This hotel/resort is nothing special. The all inclusive option is a joke. The food is bland, the drinks that come with the all inclusive option are bad, the beds and pillows feel like stones. The best part was the staff around the resort - the room attendant, food service, pool service. And don’t go to the spa. I paid $70 for a 50 minute massage and a nutritional face mask. The card machine wasn’t working, so I didn’t get to go back until 15 minutes into the appointment. Guess who got to pay for that, me. I only got a 35 minute massage and lotion rubbed into my face.

The suite has old furniture, and most of the time, no hot water and the safe were not working, I had to request someone to cone and fix it and it took them almost a half an hour to figure out why it's not working.
Additionally, there was a LOT of mosquitoes inside once we checked in.
There were not a lot of animation programs during the day and one show at night.
The buffet has the same food every day. And I didn't like the fact there were a lot of people picking up the food with their hands instead of using the tongs. Makes me don't want even to try most of the food.
Finally, for the all-inclusive price, it was way expensive for the quality and the same food every day.
Unfortunately, it was too late when I found out about SUNRISE THE NEXT DOOR RESORT is a much nicer resort and was cheaper.

It is such an awesome place! The servants are really nice and talkative the same as the Animations they are also really good at including everyone in what they’re doing. The beds are really nice and the rooms are perfectly clean and the stuff you can buy have a fair price. To the more negative the pool are clean and all but really cold and the food is kinda tiring cause it’s almost the same everyday a little more seasoning on the food and maybe have some culture food days like Monday could be Asian food or something like that and warmer water would be recommended but overall I won’t complain it was SO nice! See yall next year

The entertainment team was amazing. all of them are really great people! Putting on shows every night and activities in the days which we did most of, even if it meant we had to do club dance 5 times a day!
Specifically in the entertainment team I’d like to say thank you to Soli! He was an absolute highlight of the trip! From day 1 he was more like a friend than a worker and that was great for us to make sure we got involved in everything we wanted to do. Even outside of work/ the hotel taking us to a club in the night, looking after us whilst we were there and booking us a taxi back when we were ready to go to make sure we got to the hotel safe.
Gluten free options were very good. The food on a whole was good, pretty consistent offering through the whole week. Slight variations each day. but a great surprise was that 80% of the buffet was gluten free I’m not sure if they use a different grain in Egypt or if they’re just that committed to allergens but it seemed like everything they made in the hotel was gluten free besides bread and pasta.
Our housekeeper was amazing he would bring us as many fresh bottles of water we asked for which is great if you want to explore the surroundings but don’t trust tap water outside the hotel.
All in all an amazing trip with some awesome staff.

We came last night with family of 5 people. We had a great time with animation team! Very fun and lots of activities. The pool area is busy with people and activities and music. The staff is very friendly, room very big and clean. Everyone goes the extra mile. Special thanks to memo from animation team who made our stay very pleasant!

Absolute worst place ever. Let’s start with the food bar near the lobby.
Half of my family orders food 30 minutes before I arrive, once I arrived no food has yet came. 15 minutes after that happens their food comes out. We ask for ranch and the lady says 5 minutes. I’m going to save time in this review so I’m just going to tell you from here it never came out. So once I arrive and my cousins we ordered. Now we are getting scared that they forgot our food because we have been waiting for over an hour. The lady keeps saying 5 minutes and every time she’s not right. Anyway ima fast forward 35 minutes and now we are debating asking for a refund since we have to leave in 45 minutes because we paid for a driver to come and bring us to this buggy driving place in the desert. We decided we are gonna wait 5 minutes before we ask for a refund. 7 minutes go by and one pizza comes out with our 2 sides of fries. Still no Cajun wrap and Alfredo pasta. 6 more minutes go by and at this point we are staring to argue with the workers especially since we are going to be late. 5 minutes after that my Cajun wrap comes out. Also my family before ordered the same pizza and the one that my cousin got was extremely smaller and I took a photo of it also. So anyway 10 minutes later the pasta comes out. This is where it gets worse, we have around 15 minutes before we have to leave and it’s the WRONG pasta. 🤦♂️. We tell them and at this point we are really arguing since they don’t want to give a refund or a free pasta tomorrow. Finally they settle to a pasta tomorrow and now that this happens yesterday for us we got our pasta today it and it 45 minutes. If your still reading it from here I really recommend to never come and also the beach is terrible for swimming and only good for snorkeling. The pool in the back is fine but super shallow.

Food and beverages, pool, staff and management are exceptional.
Only drawback is long walk to beach. There is a shuttle bus that comes every 30 minutes. It’s a great hotel for families with young children who would enjoy pool and slides more than beach and diving, etc. Special thanks to hotel food and bev manager Mr William, for going above and beyond!

We spent almost 15 days in this beautiful hotel and I can only say that I am very grateful since the quality and hospitality is excellent at a really good price. They made our anniversary very special as they decorated our table with flowers and candles every night for dinner.
So far the best all-inclusive hotel we have visited in Egypt.

The hotel is more than excellent and close to the airport. The hotel staff and chefs are very cheerful and helpful. They are good and love their work. The food is excellent. The bar is excellent. The service is excellent, but the animation was not as good as last year.

A wonderful, huge hotel in close proximity to the airport. The hotel is divided into two parts and there is a bus to take you from one to the other. One area with swimming pools, the second with access to the sea. The food at the hotel is amazing. A wide variety of breakfasts for every taste and this also says a lot about the hotel. There is children's animation, a children's room, and adult animation greets us every evening with different thematic stands, which adds brightness to the hotel. But don’t think that you will be bored in the morning, the animation will not allow this to happen. For a great active holiday, definitely come to this hotel!
