We would especially like to mention Hassan, whose warm personality, dedication, and helpfulness made our holiday truly special. He always greeted us with a smile and was there for us in every situation

The room is not too big, there is no bathtub, the air conditioner is noisy, but everything else is OK. The all-inclusive meal is convenient, mainly beef and chicken, not particularly rich, but enough to eat

We visited your hotel in Hurghada last year and had such a wonderful stay that we booked it again for this year. We would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional hospitality

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming

We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on

The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful

Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty! Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation

The Indian restaurant we reserved, located by the sea, had acceptable flavors, but you'd need to translate the menu yourself. Regarding the BBQ, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it

The hotel grounds are expansive, with various room types designed differently; those closer to the sea are generally newer

I stayed in a pool room, and the mini-bar had a good selection of soft drinks, plus three large bottles of mineral water

After a stay of 14 days with a group in this great place I am definately coming back with my husband and daughters! Many thanks to the lovely Rovena from the reception, the always friendly people from the restaurant, swimming pool, spa, gardeners and not to forget, the man who took care of our rooms every day

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was efficient and smooth. The facilities were good, and everything worked as expected, making it a reliable choice for our overnight stay

Beautiful resort, located on a small island just outside Luxor. We had a family room, which were two interconnect rooms. 3 pools, of which one is (slightly) heated

We loved spending time there, and the pool staff was always attentive, professional and happy to accommodate any request. We also tried the laundry service which was excellent, fast and very convenient

A special mention to Abdu, who works at the spa and is genuinely friendly and great at what he does. The staff working around the pool was also lovely and added so much to the overall atmosphere

We were there in winter, the unheated pools are too cold to swim then. Small things for improvements. Bathrooms slightly outdated and needs some small fixes

I give this hotel 5 stars! The service, staff and everything was beyond what I expected! All the staff do their best and more! The only thing that I recommend them to improve is the food in the restaurant, it could be better and have much more variety than what’s presented

My mother has allergies, and the team took special care to prepare meals just for her. My grandmother has difficulty walking, and they kindly offered to drive her directly to and from the beach

I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean

Whether you are by the pool, In a restaurant, in the lobby, at the beach or in your room, they’re so unbelievably helpful

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

The facilities were fantastic and our kids (aged 14 and 12) really enjoyed the aqua park, pools and the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel x

We have visited this hotel a few times, we ended up checking out a couple of days early as we both had sickness and upset stomach the whole time we was there just as we thought it was getting better every time we would eat something we were running for the toilet to be sick or need the toilet, the food is the same everyday, the eggs are raw was at breakfast, sun beds on the beach was a big issue not...

We had a wonderful holiday with a blip in the middle when my fiancee was being violently sick all night and which destroyed the next day too after eating at the Italian and the pool snack bar

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! We absolutely loved this hotel. Everything about it was fantastic. Lovely interior, air conditioning was super. Lots of pools-none of which get too busy. Adults pool and adults lunch restaurant as well

Beach over the path which doesn’t get too busy either. Snorkelling easy even in shallow water. They are so friendly and welcoming and provide a 5 star service

Mahmoud in the pool bar was brilliant as were all the staff in the infinity restaurant- so attentive. We booked some trips with Ali Hi-Hi. Quad biking; and private boat trip for snorkelling

Staff also in each place (bars, restaurants and pool have the main target of elevate your experience. The rooms are spacious and have great view, have all what you need and even more

Just back from a great holiday at the Baron Palace. The hotel grounds are a beautifully maintained green oasis in the desert next to the Red Sea. The buildings are very well maintained and constantly cleaned and polished

Hello, We had the opportunity to stay for 15 days at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park Hurghada. Coming here as a family, I can say with all my sincerity that everything was wonderful

And a huge shoutout to Chef Karima for her delicious fatayers! Not to mention the animation team, who created such a great atmosphere and made our stay even more fun

The entertainment team members were really kind and very positive and the activities we did were great. I mostly liked aqua gym, yoga, stretching and the foam party

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

Pool side was great and the beach area too! Ahmed the poolside Bartender was very nice and brilliant at his job

The rooms were also very clean and cleaned everyday. Food was great and with many many options to chose from (lunch and dinner were different everyday)

They also have other stuff like a diving centre, parasailing, massages and safari tours (you need to pay extra for these)

Overall we had a great stay, even extended with an extra day and I would definitely come back in the future!

I would say the only downside is that it doesn’t have many entertainment options

What a wonderful experience, the place looks like heaven, first line hotel, very comfortable place to swim in the sea, also trying diving and of course snorkeling. Beautiful corals 🪸 at hotel place and nice nature

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

The food was good and diverse. There are some delicious snacks However, The beach is very good to be honest but the staff's style is not upscale on the beach and the bar

By far one of the greatest hotels i've been to, And this comes from someone who spent well over 12 years going to different hotels around the world. The staff is welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are well put together

There are several pools on the premises, including two heated pools, which is a great bonus. The animation team is friendly, energetic, and genuinely entertaining

Hotel has ample activties for the whole family. Entertainment staff were freindly, especially Merekl. Room staff Wael Mahdy , went out of his way leaving a special towel design everyday and was very friendly

The hotel is great, very large in area with many pools, aquapark and various entertainment. It is very suitable for families with children. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the food is varied and delicious

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

Definitely recommend! We had an amazing holiday here! Would return! Beach, 2 pools, water slides just across to the hotel next door, swim up bar, plenty of food and drink options, gym and running track too! The beach had the most amazing sunrise and sunset spots!

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around

Our family really enjoyed the Asian food at Chop Sticks. The manager there is super friendly, and the Chicken Tandoori made by Chef Alaa is absolutely delicious

The pool is huge — one of the biggest we’ve seen — and there’s a separate jacuzzi pool with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Overall, the staff go out of their way to help with anything
