We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window. It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. The sea view was stunning. However, the place felt quite crowded, and the beach was packed as well. Our room was a bit small and felt dated. But what truly disappointed us was the poor service. Despite consistently tipping generously and leaving notes for two days asking for a towel animal, we never received one.

I have stayed in many hotels in many countries, this is a very well-organized place in every respect.

The hotel is right by the sea. You can go snorkeling from the pier. There are large coral reefs underwater with many living things. There are also many big and small fish. It is walking distance from the cliff bar. The all-inclusive package includes three meals, and the food is very good. The service is very enthusiastic, and the room is average. If you come here for snorkeling, you will not be disappointed

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top. All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway. The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else...

The hotel is located next to the mall and has direct access to the mall. The environment is particularly good with a unique Egyptian flavor. The swimming pool is pyramid-shaped and the breakfast is also good.

Egypt is a place that is hard to describe. Entering the hotel is a civilized world, clean and tidy. Walking out of the hotel is a primitive society with dust and dilapidated houses. Booked an ergonomic twin room, which turned out to be a newly renovated room. Valet parking is free at the hotel entrance. There is a passage on the right hand side of the hotel entrance that leads directly to the City Star shopping mall next door. I came here for this. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities
