Very comfortable stay good and convenient location near airport easy access and amazing facilities worth a visit

Good location, even though practically inside the airport, there's no airplane noise (or any other type). Extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed is amazing! Great service and the personnel are super friendly and accommodating to your needs.

Location is close to the airport and the shuttle service runs every 30min.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

I had an excellent experience at Sultan Bey Hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and I was able to get freshly squeezed orange juice (for a small extra charge). The breakfast is good, but the room is really small. The fitness equipment is very special. The hotel is in the center of El Gouna town, next to the beach and Chedi. The price-performance ratio is OK, but it is best to book in advance. The price was already 1,000 one day in advance. It would be better to add some more and stay in the main line with higher specifications.

Great adults only hotel in el Gouna. Relatively small hotel with pool and beach lagoon. Great food, plenty of choices for breakfast, different menu every night. They offer some games like table tennis, cards etc, small gym available (in the outside, too warm for us to train, but some people didn’t mind). The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of fresh fruits, and a barista making coffees. We joined lovely yoga classes on the jetty in the morning.

Location is very good and a lot of facilities around it, rooms are very clean, restaurant for breakfast is good . The only bad experience with me when I didn't find water in the room I called the reception and informed my request and they informed they will send water , but they didn't. Overall, it's ok for short staying periods.

The property is beautiful with a finesse of Egyptian art and culture. The food is great but this rating is poor just because of the behavior of reception staff. They don't understand that their tone of talking is rude. In hospitality sector, this is a sure shot deal breaker. I would rather stay at the Intercontinental which is near by.

Sadly I only stayed here for a night but we received really quick service. They asked to check our passports at the lobby. And then we identified our bags and were given the keycsrd to our room. We stayed in room 921 which had an amazing view, Ahmed, Nada and Mahmoud looked after us very much. Tharwat and Islam helped our luggage when ever we needed. The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast comes with hotel which had amazing food had a great time and the hotel was fairly cheap. Would recommend for everyone!

You can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and use all the excellent facilities including the swimming pool for free. Meals are also provided at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The dinner included in the room rate is delicious. The room is big enough, the sanitary conditions are good, and the swimming pool is right outside the Mediterranean Sea.

The location is very remote. We could check in at 8am, but the manager asked us to wait for two hours and charged us $20 before we checked in. We later complained to the lobby manager, who resolved the issue properly. He refunded us $20 and apologized verbally, but didn't do anything else to apologize. He also asked us to write a handwritten account of what happened.

The room is very nice, the hotel is very quiet, the beach is beautiful, there are not many recreational facilities, suitable for lying down. The meals included are very good, and the Chinese stomach also finds them delicious. We drove by ourselves, and there were checks in and out of the hotel. It is an hour's drive from the Matruh attractions.

The price was so affordable that I stayed for another night. The hotel's dinner was not a buffet but a menu. The taste was OK, but the portion was large. I was quite happy that there were no tourists in the off-season.

The setting is beautiful. Since we were traveling with children, they upgraded us to a suite, which was fantastic! The resort has a Mediterranean-style feel, with white houses set against the blue sea. It's stunning. The coastline is clean and beautiful, and we even encountered lionfish, jellyfish, and other small animals. The food wasn't great, but it was manageable.

It was our first time there. We were warmly welcomed by the reception with cold drinks, and a light late dinner had been prepared to accommodate our late arrival. The hotel has opened in 2024, and all facilities are so clean and modern! Although location is a little bit far from the pyramid, I’s say it’s one of the best hotels in Giza considering the price.

It has only been open for 4 months, so it was clean and well-equipped. It is a little far from the tourist sites in Giza, but you can enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The Japanese restaurant next door, recommended by the hotel, is rumored to be ranked number one among the delicious restaurants in Giza, and it was the best food I had in Egypt! Monte Carlo is an all inclusive. The room, pool, landscaping, and all of the facilities get an A+ for excellence . The food gets a B-. But that us not so bad, its still adequately good. It is difficult to provide high quality excellent food in an all inclusive environment where people are eating and wasting so much. The alcohol flows freely, but portions are small. I would order 2or3 drinks at once...

It is a very beautiful resort, and the best in Luxor. Enjoyed the spacious compound and view of the Valley of the King and Nile River from the hotel resort. I was here the last time 40 years ago...😊.. In this time only a cliff, rocks and sand. I was afraid to find only broken corals but surprise.. they still alive. Different standards of room with different type of pools and beaches make the place suitable for all kinds of wishes. The only negative point is ,like with mostly all hotels here in Sharm...there are no real local restaurants and other things...

At check in we didn't get given any information whatsoever about restaurants, alacartes or what we could and couldn't use. We were premium A/I it's not worth it. Don't pay for it.
