We had a lovely stay and created great memories as a family. The aqua park was fantastic, our kids had so much fun, and the buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. The resort atmosphere was lively and relaxing.
A special thank you to Ahmed Omar from guest services, who was very kind and helpful when we had an issue with our rooms on arrival. We had booked two connecting rooms with a pool view, but were first given separate rooms. Ahmed handled the situation professionally and found us connecting rooms—although not with the pool view and a bit far from the main area. Still, his support made us feel heard and taken care of.
Also, Ramadan from housekeeping deserves recognition. He kept our room perfectly clean every day and was always polite and respectful.
Although check-in could be more organized, the staff truly made a difference. We left with positive feelings and would definitely consider coming back.
The hotel is ideally located right on the seafront, offering stunning views and direct beach access. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay — several restaurants, a well-equipped gym, and a luxurious spa.
The staff were truly outstanding: always kind, attentive, and eager to make sure we had the best experience possible. A perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
First of all, the hotel is not big, the room is very small, even if you book a sea view room, you can only see a little bit of the sea, the beach of the hotel is also very small, and the overall facilities are relatively old, which can be tolerated.
There are almost no Asians in the hotel, all of them are Europeans with their families. The restaurants here are not very delicious. The freshly fried potatoes and fried chicken are OK, and they also have the longest queues.
The most feared thing is the hotel service. When we checked in, it was exactly two o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk was very arrogant. It took a long time, and no one took the initiative to tell us the room address. Finally, we asked a waiter for directions. We dragged our luggage and got on the elevator in a very embarrassed manner. Only then did we see the waiter carrying the white man's suitcase and leading the way.
The waiters in the restaurant were very attentive to pour wine for the white people. When we sat down, no waiter came to ask us what we wanted to drink.
The funniest thing is that when checking out, every guest was invited to fill out a satisfaction form. I truthfully filled out that I was not satisfied, and a few waiters saw it. They scolded me in front of them. One man even made a sound like "eh". We were sitting in the lobby waiting for the bus and could feel that they were discussing this matter. After a while, a man who looked like a manager came over and asked me if I was dissatisfied. He insisted that I list the specific things I was dissatisfied with. I told him directly, and he said that they were like this to every customer. I could only laugh.
