The location and the hotel are amazing. Facilities are good and staff are very attentive. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food which is very poor for the size of the hotel plus the number of restaurants it has. Very poor choices and low quality food. Chicken was served raw and undercooked had to complain which they brought us out a new fully cooked chicken but left the raw meat for others to have. Very limited choices of food and many days we struggled to get anything suitable. The hotel really is a 3 star if that when it comes to food. The red band is great addition to the stay and is a must as the sales people selling things is constant. These ref bands tell the sales people that you don’t want to be harassed but still some sales people ignore that and do still try. The pool is very cold when it comes to October they say it’s heated but it’s definitely not. Entertainment was made up of getting the audience to do stuff and was very low budget. It appears that hotel management try to do things on a shoe string budget so with the entertainment and food it is very poor which is ashame as the hotel is amazing apart from that.

Lovely beach and promenada. It's a hotel for family with kids, the beach is with sand and the water is clear and no stones. The rooms are clean, but with modest furniture, the service will come daily to clean the room and bring the bottle of water. The entire resort is big and a mature garden with 🌴, is lovely to walk around. They have 2 main restaurants (1 near to reception and the other one on the beach), and 3 restaurants a la carte (Arabian, Italian and French) and 1 Mexican and 1 Sea food (for those 2 you should pay). The entientertainment team is really good, they have activities starting with 10 in the morning until 10 in the night.

This was my third trip to Egypt, and it was by far the best experience I've had at a hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the gardens were lovely, the food was great, and the beach was large and beautiful. My family and me really enjoyed meeting and talking to all the staff there. From the gardeners and bartenders to the animators and beach workers, they're all really friendly and hardworking people, and they're a big part of the reason why we enjoyed our stay here. If you’re planning a visit to Egypt, I highly recommend this hotel!

I would like to share with you our experience with this hotel. When we arrived everything was fine. After we checked in we went to the room that was relatively nice and clean.We noticed that mirror had a minor crack in the corner ( not a big deal and definitely nothing we were concerned about). We enjoyed our vacation and had a great time diving, snorkeling and other activities on the beach although the food was more then average and was big disappointment. We checked out week later at 2am and got in the bus with other people and went to the airport. All of the sudden after few minutes of driving the bus turned and went back to the hotel. Nobody knew what was going on.When we arrived back to the hotel they told me that i have to go to the reception. We had no clue whats going on so i went there and they told me that i broke the mirror and have to pay 35 euro for it. I said no i did not. We went back and forth and after few minutes i decided to give them that money just because of the people in the bus who waited. The guy on the reception was very arrogant and had no experience how to communicate like a professional. I dont care about 35 euros but we just felt huge unfairness therefore i decided to write this review. Lesson learned. 1) Always check your room and tell the staff all damages as soon as possible and hope that they will not accuse you for it. 2) We will never go to this place again although the sea was amazing as well as the surrounding gardens and some members of the staff.

Very nice hotel, with lots of vegetation, well maintained. We stayed in executive room, which was great, but be aware that the hotel next to this one was very loud in the evening. Animation team was awesome, fun throughout day and evenings. The only downside of the hotel is the food. We visited Albatros Citadel and Titanic Royal, and food was way under this level. Breakfast is always the same, and not much variety in the lunch and dinner offerings. Overall, a pleasant experience

After 14 years of coming to Egypt and staying in many hotels, this one is average. What sets it apart are the excellent sunshades and a beautiful beach. The rest is disappointing. Crowds and waiting for everything: meals, a free table, juices, etc. Limited choices and poor quality of food and drinks.
It's good for children because it has interesting evening entertainment that they enjoy, making the hotel primarily suitable for families with kids.

It was surprisingly a great experience. The client service in general was very good, expect when you ask a service from the rooms. The entertainment for adults and kids was very good during all day. There is also inside many shops, pharmacy and a small clinic.

### Hotel Review: Caribbean Hotel Hurghada/Safaga
This is my fourth visit to Egypt, and I have a clear understanding of the level of service to expect. Unfortunately, Caribbean Hotel Hurghada/Safaga has provided the lowest service so far, and I would not recommend it.
**Food:** The food is very bad. Expect long lines for everything, taking at least 10 minutes to get something to eat, and if the food is good, it takes longer and is in limited quantity. Pastries look like they are from a few days ago, and even the donuts are not fresh.
**Drinks:** If you're lucky, you might get a proper 400 ml glass, but you're more likely to receive a 200 ml glass or even an espresso cup.
**Entertainment:** The entertainment is very basic. If you see a schedule announcing a fire show on the beach, don't bother—it's from last week.
**Snacks and Ice Cream:** Snacks and ice cream are available only between 3 and 5 pm, presumably to keep costs low. There are no snacks available between breakfast and lunch or between 5 and 7 pm.
**Aqua Park:** The aqua park has three slides, operating from 10 to 12 and 15 to 17.
**Towels:** Your towels could get lost, and you'll have to pay for them.
**Room Cleaning:** Rooms are cleaned only if there aren't too many rooms to prepare for check-in. They come to clean them around 3-4 pm.
Bottom line, this hotel is not terrible but not good. You can most likely find something better. I rate it 2 out of 5.p

To be honest I don’t get what’s the hype about that hotel, seriously one of the worst experiences ever, it’s my second visit to this hotel. The first time was in summer 2023, I mean it was okay but the service and quality weren’t the best. My second visit was in summer 2024, I went with my parents and both my brothers, we paid over 60k Egyptian pounds for 4 nights and ( it was way more cheaper last year). First of all the service was horrible like if u order a glass of water to ur room it would literally take 45 mins to arrive, second of all the food, it was nasty and tasted very bad, both of my brothers ate in the Asian restaurant and got food poisoning after. The clinic is very horrible in this resort and they barely know anything about their job, so we basically paid 65k for us to get food poising and barely being able to leave the room from how sick my family was. I don’t recommend this resort at all the only good thing is the beach

In general I’m satisfied and see huge potential in the hotel. It needs a bit of renovating and focus on the details and it would be amazing.
The beach is awesome with huge sun shades, nice sand on beach and in water. The complex is pretty big so you won’t get bored for sure.
