This hotel is by far the best hotel I have visited and the cleaning is top 10 stars. The guy Romany that cleaned our room 1337 is very professional in his work and very respectful. He made towel arrangements with flowers and every morning you get greetings. The food and the service has been excellent and very delicious. I would 100% come back and also recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have an amazing time, feel very loved and welcomed by the staff and the people at the hotel. The view from the hotel is also a breathtaking experience.

This was our first trip to Egypt and it was wonderful. The hotel has a good coastline. A very beautiful coral reef and magical sea animals. We liked the hotel staff, everyone was very polite, and funny. Thanks to all the bartenders, cooks, cleaners, gardeners, lifeguards and many others, they are just super. We had a nice room overlooking a small pool, the room was nice. The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool. What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste. cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. Drinks at the bar were cheap. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant. at the same time, a lot of the food was excellent. Nutella for breakfast was natural, it's nice that they didn't skimp on it, I also really liked fresh sweet buns in the morning. You need to skimp less on quality products, then your cuisine will become the best in the world! I wish you success

The hotel was great. Everyone is so friendly, nice and very helpful. I came with my family and we stayed for eight days and we didn’t want to leave.
Everything is so clean they really care about keeping the rooms, lobby, bar hygienic and spotless. The entertainment team is so fun and full of life and they do so much fun activities.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel it worth every penny.

Great all-round experience. Food is excellent and available all the time(seafood also included). Good night-shows. Very friendly and hard working staff all around the hotel. Beach is clean, plenty of corals and sea fauna in public beach. Generally great value for money.

We stayed in this lovely resort for 6 nights. It was very clean, the service was great, the staff were very friendly, attentive and on top of everything. The buffet was very nice and had great variety for each meal. We would like to say a particular thank you to Ahmed who cleaned our room and always left extra touches in addition to his cleaning that always put a smile on our faces. Also, a special thank you to Mahmoud who worked behind the bar in the main restaurant area. He was always full of energy, smiles and a great sense of humour. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely stay there if we visit Sharm El Sheikh again.

A great choice of hotel . The stay was perfect. If there is more than 5 stars 🌟 I would have done that. Very clean and comfy rooms. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. rooms are spacious and views are stunning. There is water sports on the property and some fun activities to attend. I would definitely come back again

The hotel is extremely beautiful, especially when it is by the sea. Went diving with the fish, the fish are very curious and funny. Food here is nice. Plants are very interesting. We got breakfast, lunch and dinner but I think you have to pay for it, I’m not sure. 10/10 hotel

We had and overall great experience. While the rooms are showing their age, they are well kept and impeccably clean. The level of service is also high. Staff is very helpful and polite. It is an adult only hotel, which is valuable on its own. Had a great snorkeling experience on the local reef (diving was also very nice). F&B was fine, perfectly adequate.

the hotel has a fantastic view right down to the sea. The pool area is delicious and always clean. The rooms in the hotel are a bit worn, but the cleaning is fine. staff are always friendly and accommodating. regarding the food there are three restaurants, the standard of the food is not good there is no variety and it is very uninspiring.

My girlfriend and I came here for our first visit to Egypt and to say the least, the bar staff and the animation team made our trip 100 times better. Especially my man Ahmed Noby. He made the best drinks, very friendly, was very attentive to what you needed and made sure your experience was as good as possible. Made this trip a very memorable one for sure.

The entertainment staff was amazing and did a great job of including everyone e and making everyone feel comfortable. Big thanks to Antonio & Matrix

Shout out to Emil from the diving centre for giving us a great experience with the excursions.

We stayed in room 1309 and our house keeper was absolutely amazing and so sweet. He made swans out of towels and put rose petals on our bed for us on two separate occasions. My partner absolutely loved it so big thank you to him.

The food was not the best at times, was very repetitive in the mornings / evenings and could definitely benefit from having a wider selection of food.
For snacks and small things your best bet will be to walk down to the mango market for the best prices for items.

Overall it was an amazing experience and will be visiting again with friends, thank you to everyone for making our stay so incredible
