Nice, cozy hotel with spacious rooms. Recommend for a relaxing family and youth recreation.
Built: 2007
Location: 9 km from airport, 20 km from the Bay of Naama Bay, about 25 km from the Old town, in the area of Nabq Bay, on the beach.
Consists of a main 2-and 3-storey building and a complex 3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 465 rooms.

No food variety, old room furniture, sea was always closed, the sea was super rocky that you can’t walk without wearing footwear, sea snacks wear always bakeries. Housekeepers would not do the basic water refill unless you ask them, animators would walk around asking for a good review from guests sitting around regardless of how your experience was. Those were only a few examples for a low quality hotel. If I could give 0 stars I wouldn’t .

At the beginning of the trip, we waited a long time at the reception and were about to leave the hotel, but when we received the room, the employee Ahmed welcomed us very much and did not delay in fulfilling the requests. The rooms were very tidy and clean. I thank the room arrangement department very much. It was a clear effort and good work. We will repeat the visit as soon as possible. Room 1301

Very good holidays and our housekeeper was Ahmed and he was very helpful, efficient and every day he made different statues with towels and pillows! Our room was 2212. We are satisfied.

1- It was all inclusive but there was not a variety of food, and if you come an hour after meal time (breakfast, lunch, dinner) you'd not find hot drinks nor food available and if you asked they'd say you should come earlier.
2- Animation team was not bad but at specific shows like miss hotel it would get unnecessarily inappropriate that they'd would ask random foreign guests to do "sexy poses" while there are children and decent people watching.
3- Rooms had very old furniture and the bathroom is broken that you would struggle to take a shower.
4- Be prepared to have a broken safe in your room that may not open, but they don't seem to care about it since the place is full of camera that would trace your steps which honestly felt kinda safe but it lacks the feeling of privacy, you would feel like you're always being watched in your Bikini by someone in the security room.
5- The reception may treat you well when checking in as they wanna give a good impression so you'd feel good spending your money, but they don't care about leaving a last impression as much and wouldn't be as friendly when you're checking out.
6- The beach is so rocky and pebbly the deeper you walk in, oh and be prepared to walk in in footwear cause you might get your feet cut, and it would take you about 10 mins walking till it starts getting deep, otherwise it never really reaches your knees.
7- The aqua was nice but the pool water was dirty and always had dirt and leaves sinking or floating.
8- The life guards are cool.
Feel free to book your nights if you're ok with the above.

Great place to spend vacation.
People in reception are very kind and must say that they understand customer needs. When we came here in the morning and they saw that we have disabled doughter they gave us room much earlier than they should. When we faced small issues they sloved them quickly. Animation team is also great, and specially Victoria which is also like us from Poland. We spend time here nicely, quite nice rooms. Maybe not the best, but clean, fresh and there is enough room for our needs. Food is fresh and tasty. Generally I'm satisfied and will think that to came back here some day. Little bit disappointed by beach and sea here, because for those who likes swimming in see, this is not best place.
We are still here and enjoying this place.

It is truly a perfect hotel. Every thing was good. The rooms and the staff. A comfortable stay and an amazing, powerful, energetic animation team which planed everything perfectly for us. Every day was full of different activities and experience. I enjoyed a happy week there and surely not the last.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the sea and a great pool. Theres a pretty big main pool with 3 sections. One for small kids that's very shallow, one part for bigger kids or anyone who just wants to relax in the water and a deeper part where you can swim. Food is pretty good. Not everything is amazing but a lot of it is very good. Some kf the best croissants I've ever had. The people and the animation team are probably the highlight. They bring a lot of life energy and good vibes to your day and evenings. The days are filled with fun activities such as dancing and parties on the beach and pool. Every evening there's a show that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Usually there's a part where someone performs and then a part where the audience is included.
We did have some issues with the rooms, leaking air conditioning, rooms not being cleaned and resupplied and it took a few days to get everything resolved but after getting a new room most things were being done as it should have been from the beginning. Overall a good hotel with easy access to the beach, some great food, fun activities and a good pool.

The hotel is very dirty.
It's doesn't deserve 5 stars, even one star is too much.
The beach is very far .
Even the stuff are not welcoming at all they don't smile not even a good morning good evening.
I'm very disappointed because Egyptian people are not like that.
The rooms omg very very very dirty, run away from this hotel
And if you speak Arabic don't come it's even worst ...
The drinks are very hot, no ice nothing at all Run away from this hotel
Everything is broke , the lockers are broke also

The entertainment in the hotel is perfect - animation team is lovely, friendly and you have fun all day long. The food is good and hotel over all is super clean. Room is also modern and cleaning man always cleaned the room it on top. Location is near to a interesting places and super cool parties.I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation or if you wanna go with friends. 😇
