The hotel is very big and the environment is not bad. Snorkeling is very comfortable. You can see fish, corals and jellyfish inside.
Snorkeling equipment can be rented, but it is recommended to bring your own.
It is very inconvenient to go out from the hotel. For example, if you want to go to the hotel next door for dinner, you can basically only walk by yourself. The shuttle bus is unreliable.
The service is hard to describe... We booked three rooms for three nights. Because the flight was on the third night, we entrusted Ctrip to negotiate with the hotel in advance for delayed check-out. The hotel responded that we could only pay one more night's room rate. So we paid one more day's room rate for one of the rooms, mainly to put the luggage in the afternoon, and we went out for dinner and drinks. Then when checking out, the front desk was confused. The two male and female managers said that your late check-out is not allowed by the hotel (you have paid an extra night's room rate, so it can only be considered an early check-out, okay?!); and then they said that there are so many people in one room (we just put the luggage in a room for a few hours and left at 7 pm, without staying overnight). After a long time, the attitude was very bad, lacking both patience and professionalism. Such a simple thing, the customer paid more and still couldn't figure it out...
The newly renovated room was very small, and the shower water was flooded, so I asked the staff to fix it.
