NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
For the price, you can find much better hotels in the area. The food and beverages are below standard if you’re used to quality dining and good alcohol. I would actually advise against drinking alcoholic beverages here altogether. Out of the 20 staff members you might encounter, maybe five are genuinely friendly. While it’s an all-inclusive resort with a high price tag, they still charge for room service, and making restaurant reservations is nearly impossible (especially considering the quality of the food!). The music, entertainment, and waiting for carts to get around are more frustrating than relaxing. They play country music at 7 AM during breakfast, which feels out of place.
We got food poisoning on the first night and had to stay in our room for the entire second day (out of a three-day stay—imagine!). They even charged us $100 for a doctor’s visit after we got sick from their food. When we brought this up with the manager at checkout, her only response was, “We conduct quality checks on our food all the time.”
I witnessed a manager yelling at an employee, and a housekeeping staff member told me to “calm down” when I was understandably upset after waiting 13 hours for face towels and slippers. I stayed here for almost three days and didn’t have a single good meal. Despite paying for an all-inclusive stay, I found myself hungry much of the time. Also, if you’re a couple, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel—kids are constantly screaming everywhere.

We stayed 10 days in August and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The resort is nice and the staff are very friendly. The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free). Thank you Mahmoud and Mina! until next time!

People's Restaurant. Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit.
Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. The picanha is top drawer. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Seagate in Sharm, and it was an experience to remember!
The weather was delightfully hot, perfect for a sun-soaked holiday.
The hotel itself was nothing short of amazing. The food was a highlight of the trip – a diverse array of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes.
The swimming pools were another standout feature. They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting.
The bar service, both inside and outside, was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to serve with a smile. However, the quality of the drinks was a bit of a letdown. I know my vodka, and this did not taste like the brands which we were served from, which affected the overall taste and experience.
Despite this, the overall stay was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food made for a truly memorable holiday. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Egypt.

This hotel has it all. A great location on the beach with access to the end of the coral reef by a jetty they even drive you to the end of on a buggy so that you can get in the water and snorkel amongst some amazing fish.
The staff were very helpful and always asking there was anything else they could do for you.
The food had everything that a family could want which is what this hotel is about…. families.
For children there is a great water park, a climbing wall, a carting track, and plenty more as well as the kids club.
For adults there’s entertainment every night which was of a good standard either in the large auditorium, outside by the reception or on the beach stage.
We went to the pyramids while here, quad biking with camel riding, horse riding and all the trips we arranged through a nearby company who were very good.
I must say thanks to Khaled the lifeguard at the pool we went to each day who arranged the towels and the bar staff there who kept us supplied with drinks at our sunbeds.
Our rooms were spotless and cleaned daily and anything used in the fridge etc was replenished.
As a family hotel this will be hard to beat. Enjoy yourselves in the lovely hotel

I would like to begin by thanking Miss Nour at the front desk, who helped us a lot. Whenever we had any request, no matter what it was, she always welcomed and fulfilled it. Everything was perfect, and we look forward to staying at the same hotel again. The only thing that I found below my expectations was the kid activities and shows at night. There could be more shows that all kids can be involved in.

Brazilian restaurant. Wonderful place! Nice atmosphere and delicious dishes!!! Serving dishes Is very interesting. I recommend u to try chicken, fried pineapple and coconut balls. And mango fresh with Passion fruit)))

I cannot say for myself that this hotel was probably by far superior in many ways than other hotels. The service in the restaurants and the waiters never failed to comply with their orders from their bosses and guests. This was the best experience I have ever come across. I hope to come back again and visit soon.
They have several restaurants. We highly recommend the Brazilian restaurant. The service there is outstanding and the waiters are very welcoming!

I'm currently dining at this fantastic Brazilian restaurant, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience! The food is simply outstanding – a huge shoutout to Chef Ramadan, who crafted each dish with such skill and flavor. Every bite was a delight!
I also want to give a special mention to the manager, Muhammad, who made sure everything was perfect for us. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
