The experience was excellent. It's an all-inclusive hotel, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served at the hotel. It's very close to the old town and the cliffside bars, highly recommended.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, especially when it is by the sea. Went diving with the fish, the fish are very curious and funny. We got breakfast, lunch and dinner but I think you have to pay for it, I’m not sure

The rooms and service were excellent, there were many activities, and the food was okay, especially the hotel's mojitos—I had several every day

In the evening, you can walk on the long plank road near the sea to watch the sunset on the sea, or swim in the outdoor swimming pool in the hotel and enjoy a relaxing holiday

Cons: There are not many choices for food, and you will get tired of it by the next day; there are many restrictions on making reservations for restaurants, and I didn’t make a reservation

An Unforgettable Stay at Cleopatra Hotel – We Didn’t Want to Leave! We recently stayed at Cleopatra Hotel for a friend’s birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! The resort itself is huge, with everything you could possibly need inside – from a reliable taxi service to 3 different restaurants and an in-house clinic, making it super convenient and stress-free

Bargaining is always necessary, otherwise you will unnecessarily pay a lot for groceries and excursions. All in all, we thought this was a great holiday, everything was well arranged and if not, it was resolved quickly

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly

Upon request we were given another room (7015), which was fortunately a lot quieter and much more modern. We always felt safe in the area, but be aware that prices are not mentioned anywhere, or very high prices

The hotel compound is spacious, you have direct access to the beach and there is also several pools. The breakfast was included and had a huge variety of cuisines

We stayed three nights at Kempinski during our visit to Soma Bay and it was great. First of all, the hotel is adjacent to Soma Bay Marina which makes it much easier to stroll around and do some souvenir shopping

We had a small issue with noise from some neighbors during the night, and I was deeply impressed by how the hotel handled it. They immediately sent security to assist and even offered us a room change

From typical European breakfast items to the Middle Eastern and Asian dishes as well as a big pastry section were just great. The room is a bit old but very spacious and the bed is comfortable

However, if you want some ambience and some quiet time, then go for it. To mention the spa, well, the manager wasn't the best at communicating and his customer service skills are questionable

Super cold hotel and they are in need of a renovation. Sound proofing is very bad and you can hear everything. Clean and location is near to the airport and the festival mall.

The pool is near the room. A bus takes us to two different beaches. Jacuzzi. It's beautiful in the dark outside. Mango market is a 15 minute walk away. Variety of meals is excellent.

In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry

It is a luxurious hotel in every sense of the word, quiet and elegant. I enjoyed breakfast every morning while watching the view of the Nile. In the evening, we had dinner at a Lebanese restaurant by the pool

They serve shisha, which is very good. The staff there are respectful and very kind. There are shops in the hotel for the most famous international brands, such as Fendi and Valentino

In case you plan to relax and sunbath there are plenty options of beach beds with astonishing views. The room was very clean and one important thing to add is that they will provide you with a big water bottle every day

Every detail was carefully considered, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even if you don’t get to explore all the activities in Sharm, just staying at the resort will keep you entertained and relaxed

The biggest issue is with the beach – all sunbeds are taken very early in the morning, so you practically have to get up at 6 a. , sometimes even before sunrise, to secure a spot

Another drawback is that the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, are quite old and in need of renovation. Despite these shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again

During our holiday we experienced Mr. Mansour in various á la carte restaurants in hotel SUNRISE Remal Resort. (We stayed in Remal Beach ourselves) We were pleasantly surprised to be served by Mohamed's team

Ashtrays are placed everywhere — in restaurants, bars, and around the pools — and guests are essentially encouraged to smoke without considering or asking whether it bothers the people sitting next to them
