It was a bad experience. The hotel had bad services, the rooms were not clean, and the central air conditioner was broken and not working properly.

Very poor hotel, very bad service, very bad food with very bad taste, soft drinks served hot, no room service, very bad house keeping, elevators are always in maintenance, staff are doing every thing u can find staff serving food, then cleaning pools, then doing animation, nothing special, no air conditioning, no air conditioning, no air conditioning, neither in rooms nor in restaurants, they said that because of the weather although u can check any other hotel beside with less stars but every thing is working probebly

Finally this hotel didn't achieve to become 2 stars rating

This hotel tries to save money on everything. All inclusive meal plan is something different than in other hotels in Egypt. I would say all inclusive light. Breakfast + lunch + dinner + some drinks. There is only italian style food in poor quality and almost the same every day. The other restaurants are closed now. The staff is also in low budget. I could make what 10 local workers did in the same amount of time. Most of them try their best but they are unqualified. Undersea world is amaizing here, the next working hotel is far from here. This is why I chose this hotel.

We left the hotel room for the city at about 8:00 p.m. and returned at about 10:00 p.m.. the water was flowing a couple of rooms ahead, nobody is cleaning anywhere, the corridor was still flooded, unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the entire corridor..
All of our rags were flooded, all the adapters are a mess, her wallet, which was in the suitcase, was also flooded.
Darkness falls on the eyes.. WHERE ARE THE CLEANERS, JANICEMEN?!
I go to the reception and the man says to me, this is on the 6th floor, right?
Total disaster, YOU KNOW YOUR FLOOR IS FLOODED BUT YOU DON'T HAVE WATER CLEANERS DOWN YOU DIDN'T SHUT OFF THE WATER THEY WERE FLOWING FULLY NO ONE FIXED THE ISSUE?!
NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME TO TRY TO SOLVE ANYTHING!
Anyway, they have a universal card and could open the room and just pick up what's on the floor?!
The adapters were in the socket, and the cable was in the water, good thing there was no electric shock!

Everywhere you turn, you come across empty ears.. they offer a cleaning service for rags.. they change the room.. when I get to the room, the bed linen is brown from what?! Clean sheets?! And I should wash T-shirts in this dry cleaner (and I'm not bragging, I'm just saying), which are also of a higher price class.

None of this would have happened if they had changed my hotel, as I asked in the morning, or if they had at least called a man in the hotel to water his room!

The hotel was presented as better than average and the food average, we wanted to go to another hotel, but we were told that this one was better, so we immediately decided on this one without any prior inspection (I know my mistake)..and as I said before here realized the mistake and wanted to pay extra for a better hotel.

Most probably our worst holiday ever.
So dirty. No cleaning.
Our room was also dirty, gave some cash to the cleaner after it was okay. But bed sheets are so old and used, towels are grey and so dirty (even after washing).
There was no hot water sometimes. Our toilet was leaking, at the night one of us almost fell on the slippery floor.
The food was terrible. No meat, same food every day. After first night, I ended up in hospital and I was told I got infection. Diarrhea, fever and red rash all over my body ( I live in Egypt, I get used to with the food in here but the first night dinner killed me.)
If You wanna drink something you get it in a small plastic cup, you need to wait in line again to refill.
There is no water in the in the room. We had to go out and buy everything.
Room cards didn't work properly.
The staff are rude and unpolite, some of them are harassing. One of the cleaner came after me to the toilet and did something inappropriate... I complained it to the manager and I just hope he found him. I might have called the police but I was totally shocked.
Also it happened that we were talking and suddenly a staff who might heard the topic suddenly "joined" in the conversation...
AC doesn't work well.
The pool is dirty and the beach is untended.
Some positivity is the location. Sharks Bay is beautiful and the view is amazing. Perfect location for snorkel or dive.
And I would like to mention Mr Mohamed the General Manager who tried to help us but after all what happened we just didn't want to stay and slept somewhere else.

When we checked out the reception staff keep apologising but same time been so sarcastic which again gave us a bad feeling and also a good feeling to leave finally.
