The food was outstanding, the swimming pool area was excellent, and every aspect of the service exceeded our expectations. I travelled from London with two friends, and we felt extremely well looked after throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt.

From the reception to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and security, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is perfect, the swimming pool is beautiful, and they respond to any request quickly and professionally.
The only downside is the spa, the staff there are nice too, but the facilities really need improvement. The sauna was cold, and there wasn’t hot water in the turkish bath or showers.
Other than that, everything was excellent! highly recommend staying here without hesitation
