I have come to jasmine palace for 1 week with my friend.
The rooms are 10/10 we love our room so much! It is cleaned daily and leave us towel decorations. Bed is made everyday and we have fresh towels each day also.
The pools are great lots of different variety of depth. Each pool has something different to offer.
Animation team are great super helpful. Big shout out to Paris who helped us from the first hour we arrived. Told us where is best to go and also took us to a night club! We had the best time here with her.
We went to the white sensation in the disco in the hotel also where we won many prizes !
The staff as a whole are brilliant. Always have smiles on their faces and super chatty.
The only downfall for us was the food we struggled a lot.
Overall hotel is super clean and fun! Would love come back , 100% recommend

My experience with Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa was really good and I still recommend going there because food was great and large selection so everyone should find something for themselves, just remember is Africa not Europe so you won’t find the same food but their is worth to try because is delicious. Rooms were cleaned everyday but here comes first thing which put a little bad light on my experience with resort because on days when we didn’t leave tip, cleaner forgot leave us big towels, maybe it was coincidence but I find it weird. Bartenders and waiters were really great and they took good care of us, always happy to help ald professional. Day before our departure we went to reception ask a few questions about last day because we had late evening fly but receptionist wasn’t really helpful, he act like I should have know everything and in the middle of our “conversation “ he walk away to pick up phone then just walk away, fortunately next day in the morning we speak with other receptionist which answer all our questions and was very helpful. Overall our experience was good.

We come away for 1 week as a couple and we have had a lovely time hotel rooms were lovely staff and entertainment team are amazing nothing was to much they go above and beyond. Pool very clean and beach is nice. Only thing we didn't like was the food loads of selection just not to our like. Food is cheep enough to eat out so not really an issue taxi are cheep also.but all in all we had a nice trip. Weather was very hot.

I arrived in September for mine and my mums birthday, on arrival all reception staff were very welcoming. The lobby staff helped take our luggage to our room, whilst walking to our room the gardens looked stunning at night.
When we arrived at our room, it was beautifully decorated with super cool aircon, which was a lovely surprise.
The next day was my birthday and we all went to the Egyptian night. They made it super special, bringing me out a cake and everyone sung happy birthday to me!
Pools and beach are lovely! All staff, bar staff and animation team are incredible and work super hard! A big shout out to Paris for making our time so special! ❤️

We stayed for 9 nights. I have stayed in many resorts, but this one is far below the list. Definitely not 5 stars, more like 2 or 3 stars. The fact that it’s big does not mean it’s 5 stars worthy. We payed extra for a room with sea view. It was a nice room and the cleaners are kind. The food at the resort was very bad, but the workers were hard working and kind. Most workers are underpaid, but still manage to bring out a smile and be positive. All the flaws are to blame on the higher decision makers. With so many money gain this resort needs to renovate it’s pools! Make it bigger and more beautiful. They need to make a place for the shows and sitting places for people. The shows were held on the outside of the main restaurant with no places to sit. And the sound system needs improvement. The animation team is really amateur. This resort needs much, much improvement. The rules are way too sharp. They are not flexible in bending some rules for their guests. They don’t care about quality, only bringing in as many guests as possible. When you want to make a reservation for one of their restaurants you need to go to a counter who is only available till 17:00. But at these times people are mostly still on their tour. This one time a tour ended early and we came at 17:04, where she rudely rejected us. These kind of treatments are not suitable for 5 stars.

Amazing hotel the rooms are nice we are in a deluxe. We have done Red Sea snorkelling, orange bay, horse riding, quads. We have done almost every trip available and enjoyed each and every one. All amazing experiences. Amazing staff and entertainment. Would definitely recommend

Amazing hotel, staff can’t do enough for you and go the extra mile. Plenty of pools to choose from, you never get bored of one place in the hotel as there is so much to choose from. Nice food to choose from, a lot of options. Drinks are great. Animation team light up your day. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic hotel, beautifully designed with lots of space for guests. All staff were fantastic and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. One big massive thank you to Cuba too, who really gave us a holiday to remember! Will be back for his aqua gym.

We have been to jasmine for 2 weeks we think the hotel is absolutely amazing. The pools are also so great we only found that there is a adult only pool last night and we think it is a great idea. The room is lovely it is super spacious AC is excellent because it is so hot. The gardeners deserve a massive shout out, they are lovely and work super hard. The guys round the pool are so friendly also, constantly smiling and having a laugh with us. The animation team is amazing, everybody is so nice not to pushy but always try to get everybody involved. Even great with the kids. We love the food, everything is perfect so much effort put into the cooking. Tables are always set up lovely, different themes each day.

I have been here with my wife and we think the hotel is lovely. There are many pools to choose from we always sit by the active pool where the animation are. The animation are great super bubbly personalities. The food is decent always find something to eat. There are shows every night to watch outside the restaurant. We did the scuba diving trip which was amazing, highly recommended.
(A little tip from us would be to get a red flag from the towel centre it stops the sellers bothering you as much)
