Large live green lawn, decorated with over 2000 palm trees and lots of flowers that cascades down to the sea. Personifies comfort and luxury. Location: 7 km from Naama Bay, 8 km from the airport and 17 km from the Old goroda Bay of sharks Bay on the beach.
Consists of a base of the main building (only reception) and a complex 2-,4-,5-, 6 -storey buildings.
The hotel has 517 rooms and 9 Villas. The hotel has rooms for disabled people (building 6), non-Smoking rooms and connected rooms.
Total area: 125,000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, 2 pontoon, the first coastal line. There is a small lagoon with a sandy entrance for children. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, beach towels - free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach - 450 m.

The hotel offers different types of meals: BB, HB, UAI and AI. BB - Breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet) in main restaurant Ramses, including some soft drinks, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice. HB - Breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet) in main restaurant Ramses, at dinner all drinks are extra charge. AI - Breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet) in main restaurant. Snacks (served twice a day on the beach and around the pools): the Mezzaluna restaurant, bar & grill at the Palms- 11:00-13:00, 15:00-17:00. Drinks, including some alcoholic beverages. Ice cream: in a children's cafe, the restaurant Mezzaluna - 15:00-17:00. During your stay guest one free dinner in one of the 3 a la Sarte restaurants. Each additional visit to a la Sarte restaurants for lunch or dinner for an additional cost of$ 15 per person. UAI Breakfast, lunch and dinner in 4 restaurants (1 main restaurant and 3 a la Sarte restaurant). For both concepts AI and UAI are served free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to midnight. Snacks and ice cream served at the pool and on the beach. Other bonuses: 25% Discount in the room, 25% discount on all meals marked with (*) in the a la Carte restaurants, Daily 1 bottle of water in the room. The hotel was amazing and did the best for our accomodation, special thanks for the upgrade :) very clean, sea area is entertaining and a diving center nearby. Service was very good, would recommend and return there. Amazing pool with sea view, although would love to see the the “strict adult pool” rule reinforced more firmly.. but again it’s part of the staff hospitality so i cant complain too much, its just that its not safe for unsupervised children. Lastly, adorable animation team. We felt pampered by all means, thank you.
But what truly made my stay exceptional was the animation team, especially Farah and Farida, the twin sisters. They were absolutely fantastic! Their energy, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with guests were second to none. Whether it was leading activities during the day or hosting entertainment in the evenings, they made every moment so much fun. They really went out of their way to ensure everyone was having a good time, and their warmth and friendliness added a personal touch to my stay.
Thanks to them, I had one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences ever. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another visit!
As a Grand Rotana frequent guest, I’d like to thank Hany, a waiter in Palm restaurant, by the beach, for his great hospitality and efforts. He’s always wearing a smile, asking if you need help and always remember your favorite drink!
Give that man a raise! One of the best in this hotel. The rest give us an unnecessary attitude for simply asking for our rights and bare minimum.
