Fourth visit to this hotel, staff are amazing in particular Mohammed at buffet Ahmed / Mohammed / Hamy at pool A la carte restaurants all lovely

The hotel it's self is lovely however it's the staff that makes this hotel what it is! All of the staff are so attentive and friendly. Mohamed Ashraf who works in the restaurant was excellent and was so helpful, he made an effort to make my children smile every single day, my son who is very shy came out of his shell and really warmed to him. Asian and American A la carte were excellent, great good, good atmosphere and both had great service.

We’ve been to Coral Sea Holiday Village several times and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to help. The location is great, and the food consistently good with plenty of variety. The entertainment from the HV crew is always top-notch and keeps the whole family entertained. One of the things we love most is that there’s never a struggle to find a sunbed—so relaxing! Already looking forward to our next visit.

This was our second time back to this hotel as we absolutely love it. It’s now a TUI hotel so there’s been a few changes, comfier sun loungers and entertainment is catered more to English. The food is amazing, even in the buffet restaurant the quality of food is fantastic with lots to chose from. The pools were perfect for our kids of different ages, you have the slides and main pool for the older ones or splash and baby pool for the little ones. The hotel grounds are immaculate and beautiful to walk through. The staff here are what sets this hotel apart from other destinations we’ve been to. They can’t do enough for you and are amazing with children. A special mention goes to Ahmed, the barman around the splash pool. The welcome and excellent service he provided was second to none and he’s an asset to the hotel. Don’t hesitate to book here, we’ll be back again soon!

Holiday Village Red Sea, part of Coral Sea. Fantastic trip and great place to stay. Went with family 6 of us. Two rooms excellent very clean and comfortable perfect. Entertainment team excellent….team managing the climbing wall for our granddaughters were lovely and very caring. Both granddaughters loved the experience and youngest aged 10yrs did both walls to terrorise of Ethan and the team. Plus well cared for when doing high ropes…again the girls loved it Thsnk you. Kellin who did aqua fit was great….very funny, great music and move. As the week went on more and more joined and well over 45 in the pool….fantastic. Thank you lovely man great fun. Excursions ….Pirate ship to Raz Mohammed and White Island a once in a life time trip…totally superb. Very fortunate to have the fabulous guide Ali…he made the trip with his lovely personality and kindness through out. Wish I could bring him home . Thsnk you Ali, hope your second born goes well xx. The snorkelling guides and helpers were out of this world so caring and helpful. At 68yrs old never been snorkelling before I was treated with such care by all especially the lovely Omar who gave me his hand and guided me around the reefs never leaving my side. So incredibly kind and I loved it. Thank you so much. Second excursion to Old City and Soho square did not go so well…gave us the wrong pickup times missed coach they paid for a taxi for us to catch up…not good…a poor guide and he missed out part of the trip and still got back over an hour late…we have complained but so far TUI are not interested! Restaurants and waiters….Chinese fantastic ….best night ever full of laughs and great food ….lots of prawn crackers too . Thank you Sayeed and all staff ….family were prepared to give me away for no camels!! Greek restaurant….again a great night fabulous food, ambience, laughs and great service. Stone grill lovely food, paid for, with a lovely start but they seemed to want us to leave by 10pm ! American Diner again good food and great service. Thank you to all. Main buffet restaurant generally good but very noisy inside, great sitting outside and good service. Pool bar staff ….work so hard and two men in particular cared for us so well…like family he said . How lovely. Adult bar lovely too and the waiter was so lovely and saved our missing cap for us….thank you all. It was a very memorable super holiday.

Immaculate! What an absolutely amazing place to stay this was. We were truly treated like royalty from the day we arrived. The staff were brilliant and honestly couldn’t do enough. We were worried our 11 year old son would get bored, but no chance of that as the entertainment team done a brilliant job of keeping him and the other guests busy with various activities. The food was lovely, fresh with plenty of choice and the drinks were by far some of the better ones I’ve had in an all inclusive. The rooms were spacious and had everything that you would need and topped up with fresh drinking water daily. The grounds and around were phenomenal, the attention to detail was out of this world and made it a truly tranquil place to stay. We never took the opportunity to venture out, but neither did we feel the need too. There are a few local onsite shops next to the main restaurant that have all the basics you would need anyway. Any negatives really aren’t worth the mention and were more of a personal taste preference and the positives far outweigh these. Needless to stay we will be returning in the future.

WOW! just returned from the Coral sea and what an amazing week we had. We travelled with our 11 year old son and stayed in a standard room which was massive, it sectioned off so our son had his own room with even his own tv, it had a walk in wardrobe with dressing robes and slippers and our balcony looked over the quiet pool. The hotel grounds are absolutely immaculate, We've never stayed in such a clean hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, you never have to get up to get a drink as they just constantly go around asking if you would like anything day and night, they even rush over to put your towels down on your sunbeds and they were just awesome with our son. Drinks are lovely, some of the best cocktails I've had at an all inclusive and if the drink you want isn't on the menu just ask and they will do their best to make you it. The restaurants were fab, only one we didn't try was the Chinese, the greek was probably our least favourite and the one we looked forward to the most, having bagels with tzatziki for a starter was a bit strange, fresh bread would be much nicer. So much choice at the buffet restaurant you are truly spoilt for choice! The top terrace bar was getting renovated and was shut while we stayed but this didn't effect our holiday at all (very little noise) and we could sit down stairs instead which had a live singer on most nights. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be returning in the future!

A quiet and peaceful hotel with beautiful surroundings. Hotel in a very good location, close to everywhere . Well-organized stay, nice, friendly and helpful service everywhere. Food tasty, aesthetically served and in abundance. Highly recommend A la carte restaurants . The staff at the reception, bars and restaurants do a great job. Well-kept, nice and in good condition swimming pools , competent service. The beach is very clean with a beautiful view. One minus is the condition of the mattresses on the beach loungers. The mattresses should be in better condition or replaced with new ones. The hotel rooms are kept clean. The bed was uncomfortable for me and creaked. I think the furniture in the room we stayed in should be replaced with new ones. The fridge should have a wider selection of drinks than just water. Large balcony which is ok. The biggest disappointment is the limited internet. 5 GB per device Very cool, nice and friendly animators. Special thanks to Panno and Shanai Crazy people. They were keeping us entertained all day long. Overall the hotel is very good except few things. We had a very good time there. We will definitely want to go back there. Highly recommend Coral Sea Holiday Resort.
