willing to help and will resolve all your problems when and if you have them.
Food is an masssive problem not many options and the options available are not very well tasting. The menu changes each night and each meal time. It’s not suited to British people taste. They don’t have chips or nuggets every night. However if you complain they will put whatever you like on the menu as a way of resolving your complain. The food is Egyptian you won’t starve but it’s not excellant or great. The beach and near the slide pools do burgers and chips and pizza and icecream every afternoon. If you can be bothered to get there in the heat. The complex is massive. There is a shuttle to the beach. The beach is fantastic. The staff on the food and drink there are excellant. They will make you drinks not offered if you ask. Abdallah and Ali in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and when reported the lack of taste in the food they made sure we got tailor made meals and service. As a solve to our dissatisfaction they sent fresh fruit and coke and sprite bottles to our room and provided our dinner tables with first class service and supplied drinks. The staff are exemplary helpful and absolutely amazing they are the best staff of a hotel I have ever encountered. People in general in Sharmel sheikh are fantastic and always helpful not forceful. I would defo go back to Sharmel sheikh!! We had an amazing time and the only fault was the food else the hotel was absolutely fantastic and all our problems were faced with were solved by the hotel staff. Many thanks to them all.

The aqua park at the hotel is excellent, with plenty of fun activities suitable for all ages. The animation shows and evening parties are also very entertaining and enjoyable. However, the food quality is quite poor, and the cleanliness of the rooms is just acceptable.
