Amazing hotel, amazing setting, great staff.
We had a wonderful holiday with a blip in the middle when my fiancee was being violently sick all night and which destroyed the next day too after eating at the Italian and the pool snack bar. But other than that it was very good. Our room was a lovely family room ideal for us and our nearly 2 year old daughter.

Lovely hotel, amazing service in all of the restaurants, in particular the Italian restaurant - Ahmed, our waiter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The facilities were fantastic and our kids (aged 14 and 12) really enjoyed the aqua park, pools and the beach.

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! We’ve had a great time relaxing and would recommend it to anyone who wants a week chill and get away!

Amazing stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic location. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great staff, great place to be, and over accommodating for children. Kids club was the best the kids have been too. Rooms were great for families and always clean. Hotel always clean and no complaints. Food is good too. Only thing to say is the kids disco is 830pm, during the winter months when sunset is earlier,this is too late for the kids. But, all in all it is great! We will be back same time next year

I will start just by saying that most reviews are positive because the animation crew literally comes and begs for you to leave a good review.
When I arrived , the room had a bad small , many stains , very bad cleaning. On my third day one of the janitors evens stole a pack of cigarettes and still had the audacity to request another pack as a tip. Everyone working here expect tips for even the smallest thing they do. People working here are also annoying just because they come to you wherever you are and try to sell you bad and overpriced services , photos or souvenirs, and they insist on it , you won't have 10 minutes of relax because they ll keep bothering you, even interrupt any chat you have with your family/friends , they don't get the meaning of the word "no". Also the food is good only when you re starving, you only have 3 time windows when you can eat , otherwise no food for anyone, my whole family ,my friends and myself we have complaints for the food. There are so many better resorts for the same price or even lower than this one.

Regarding the location of the hotel is good. The room with a pool view was excellent. The staff were all kind. What i did not like is the hotel is very crowded because people from Sunrise Mamlouk come to use the Aqua. So during aqua time the hotel is very crowded.
Another point i did not like is that the hotel send some staff members from animation that asks you about your opinion on the hotel then you say its good then he asks you to open google maps to give 5 stars and he even ask you that he can type the review on your behalf. So this is like faking the reviews which i did not like.
I had another incident with the hotel doctor. My daughter fall down and got injured. The doctor came very quickly and recommended us to go to a hospital. He had horrible communication skills as he kept saying to my wife do not yell she is already fallen down in the way like "shut up"
I did an official compliant against him and the hotel manger said she will take serious actions with him.
Other than this was great like the food and everything.

Stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, staff were very polite. The room service was excellent and always clean and tidy, new bed art everyday which was fabulous. The pool staff were very helpful and friendly with my daughter. Animation team were excellent my daughter loved going to kids club and mini disco, Oliwia from the animation team is so lovely always came to check on us and had a lovely conversation.
