A beautiful green well-groomed territory. Is divided into 2 zones: the “Fayrouz" - around the pool and Coral with sea view. The hotel has a nice beach and beautiful coral reef. Recommend for lovers of diving and snorkeling, as well as for youth and families.

Located 10 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 5 km from Naama Bay, 10 km from the Old town, on the beach.
Consists of a main 3-storey building and a complex of 2-storey buildings.
The hotel has 598 rooms. There are rooms for disabled (standard room) and connected rooms.
Total area: 140 000 m2.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, near the corals, pontoon (50 m), the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach – 250 m.

A wonderful view, A wonderful service
The animation team is really good and a hardworking except the team leader Ahmed and the fluffy girl Fatma.
There was a problem with our kids in kids club.
The sea is amazing for swimming. We enjoyed diving and seeing the beautiful corals and the colorful, amazing fishes . It has an outstanding aqua-park and multiple swimming pools.
The open buffet was delicious. Special thanks to the best chiefs, Mohamed Hamoda and Abdulaziz Awath. It's worth spending your vacation there.

Especially many thanks for the animation team! They was very kind and positive! I think that the vacation was great because of them! Emad did a lot of interesting evening activities every day, we had a lot of fun! Thank you very much for that!

Good food, beaches and the coral is especially stunning. It even has an infinity pool.
First and foremost, the room cleaning was very bad. Upon arrival, I noticed several cleanliness issues, such as dusty surfaces and uncleaned floors. It was clear that proper attention to detail was lacking, and this greatly affected my comfort during my stay.
Moreover, the internet connection in the hotel was extremely slow. As a traveler in the digital age, having reliable and fast internet access is essential for various purposes, but unfortunately, this was not the case at Continental Plaza Beach Resort.
The attitude of the hotel personnel was another major disappointment. Throughout my stay, I encountered rudeness and unprofessional behavior from some staff members, which left a negative impression on me.
The condition of the restrooms was also unsatisfactory. The water came out from the ceiling from the condition they appeared poorly maintained and lacked proper hygiene, which was unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be a reputable resort.
Adding to the list of grievances, the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. This made my stay uncomfortable, especially during hot days, as the room remained uncomfortably warm.
Additionally, the rooms themselves appeared dated and in need of renovation. Outdated furnishings and fixtures did not match the expectations of a resort that markets itself as a premium destination. The accessories for the roome like tissus , pen , papers , Menu . Not available.
The early closure of the pools was another letdown. Many guests, including myself, look forward to relaxing in the pool after a long day of activities, but the pools closed before 6 pm, limiting our opportunities to enjoy this amenity fully.
In conclusion, my experience at the Continental Plaza Beach Resort was far from satisfactory. The issues with room cleaning, slow internet, rude personnel, poor restrooms, malfunctioning AC, dated rooms, early pool closures, and the use of plastic cups for drinks left a lasting negative impression. I hope that by sharing this feedback, the hotel management can take the necessary steps to address these problems and improve the overall guest experience for future visitors.
As travelers, we deserve to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I hope my feedback helps others in making more informed decisions when choosing their accommodation.
