The worst hotel experience in my life.. food is horrible and staff is aggressive hotel rooms are way below average never coming back or recommending👎🏼

Also the visitors they take salad with their hands! As there were no spoons!!

The hotel owner and Exim Tour / Dertouristik say it is a 5 star hotel. In reality only on the pictures. It is no more than two star hostel. The room is full of dust, blood marks on walls, mosquitos squashed everywhere, security trezor does not work. I reported that 4 times to the reception and once via my delegate. In all cases we were sent back to the room to wait for someone to come and fix it in 5-10 minutes. We waited, but nobody came. When reporting the same issue again, the receptionist pretended to speak with someone by dialling a number with the phone down. I had enough of that theatre. I do not blame the staff, as they were trained this way, although they should tell us the truth. The mattresses are way after their life, making sleeping uncomfortable. Do not worry about the loud music coming from downstairs every night, because the old aircon full of dust is much louder. Reading previous reviews I was worried of food poisoning and diarrhea, but it was not so bad. Only breakfast selection was poor, as there were no oats nor cereals. I found once sour milk and smelly chicken meat (which could have been caused by the way the chickens were kept. I can not tell if it was old. We rather did not eat it) Apart from that we were ok. I believe the restaurant for foreigners was at extra charge in the past, but that is just my assumption from reading previous reviews. In general, I can not recommend the place due to the bad state of the rooms and long queues in the aquapark. What is the point of paying extra for a place with aquaparks, where you spend most time waiting? The majority of the guests are locals and russians. Most of the showers in the pool area are not working, so people wash off their feets with sand in the pools. The pool bar along with the toilets are disgusting. I saw the cleaner sweeping the floor and then with the same floor-broom he swept food away from tables and laughed at me. He didn’t care about people watching him, so I even videoed him doing it. The internet in lobby area is terribly slow. No good for uploading short videos or even making a video call. The gym is the same as the rooms, covered with dust and most things are broken. Nobody cares about health and safety as the smoke detectors everywhere including the restaurant are not working! The elevators are dangerous. I liked all members of the staff apart from the liars at the reception. I still wonder how can they get away with selling this in Europe as a ***** Hotel?

The worst service ever. The food is nasty 5 of us all got sick and went to their doctor and asked us for 4000 pounds to treat us. Also asked them for shampoo everyday and never brought anything. Dirty sheets non working faucets in the bathrooms. Very rude people at the reception no smiles no greeting. Asked them to turn the ac on they said it’s on while over 40 people are sweating and asking them to turn the air condition Also while we got here they asked us to pay extra 500 pounds extra because they said the rooms we reserved were not available. The only good thing in this place is the water slides even though all the tubes are patched. Also they treat local visitors differently. And will charge foreign visitors more than triple the regular price for hotel and all extra services
