There are many rooms, but not enough waiters

The room was very nice and big. It was only an hour away from the airport. It was very convenient to book a car in advance at the front desk. Very suitable for friends who want to live in New Cairo

It was okay but still needs improvement for the price they charging

I have traveled to several countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. In a poor country like Cairo, I am really surprised that there is such a high-end and cost-effective hotel. This hotel has cured me of all the travel fatigue for half a month and made my children happy. .I am happy. I feel like I am a princess 👸 being pampered. And I am really high-end and classy. The ceiling of Egypt.

Overall experience was rather good .. facilities are large and well equipped .. staff is very nice .. food quality is ok, but you would not expect gourmet food for such large quantities .. we took the shuttle bus to the beach located in the park hotel, but could not get towels .. we have not been informed that we should take towels with us .. not a big deal

Beautiful and clean environment

The hotel was good but it was very noisy and you couldn't easily find a spot by the pool as everything was always reserved. The restaurant was good and the room was great.

Inside the resort everything was perfect. No flaws. The trips we chose were also great. We had minor problems with the taxi White Shark from the hotel since we had to wait 30 minutes for it to come. (with 2 kids and at 23.30). All the rest was perfect!

We had a superb stay. The room was cleaned so well and our cleaner was so friendly. The restaurants were very well organised with a great range of food. It was lovely to book into the 2 restaurants for an alternative to the buffets. We felt safe, welcome and relaxed for our whole stay. Despite missing our flight and arriving 4 days late, TUI letting us down as they didn’t pass on our message to hold...

Pyramids Park Hotel is a very nice hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The swimming pool is amazing, the food is exceptional, and the room service is very good. The internet is fast and reliable, and the pool towels service is well organized. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel

The property is nice. But some rooms are not updated. So your experience can depend on whether you stay in an updated room or not. Also they need to take care of the rooms. Was there last week for vacation and one of the colleagues in our tour group found a rat in her room. So not ideal.

We loved everything about this resort! From the check-in, to the pool, to the room, to the restaurants! Everything was wonderful! I literally can't find a flaw with this hotel. Very safe! Don't hesitate to book! 👍

This hotel is just amazing! From the reception to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and security, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is perfect, the swimming pool is beautiful, and they respond to any request quickly and professionally. The only downside is the spa, the staff there are nice too, but the facilities really need improvement. The sauna was cold, and there wasn’t hot water...

I like the location of the hotel, opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum. The environment is beautiful. The room is much bigger than the one in the city center, and the bathroom is big and good. The breakfast is also good. The lobby is magnificent

The hotel is very beautiful, kind staff, responsive workers. We had a maid, Ahmed, a very kind guy, he did his job skillfully, we became friends with him, we liked everything, we hope to come back again!

The rooms are realy dated and need updating. The carpets in corridors are old and worn. But the staff were amazing and really looked after us especially mahmoud in the restaurant and the staff at the pool bar and the entertainment team!awesome job guys. Food was good at lunch and dinner they a few a la carte restaurants which were nice.

We had a great stay at this amazing resort. All the staff are more than great, the food is so delicious, the animation team is so entertaining, and the pool is very nice. My family and I had a great time. The only thing we are not happy about is that we only have two days left to stay. We really recommend using the golf cart because there are places very far from each other. Thank you so much.
