The staff are super friendly especially Mosaab, he helped us a lot and gave us a tour around the place and used to pick us up by the golf car. Food was average but the interior designs of some of the restaurants were super cool! The beach is great and the water is crystal clear. Pools are nice too. Overall location is very good and there are nice views plus the hotel is located in soho square which was also very nice. Rooms aren’t luxurious at all and the furniture seems a bit old though.

They were nice enough to upgrade our room as we were newlyweds. Our four-day stay was problem free which was all i could ask for. The overall vibe was nice and the hotel was pretty cozy.The staff were friendly and professional however i'd give the breakfast included a 1 lol, the food was not fresh and kinda smelled funny

I was there for 4 nights the hotel was perfect the recption and the food area Mina, Rasha and all the staff was very helpfull and kind and they smile all the time, the room very clean and beautiful, there is so many kind of food, the breakfast was great lunch and dinner also, its away from airport about 8mins, and the hotel is 1min away from soho square, the pool was clean and the drinka there are good, for sure we will visit sierra hotel second 3rd and so many times.

Disappointed with the Hotel's Lack of Accountability
My brother recently stayed at Savoy Hotel, in room 3110, and unfortunately, his experience was marred by an incident that left him feeling disappointed and frustrated. This incident happened today, 29 of January 2024. During his stay, he discovered that an amount of money was missing from his room. Before going to breakfast he counted his money and left at 9 AM and when he came back around 10 AM and started to pack for leaving, he counted again and unfortunately an amount of money was missing. What compounded his disappointment was the fact that no one from the hotel staff reached out to him regarding this matter.
While we understand that incidents can happen, it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of their guests' belongings.
As a guest, we expect a certain level of accountability and transparency from the hotel when such incidents occur. It is essential for the hotel to promptly investigate and address any issues related to theft or missing belongings. Unfortunately, this did not happen in his case.
We would like to emphasize that the overall service and amenities provided by the hotel were satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout his stay. However, the lack of communication and follow-up regarding the missing money leaves this situation with a sense of unease and uncertainty about the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and security.
I hope that the management of Savoy hotel takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

It is one of the best hotels that you will ever stay in.
It was so spacious and beautifully decorated and designed. There are lots of pools and only a stone throw away from its very own beach.
Food options are excellent, too. Very peaceful and quiet location.
Highly recommended. Will not disappoint.
Soho Square, a 5 minute walk away, caters to almost ALL your needs!

This hotel is in a perfect location, the private beach is very convenient. The lifeguard ayad was very helpful, he put the towels out on the bench and cleaned our sunglasses for us. Excellent customer service and we felt very welcome with our stay. 10/10

Such a memorable experience if I could give you 10 stars I would. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful but in the same time professional. Our housekeeper made our stay very special thank you ( taher ) the hotel is a 5 star service with a beautiful view beautiful seaside beautiful swimming pools and wonderful food. We stayed in room 1121 with such a beautiful sea view. I was amazed of the cleanliness. Is very close to soho square. I definitely recommend and I will be back one day!!

Excellent facility, cleanliness and location. The room was excellent, and kept fresh and clean.
Odd hours throughout our stay, as all beach access and pools closed in the late afternoon, along with all poolside restaurants. The best part of the facility is the oceanfront and view, but it was often closed. We arrived at 5PM to find everything closed and had to leave the resort to find food.
Food and drinks were ok, but not great.

Where do I start, it was one of the best holiday we had . The most important thing was it was spotless and very clean. The people made our holiday twice as nice, especially our housekeeping Mr. Kirollos who was exceptional 👏 . He made sure everything was perfect, can't thank him enough. Also people in the Tirana restaurant was very helpful and very attending. Many thanks to Mr. Shenouda ( sorry if I misspelled) and all the others they were all perfect. In the towel section Mr. Hassan and all others was brilliant. In the bar and snacks section Mr. Mahmood , Mr. Peter, Mr. Hany , Mr. Ahmed and all the others I can't remember their name all brilliant THANK YOU. Not forgetting reception staff and everybody who made our holiday unforgettable. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Thank you again. Would I come back here again, most definitely. Ersin
