Consists of a main 5-storey building and two buildings (3-5 floors).

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized...you need no worries about food...the thing that I did not like is the room service ... sheets were not changed until I asked... nor the water bottles ... trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out... little things but it does matter ... though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again ... the aqua park for kids were so amazing and vary in types even adults joined the kids...

Sunrise-Aqua Joy is the name of this Hotel.
It met most of our needs. We did all inclusive, which I think is the only option here. The food was ok, not exactly mind blowing,but could have been worse. Our room along with the rest of the hotel had a basic run down vibe. The location of the hotel didn't matter to us too much. It was extremely close to the airport which was nice , but packed a nice sandy beach with direct ocean access. There was only a very small bay to play and splash in. If you are looking for long walks on the beach this is not the place for you!

Robbed. literally. as in entered-room-safe-open-didn't-find-money-robbed. went to complain to hotel management (room security were already striking problems with us) they told us it was our fault for leaving the money there.
all inclusive isn't really inclusive. breakfast consists of yeasted fry bread, bad mashed sausage and spoiled milk. and pepsi. lunch consists of dry chickens and mashed potato. all bad quality and with weird things/dirt on them. workers downright rude, creepy, and/or prying too much into personal lives. My friends heard a worker catcall a tourist under his breath.
prices are ridiculous. the only thing that was good was the unlimited Pepsi. aqua park is bad (except the pools. they were fairly good) and people were swarmed over the slides. wave pool is dollar-store quality.
kofta was good though. but not good enough to make me enjoy the place. I would give it 1.5 if I could (some of the workers were good and uncreepy)

The hotel staff really doesn't care about their guests. They were doing very loud construction work 10 meters from my room at 1:40am. I called to complain, they said it would stop. It didn't, so I made a video with the very loud construction work. Unfortunately I can't seem to post videos, just the photo I took at almost 2am when I had to go to the front desk to complain and no one was there. Finally someone appeared and said it would end soon. It finally did, but what kind of logic would be in someone's mind to do construction work at almost 2am. Then my mother forgot my hat in her room when we checked out of the hotel. I called the next day and they said they didn't have it. Of course it was in the room, the cleaning staff stole the hat. It was so early in the morning when we checked out and my mother remembers forgetting the hat in the room. If you have a choice stay somewhere else!!! Stay at a place where their is logic and honest workers.
