The team is perfectly trained: they are always present and ready to help, but never intrusive. A special thank you goes to the young lady with glasses at the front desk for her incredible efficiency and kindness, and to Moustafà from the housekeeping team for the impeccable cleanliness of our room.
We had a small issue with noise from some neighbors during the night, and I was deeply impressed by how the hotel handled it. They immediately sent security to assist and even offered us a room change. Their responsiveness turned a potential frustration into a showcase of great management.
This is a place where you truly feel cared for. If you are looking for a luxury experience where the quality of the people makes the difference, this is it. We can't wait to return!
They don’t have the spa in the hotel but collaborates with a spa from Cascade hotel.
The only minor downside was that our room felt a bit outdated – a renovation would definitely bring it up to the level of the rest of the hotel.
But everything else more than made up for it! The beach is beautiful, and the snorkelling opportunities are simply amazing. The buffet selection at both breakfast and dinner was outstanding – so much variety and everything was delicious. The meals were truly amazing, with a huge variety of steaks, fish, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and more – there was something for everyone.
The real highlight, though, was the staff. Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Amr, Ahmed, and Diaa – they truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The room service guy is very nice and comes whenever you call. He greets you warmly every time he passes by. The sand on the private beach is relatively fine. If you want to go to the pier, there are free shuttle buses all day, but I think the hotel's private beach is beautiful enough.
The hotel restaurant service staff is very bad. They treat white people and Chinese differently. My husband was not allowed to enter the restaurant because he was wearing slippers. The restaurant manager emphasized the dress code to me. Of course I knew it, but when two other white people entered on the same day, all the staff and managers pretended not to see it. It was really bad!
